Kundalini and the Solution to Chronic Fatigue

Kundalini and the Solution to Chronic Fatigue

Can you see the sunlight? Sunlight is one of the biggest natural sources for removing chronic fatigue.

During the Kundalini awakening journey, many people experience chronic fatigue syndrome. Often they do not understand why it happens or how to recover from it. Some suffer from it for years, even decades, without finding a solution.

I am sharing with you what has worked for me and what has worked for my students.

The Role of Air Quality in Chronic Fatigue

Right now I am in the Himalayas in Nepal, in the Pokhara region, in a place called Mitlang.

Before coming here, I was experiencing an extreme level of chronic fatigue. One major reason was the poor air quality in Kathmandu and previously in various cities in India.

Bad air quality means you are not breathing good oxygen and you are not receiving enough prana. This creates inflammation in the body.

When inflammation increases, chronic fatigue begins to appear. Oxygen intake becomes inefficient, and the body cannot properly oxygenate the blood. Oxygenated blood does not reach the cells efficiently, and carbon dioxide remains trapped in the cells.

Understanding the Energy Blockage

In pranic terms, this trapped carbon dioxide is called apana. It creates a condition similar to the atmosphere before rain when clouds are trapped and fresh air cannot circulate.

Similarly, pollution and population create trapped smoke and humidity in the atmosphere. This reduces air quality.

The same thing happens inside your body.

Your blood vessels experience constriction. Blood circulation becomes inefficient. The blood becomes thicker and the vessels become narrower.

When this happens, oxygen cannot reach the cells in sufficient volume.

This condition also produces free radicals in the bloodstream. Free radicals are oxygen ions that cannot properly exchange with carbon dioxide to generate energy.

All these processes lead to chronic fatigue.

Chronic Fatigue and Nervous System Pain

When chronic fatigue continues for long periods, the nervous system begins sending pain signals through the neural pathways.

This condition can develop into fibromyalgia and other nervous system disorders.

I personally healed from many of these conditions over time.

Even today, when my body receives heavy energetic downloads and I remain in areas with poor air quality, chronic fatigue can temporarily appear.

The First Step: Walking

The first method I used to recover was walking.

Even when I lived in cities with high AQI levels, I walked daily. I walked five to seven kilometers every day, sometimes continuously for two to five hours.

This helped me significantly improve my health.

Later, I began searching for environments rich in negative ions and prana — forests, mountains, and natural landscapes.

In cities, there are limits to how much you can find such environments.

Moving to High-Prana Regions

Eventually, I moved to mountain regions in the Himalayan green belt — the lesser Himalayan region filled with vegetation.

This environment is rich in oxygen, prana, and negative ions.

When I first arrived here, even this region had some air quality challenges, but the air has now improved significantly.

I can clearly feel the freshness when I walk here.

Energy Recovery Through Walking

Today I walked from this hilltop down to the city and back again.

Despite walking such a long distance, I did not feel tired. In fact, my energy increased.

The fatigue that I experienced in the morning completely disappeared.

Sometimes chronic fatigue appears when prana levels in the air drop, especially during cloudy weather conditions.

But walking combined with correct breathing can restore your energy quickly.

The Breathing Technique

I will now teach you the breathing method I used.

First, keep your mouth closed.

Touch your tongue gently to the roof of your mouth.

This position opens your nasal cavity and improves airflow through the throat and esophagus region.

Now begin breathing through your nose.

Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the nose.

Do not speak during this practice.

Continue this for at least ten minutes.

Practicing During Walking

While walking uphill or moving through nature, maintain nasal breathing.

Do not talk. Stay silent.

Practice this breathing pattern for ten minutes at a time.

You can repeat the cycle intermittently over one or two hours during your walk.

When you do this, you will begin to feel significant changes.

Activation of the Five Senses

As you continue walking and breathing consciously, your five senses begin to activate.

You will start smelling the environment clearly.

You will feel the freshness of the air.

Your nervous system will begin to relax and your energy will increase.

This has happened to me repeatedly, and it has helped many of my students as well.

Finding Natural Spaces Wherever You Live

Even if you live in other countries, try to find natural environments.

Look for places with greenery, open space, sunlight, and minimal urban congestion.

Plants, trees, sunlight, and spacious environments support recovery from chronic fatigue.

Nature itself becomes a healing system.

Walking Toward Recovery

So come, take a walk with me.

Walk in nature. Breathe deeply. Feel the environment with all your senses.

You will notice a powerful change in your body and your energy.

I will share more such secrets with you in the future.

Bye-bye.
