I wanted to book a session with you and inquired with Mr Nikhil if i could transfer the money via Moneygram.. I was really shocked when Mr Nikhil told me that he is signing off and has blocked me on whatsapp when I requested for further detsils.
First he I clicked on the link he sent me ..
When inquired with him about the details he said.i didn’t check the information properly.
Then he sent me another link and when I inquired again with him he shut me off and said that i am showing attitude..
What if a person don’t understand or cant read and inquired for clarification. Is it how he responds to query?

Dear Mrs. Reena,
I have read your and Nikhail’s email conversation where Nikhail sent you all the details including the coaching page link.
Nobody asks for our contact number, we have served thousands of people so far from all corners of the world. And everyone has made the payment by reading ALL the information including FAQs properly. You didn’t read it. It’s your mistake.
Upon your request, Nikhail shared the number where you asked for the bank details and address and he gave you that as well.
Since you didn’t read the link that he provided and instead checked the other link on our site which is of physical shaktipat, you started arguing with Nikhail about the duration of the session and fees. He politely asked you to “read the page again”. On which you said you had read it, which you hadn’t.
He shared another link just to tell you that you’re checking the wrong link to which you sent the screenshot.
You started showing attitude by mentioning “Hello” again and again which was useless.
How do I know this? Every conversation is recorded and saved at Inner GPS Gurus, especially the ones that can be problematic in the future.
Yes, this is how we at Inner GPS Gurus respond to the people who don’t take the time and effort to read the page and waste our time.
We have given FULL permission to Nikhail to fix such conversations then and there and blacklist them. It means that the person can NEVER take any service from us in his/her entire lifetime.
Since your last line is of apology, we can reconsider your case and ask Nikhail to coordinate with you. Only on one condition that you have read this page word-by-word and won’t ask questions like duration, fees, etc. Let’s not waste each other’s time and focus on your coaching.
