Background
Guru Sanju teaches that Kundalini awakening is ultimately a movement toward absolute reality. According to her, beneath social conditioning, compulsive thinking, external identities, and the endless demands of the matrix, there exists a more fundamental truth: the human being is consciousness operating through an energetic field.
She describes consciousness as the witness, the awareness, the decision-maker, and the holder of attention. Kundalini progressively awakens the seeker to this center so that life is no longer governed entirely by habits, conditioning, fears, social expectations, and mental programming. In this teaching, attention becomes one of the greatest forms of personal power. When attention is continuously captured by social media, information overload, compulsive phone use, and virtual stimulation, the seeker gradually loses contact with direct experience. Kundalini therefore becomes a call to return from the artificial world into one’s own life and begin living from consciousness.
Kundalini Awakens You to Absolute Reality
Kundalini awakens in you because something deeper wants you to recognize your absolute reality. You have lived through identities, social roles, beliefs, conditioning, memories, fears, ambitions, and the endless movements of the mind, but none of these completely defines what you are.
The direct truth I want you to understand is this: at the center of your experience is consciousness. Around and through this consciousness operates the energetic reality through which you experience your body, mind, life force, attention, and the world around you.
You Are Consciousness and Energy
Your absolute reality is that you are consciousness and energy. Consciousness witnesses, knows, observes, chooses, and directs attention, while energy allows consciousness to express itself through life.
This means that you are much more than the thoughts moving through your head. Thoughts appear within your awareness, emotions arise within your awareness, sensations arise within your awareness, and the world itself is experienced through awareness.
When you begin recognizing this distinction, Kundalini has already started teaching you something fundamental.
Consciousness Is the Witness
You can observe your thoughts because you are not merely the thought. You can observe fear because there is something within you that knows fear is present, and you can observe anger because there is awareness behind the anger.
This witnessing quality is one of the most powerful aspects of consciousness. The more strongly you become established as the witness, the less automatically every thought, emotion, social message, or external stimulation can control your direction.
You begin creating a small but powerful space between what appears in your mind and what you decide to do with it.
You Are the Holder of Your Attention
Your attention is one of your greatest forms of power because whatever repeatedly receives your attention begins occupying your inner world. If your attention belongs entirely to other people, algorithms, advertisements, arguments, entertainment, notifications, and endless information, very little attention remains available for your own life.
Ask yourself throughout the day: where is my attention right now? Who or what is holding it, and did I consciously choose to give it there?
This question alone can begin revealing how much of your life is actually being lived by you.
Freedom Begins When Attention Returns to You
When you realize yourself as consciousness, freedom does not mean that society disappears or that you never participate in the world again. Freedom means that you become increasingly capable of choosing rather than automatically obeying every pattern programmed into you.
You can examine a belief instead of blindly following it. You can observe an impulse instead of immediately acting upon it, and you can decide where your attention, time, energy, and life force deserve to go.
This is where inner freedom begins becoming practical.
Are You Living Your Life or the Life of Your Mind?
Ask yourself a very simple question: am I living my life, or am I living inside the mind almost all the time? Many people wake up and immediately enter thought, information, social media, messages, news, comments, entertainment, and other people’s lives.
Hours pass, yet they have barely experienced their own breath, body, environment, creativity, relationships, purpose, or direct reality. Their biological life is happening, but their attention is somewhere else.
Kundalini eventually confronts this fragmentation.
The Matrix Competes for Your Attention
When I use the word matrix, I am speaking about the enormous network of conditioning that tells you what to desire, fear, buy, become, imitate, reject, and believe. Society has always conditioned human beings, but digital technology has intensified the competition for attention tremendously.
Your phone can now carry thousands of people, opinions, images, desires, fears, conflicts, advertisements, and identities into your consciousness every day. If you do not know how to protect your attention, you can spend your life consuming realities created by other people.
Kundalini begins asking you to return to your own reality.
Social Media Can Become an Attention Addiction
There is a difference between consciously using social media and compulsively returning to it every few minutes. If you repeatedly scroll short videos, check reactions, read arguments, move from one stimulus to another, and feel unable to stop, your attention is being trained toward constant novelty.
This does not mean every social-media user has permanent brain damage. But excessive digital stimulation can interfere with sustained attention, sleep, emotional regulation, productivity, and your ability to tolerate quieter experiences.
The spiritual question is therefore not whether technology is evil, but whether you remain its conscious user.
Information Overload Can Disconnect You From Yourself
Your brain was never designed to consciously process the lives and opinions of thousands of strangers every day. When enormous amounts of information continually enter your awareness, your mind may remain occupied even after you put the phone down.
You begin thinking about people you do not know, arguments that have nothing to do with your life, problems you cannot solve, and desires that were created only because somebody showed them to you. Your mental field becomes crowded with realities that are not yours.
This is one of the ways attention leaves the center.
Kundalini Calls Your Attention Back
During awakening, you may suddenly become uncomfortable with the way you have been living. Something inside begins telling you that endless consumption, distraction, repetition, and external validation are no longer enough.
You may not immediately know what you want instead. But the dissatisfaction itself can become an important call toward greater consciousness.
Kundalini starts asking: when are you going to live your own life?
Kundalini Awakening Is a Continuous Ascent
Kundalini awakening is not one dramatic event after which everything is finished. I teach it as a continuous evolutionary journey in which consciousness moves from one level of understanding into another.
Each stage exposes a different attachment, fear, limitation, desire, identity, or unfinished lesson. You keep discovering what is still controlling you and what must become more conscious.
This is why Kundalini progression can continue throughout life.
The Root Chakra Begins With Survival
If your entire attention is dominated by fear about food, clothing, shelter, security, and basic survival, then within the chakra framework much of your consciousness is operating through root-level concerns. These concerns are real and should not be dismissed, because the human organism needs stability and safety.
But Kundalini does not want consciousness to remain confined there forever. As greater stability develops, new questions begin emerging.
The evolutionary movement naturally asks you to grow beyond survival.
Each Chakra Reveals Another Level of Life
As Kundalini progresses, different dimensions of existence begin demanding your attention. Desire, sexuality, creativity, personal power, love, expression, perception, intuition, and eventually more universal states of consciousness become part of the journey.
The chakra system therefore becomes more than a collection of energetic points. It can be understood as a map through which different dimensions of human consciousness become increasingly visible.
Your awakening reveals where your awareness is presently centered.
The Feeling That Something Is Missing Can Become a Call
You may appear successful externally and still feel that something essential is missing. Everything may look acceptable according to society, yet somewhere inside there is a persistent sense that life cannot be only this.
Do not immediately suppress that question. Sometimes the feeling of a missing link becomes the beginning of spiritual seeking.
Something deeper may be asking you to discover a reality beyond the identity you have constructed so far.
Do Not Measure Awakening by How Different You Look
Feeling different from the world does not automatically prove Kundalini awakening, and fitting comfortably into society does not prove that Kundalini is absent. Awakening should not become another identity through which you feel superior to people around you.
Look instead at the movement of consciousness. Are you becoming more aware, more responsible for your attention, more capable of witnessing the mind, and less controlled by unconscious conditioning?
These questions are much more useful than merely asking whether you belong to a special spiritual category.
Kundalini Challenges the Programming of the Mind
Much of what you call yourself is accumulated programming. Family, culture, education, religion, social expectations, painful experiences, successes, failures, media, and relationships have all contributed to the patterns through which your mind interprets reality.
Kundalini begins disturbing this automatic structure. Things you once accepted without questioning may suddenly feel artificial, limiting, or completely disconnected from who you are becoming.
This disturbance can feel uncomfortable because the ego experiences familiar programming as safety.
The Ego Resists Losing Control
The ego has spent years constructing an identity and learning how to survive through predictable patterns. When consciousness begins moving beyond those patterns, resistance naturally appears.
You may feel fear, confusion, uncertainty, or a desire to return to old habits simply because the old identity is familiar. The mind may tell you that awakening is destroying your life when what is actually being challenged is the structure through which you previously understood yourself.
This is why witnessing consciousness becomes so important.
Do Not Fight the Mind; Observe It
If you violently fight every thought, you create another conflict inside yourself. Instead, begin seeing the mind as an instrument that produces thoughts, interpretations, predictions, memories, and conditioned responses.
You are the awareness capable of observing this instrument. From that position, you can decide which thoughts deserve action and which can simply pass.
The mind becomes useful again when consciousness is no longer completely possessed by it.
Virtual Reality Reveals the Power of Perception
A virtual-reality experience can teach you something very interesting about perception. Your eyes may know that you are standing safely inside a room, yet when the virtual environment creates the experience of height, speed, falling, or a roller coaster, your body may respond as though something significant is actually happening.
The heart can accelerate, muscles can contract, fear can arise, and your attention can become completely absorbed in an environment that exists primarily as sensory information. The experience demonstrates how strongly perception influences the state of the body.
This becomes an important metaphor for everyday life.
Your Brain Responds to What Holds Your Attention
If immersive virtual reality can temporarily convince the body that an artificial environment deserves an intense response, consider what happens when your attention spends many hours every day inside digital environments. The content may be virtual, but your emotional and attentional responses are real.
You can become angry over strangers, anxious about events far away, jealous of carefully edited lives, or stimulated by endless novelty while your actual physical environment receives almost no attention. Your energy is responding even when your body has barely moved.
This is why digital consciousness requires discipline.
Do Not Become a Spectator of Life
You came into this body to live, not merely to watch other people living. If most of your free attention is consumed by reels, feeds, videos, comments, games, and endless virtual interaction, you may gradually become a spectator of existence.
You see adventure but do not adventure. You watch people create while you do not create, and you watch relationships, travel, achievement, courage, beauty, and expression while your own life remains postponed.
Kundalini will eventually make this contradiction painful.
The Virtual World Must Not Replace Direct Experience
Technology can educate you, connect you, entertain you, and expose you to extraordinary possibilities. I am not asking you to become afraid of it.
I am asking you to remember the difference between using a virtual tool and living primarily through virtual stimulation. Your body, breath, relationships, work, creativity, nature, movement, purpose, and direct experiences still require your physical participation.
Absolute reality cannot be lived entirely through a screen.
Attention Must Return to the Body
One of the simplest ways to interrupt compulsive mental and digital activity is to return attention to direct bodily experience. Feel your feet on the ground, notice your breathing, become aware of your heartbeat, walk without holding the phone, and observe the environment directly.
These practices appear simple because reality itself is simple. You are returning from representations of life into life.
Kundalini needs embodiment, not endless intellectual stimulation.
Train Yourself to Experience One Thing Completely
If your attention has been fragmented by constant switching, begin retraining it gently. Eat one meal without scrolling, walk for twenty minutes without checking notifications, complete one work task without opening unrelated apps, or sit quietly with your breath for a few minutes.
At first, the mind may feel restless because it has become accustomed to constant stimulation. Stay with the experience long enough to discover that attention can become steady again.
Your ability to remain with one reality is part of your power.
Your Attention Determines the Quality of Your Life
You may have twenty-four hours like everybody else, but the quality of those hours depends enormously on where consciousness is placed. A day spent unconsciously reacting to stimuli produces a very different life from a day in which attention is deliberately invested.
Attention becomes life because wherever your attention repeatedly goes, your time and energy follow. What receives none of your attention gradually disappears from your lived experience.
Protect therefore what deserves to remain alive.
Living Absolute Reality Means Choosing
When you recognize yourself as the holder of attention, you recover the power of decision. You can choose whether to open the phone, whether to continue scrolling, whether to participate in an argument, and whether the next hour belongs to distraction or creation.
You can also choose the people, environments, habits, and experiences through which your life force will move. The more conscious these choices become, the less mechanically the matrix determines your life.
Freedom is expressed through decisions.
Make Your Life More Real Than Your Feed
Create a life that gives your attention somewhere meaningful to go. Work on your body, health, career, purpose, creativity, relationships, environment, learning, travel, spiritual practice, and the experiences that genuinely expand you.
When your actual life becomes rich with direct participation, compulsive virtual stimulation loses some of its authority. You no longer need to borrow everybody else’s experiences because your own reality is becoming alive.
This is one of the most practical forms of spiritual liberation.
Use Technology as a Tool, Not a Master
Before opening an app, know why you are opening it. If you need information, obtain the information and leave rather than automatically surrendering another hour to whatever the algorithm decides to show you.
Create periods every day in which your phone is physically away from you. Give your brain enough uninterrupted time to read deeply, think clearly, create, communicate, work, rest, and simply experience silence.
Your attention needs spaces where nobody is trying to purchase it.
Rebuild Your Capacity for Focus
If sustained concentration has become difficult, do not immediately label yourself permanently damaged. Attention is influenced by many factors, including sleep, stress, mental health, habits, environment, physical health, and the amount of rapid stimulation you consume.
Begin by reducing unnecessary interruptions and increasing periods of single-task attention. If significant concentration problems persist or interfere with daily functioning, seek appropriate professional assessment rather than assuming Kundalini or social media alone is the cause.
Awareness means investigating intelligently.
Kundalini Should Make You More Conscious of Your Brain
Your brain is one of the primary biological instruments through which consciousness participates in human life. Protect it through good sleep, nourishment, physical movement, meaningful work, healthy stimulation, learning, and periods of genuine rest.
Do not continuously overload your nervous system and then expect meditation alone to repair the consequences. Spiritual evolution requires respect for the physical instrument through which your experience is happening.
Take care of the body while awakening beyond identification with it.
Do Not Call Every Difficulty Kundalini
During awakening, it can become tempting to interpret every emotional, neurological, or psychological difficulty as Kundalini processing. This can prevent you from seeing practical causes that require practical solutions.
Severe depression, persistent attention problems, major changes in functioning, psychosis, or other serious mental-health symptoms deserve qualified professional assessment. Spiritual guidance can accompany appropriate healthcare, but it should not replace it.
Absolute reality requires clarity, not denial.
Your Spiritual Power Is the Ability to Be Present
People often search for extraordinary spiritual powers while ignoring the basic power of remaining fully present with their own life. Can you decide where your attention goes and keep it there?
Can you witness an impulse without immediately obeying it, remain still without reaching for stimulation, and complete what you consciously decided to do? These capacities are powerful because they restore authority to consciousness.
Master attention before becoming fascinated with extraordinary experiences.
Kundalini Makes Your Life Simpler
As consciousness becomes clearer, life can gradually become simpler. You begin seeing what matters and what is unnecessary, what belongs to you and what belongs to conditioning, and what deserves your energy versus what only consumes it.
You stop needing to respond to everything. You become capable of saying yes consciously and no consciously.
Simplicity emerges when attention is no longer scattered in a hundred directions.
Become the Power Holder of Your Life
Being a power holder does not mean controlling other people. It means becoming responsible for the power that already exists within your own attention, decisions, energy, time, and actions.
You become less available for unconscious manipulation because you know what you are doing and why you are doing it. You stop living primarily through reaction.
Your life begins moving from the center outward.
Live Directly Instead of Constantly Interpreting
Feel the rain rather than immediately recording it. Look at the mountains instead of spending the entire experience creating content, and speak with somebody while actually listening rather than simultaneously checking your phone.
Eat while tasting the food. Walk while experiencing your body, and work while giving yourself completely to the work.
This is direct reality.
Kundalini Wants You to Participate Fully
Awakening is not withdrawing permanently from existence. Kundalini ultimately asks you to become more alive, more conscious, more aware of what you are doing, and more capable of participating from your center.
Your work, relationships, body, creativity, sexuality, purpose, money, health, and everyday decisions can all become dimensions through which consciousness develops. Spirituality and life eventually become impossible to separate.
You begin living consciously rather than merely performing spiritual practices.
Your Missing Link Is Yourself
You may spend years searching outside yourself for the missing link. You may think another relationship, achievement, teacher, philosophy, possession, destination, or experience will finally complete the picture.
Kundalini gradually brings you back to the consciousness that has been present throughout every experience. The missing connection is often your relationship with your own center.
When attention returns there, the entire structure of life begins changing.
Absolute Reality Is Not an Escape From the World
Realizing yourself as consciousness does not require you to reject your human existence. You still have a body to care for, responsibilities to fulfill, relationships to navigate, and practical choices to make.
The difference is that you increasingly perform these actions consciously rather than being completely defined by them. You can participate in the world without allowing the world to completely possess your identity.
This is freedom within life.
Kundalini Is Calling You Back to Your Own Life
If you have become lost in virtual realities, compulsive stimulation, social comparison, endless information, other people’s opinions, or the constant noise of the mind, listen carefully to the discomfort rising within you. Something may be telling you that you have given too much of your life away.
Return your attention. Return to the body, your actual relationships, your work, creativity, purpose, spiritual practice, and direct experiences that belong to you.
Do not spend your entire human life watching somebody else live.
Live From Consciousness
Your absolute reality begins becoming practical the moment you recognize that attention can return to its center. You are the witness capable of observing the mind, the awareness capable of seeing conditioning, and the decision-maker capable of choosing what receives your life force.
Kundalini awakens you so that this realization does not remain philosophy. She pushes you to live it by breaking identification with patterns that have kept your consciousness asleep.
Take your attention back, enter your own life completely, and begin living from the reality that has always been at your center.
