Background
Guru Sanju explains why some people going through Kundalini awakening experience energy predominantly on the right or left side of the body. She connects this imbalance with the Ida and Pingala nadis, the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, inward and outward attention, changes in posture, pelvic tension, emotional states, and different ways of participating in life.
She teaches that excessive movement through one side can create imbalance rather than a centered flow. In her approach, Kundalini needs to move toward the center and become connected with a balanced nervous system and the vagus nerve. She also emphasizes that one-sided symptoms can have medical causes and should first be properly evaluated when necessary. Her work uses practices, energy transmission, Shaktipat, natural environments, prana, and direct guidance to support a more balanced movement of Kundalini.
Understand Why Kundalini Moves on One Side
Many people going through Kundalini awakening report that Kundalini seems to move either through the right side or the left side of the body. To work on this, first understand why it happens.
If Kundalini is moving predominantly on one side, I connect this with its movement through either the Ida or Pingala energy channel, or nadi. These two channels have different functions, and an imbalance between them can become visible through your body, nervous system, attention, emotions, and way of living.
Ida and Pingala Have Different Functions
I connect the left side and Ida nadi with the rest-and-digest aspect of your body and, on the physical level, with the parasympathetic nervous system. I connect the right side and Pingala nadi with the sympathetic nervous system and the more dynamic functions of life.
Ida is responsible for taking you inward. If your attention is continually directed toward the outside world and Ida becomes activated, the energy begins moving toward the center and consciousness, and your attention becomes increasingly directed inward.
When Kundalini Takes You Inward
When this inward movement becomes dominant, you may begin losing interest in the outside world. You may not feel sufficiently connected with other people and may increasingly want to remain with yourself.
You can become introverted, prefer solitude, spend less time with others, and feel uncomfortable mixing with people. Your body can also begin showing postural changes connected with this one-sided movement.
One-Sided Movement Can Affect Your Posture
When Kundalini is moving excessively through one side, the body may tilt and one side may feel weaker. The left brain monitors the right side of the body, while the right brain monitors the left side.
When Ida becomes excessively activated, I connect this with effects appearing on the right side of the body. You may develop a pelvic tilt toward the right, tension in the pelvic and groin region, and the right leg may appear shortened. You may remain in a slouching position, find it difficult to connect with people, and become less active in life.
You may also experience depression, frequent mood swings, and become erratic with life. I connect this excessive inwardness with overthinking, obsessive-compulsive patterns, and other mental-health-related symptoms.
When the Right Side Becomes Dominant
The opposite pattern can happen when the right side and Pingala become excessively activated. You may find it difficult to rest and remain restless, anxious, or angry.
You become excessively involved in the dynamic functions of life. You may remain active all the time, consume too much, spend too much time on social media, and interact unnecessarily with people because your attention is continually driven outward.
One-Sided Kundalini Creates Imbalance
If Kundalini keeps moving only through one side, I connect this imbalance with symptoms associated with what I call Kundalini psychosis. I describe Kundalini psychosis as a dangerous state in the awakening journey when Kundalini becomes excessively focused on only one aspect of your life.
Excessive outward activation is also not a good state. You may become restless and excessively interested in collecting information, studying, reading spiritual scriptures, and meeting different Gurus and Masters across the world while searching for peace.
But you are not going to find peace this way. Kundalini has to move toward a balanced flow and become in tune with the vagus nerve.
Restlessness Keeps You Searching for Solutions
When this outward energy becomes excessive, you may continually feel that you do not have a solution. You remain confused, restless, erratic, and caught in the dilemma of what to do and what not to do.
You cannot pay attention to one particular thing. At the opposite extreme, when Kundalini is excessively inward, you may keep doing meditation, breathwork, and extensive meditation for hours. You can meditate, but meditation alone is not the solution.
Kundalini Needs to Move Toward the Center
The solution I work with is the way of life that I generate and activate within you through my Shaktipat. I work with the movement of Kundalini from excessive one-sided activation toward the center.
This is my specialty, my power, and my expertise. Through this work, people who were suffering from tension and problems connected with Kundalini moving predominantly on one side have recovered. I describe this as freeing them from the suffering created by that imbalance.
Rule Out Other Medical Conditions
I do not guarantee that this explanation or approach will be one hundred percent useful for every person. There can be multiple reasons connected with your health condition, and what I am explaining here applies when your body is otherwise in a healthy condition.
There may be other medical conditions behind one-sided symptoms. If the reason is connected with another medical condition, get yourself properly diagnosed through medical practitioners first.
If those other causes are not responsible and the issue is genuinely connected with Kundalini, then I work directly with the energetic imbalance.
Energy Transmission and Shaktipat
I work through energy transmission and Shaktipat, both online and physically. If you want to take my consultation online, you can do so from any part of the world.
You can also participate in my physical projects in natural energy vortexes where there is an abundance of natural resources. I work in environments with the earth, sunlight, green plants, negative ions, and abundant prana, which I consider important resources for Kundalini progression.
These natural resources, together with my powers and my presence, become a catalyst for the flow of your Kundalini energy.
Bring Kundalini Into a Balanced Flow
Through the practices I teach, I work to move Kundalini into a balanced flow. I connect this centered movement with activation of the vagus nerve and with resolving many of the problems that arise specifically because of Kundalini imbalance.
The purpose is not to remain trapped in excessive inwardness or excessive outwardness. Kundalini needs to move toward the center so that your life, attention, nervous system, and energy can become more balanced.
Become Available for the Higher Purpose
Be available for the higher purpose that your soul wants. Do not keep giving your system lower dopamine or cheap dopamine.
Give yourself the highest level of dopamine by investing in yourself for real transformation. I teach that this transformation happens in the presence of the Guru, and I work through my presence and power to move Kundalini toward the center and make you free.
