Why Meditation Is Making Your Kundalini Symptoms Worse

Why Meditation Is Making Your Kundalini Symptoms Worse

The Core Teaching
Kundalini is your life force, not an energy you can force into obedience through more meditation. When you keep directing attention inward or toward the head, you can lose contact with the whole body and the life awakening is asking you to live. My instruction here is to stop forcing the inward journey and bring your energy into movement, nature, and purposeful action. Realization must become participation in life; remaining absorbed in an inner state is not the completion of the journey.

When Meditation Intensifies Kundalini Symptoms

If you have been going through Kundalini awakening for a long time, or your Kundalini has recently awakened accidentally, too much meditation can make your symptoms worse. This can happen when you do excessive meditation, breathwork, or spiritual practices, focus too much on witness consciousness or the third eye, or sit for hours trying to reach a particular state through your thoughts.

Meditation is a generic term with an immense purpose, but this does not mean you should meditate continuously. Meditation should be practiced in the way a Guru or an expert teaches you. Otherwise, there is a possibility that your Kundalini symptoms can become worse.

I Processed Kundalini Without Meditation

I am a Kundalini Master, and I have gone through the highest Kundalini awakening journey without using meditation to move, trigger, or process my Kundalini. I have also worked with more than 10,000 Kundalini cases online and 1,000 cases physically over decades.

I speak from my state of authority and expertise because I am the Kundalini power holder. I know how to progress through the Kundalini awakening journey without using meditation to force Kundalini to move.

You Cannot Force Your Life Force

When you use meditation to force Kundalini in a particular direction, you interfere with the natural movement of your life force. You cannot force Kundalini, trigger Kundalini, or deliberately make your life force move in a particular way.

Kundalini is your life force. Kundalini is the intelligence within you that moves by itself. In this process, the ego dissolves, personality and character armor dissolve, and everything with which you have identified begins dissolving through the Kundalini awakening journey.

Kundalini is a force within you like burning fire. When you force this energy toward a particular direction or purpose through meditation, you create resistance within your nervous system, energy body, brain, and entire system.

Life Force Is Not Meant to Remain Inward

Through meditation, you may continually try to direct your life force inward. I teach that life force is not meant simply to go inward. Life force is meant to realize itself as who you are and recognize the soul within you.

The purpose of the Kundalini awakening journey is to realize that you are the soul and you are the spirit. Once you realize this, there is no need to continually go inward.

The inward journey of Kundalini is the integration of the highest consciousness with the life force and life energy within you. When this integration happens, the life force moves outward into life.

Your Entire System Is Involved in Kundalini

When Kundalini symptoms are happening, many systems within your body are involved. You cannot focus only on one center and ignore the rest of your existence.

  • Your blood circulatory system is involved.
  • Your nervous system is involved.
  • Your skeletal system is involved.
  • Your muscular system is involved.
  • Your digestive system is involved.
  • Your respiratory system is involved.
  • Your lymphatic system is involved.
  • Your entire physical, mental, and energetic existence is involved.

If you ignore these systems and concentrate your entire energy toward the center and the head, I teach that head pressure can happen. When too much prana is directed toward the head, you may experience head pressure, migraines, and excessive tingling sensations in the head.

Stop Meditation and Start Living

The solution I teach, which has worked for me and my students worldwide, is to understand that Kundalini is not only a physical journey; it is an energetic journey. Instead of continually taking your energy and prana toward your head, stop all kinds of meditation right now and start living life.

The way of Kundalini I teach is to move outward. Use your limbs, use your body, and use your entire energetic existence. Your energy needs to move and ground.

Your energy needs vast space, sunlight, and nature. Explore your existence through the practical application of your reality. Expose yourself to the vastness of nature and start living life.

Move Toward Life

Look at the abundance and vastness of nature. I have manifested this reality not by meditating in one place but by moving my body and moving toward life.

The highest power Kundalini radiates through me continually teaches me to move toward life, feel life, and simply be with the highest. This is the life Kundalini wants you to live.

If you keep meditating, I teach that you will go nowhere. Start living life. Appreciate nature, take sunlight, be with nature, and move your body.

Expose Yourself to the Five Elements

This way of living has worked for me, and I know it will continue rewarding me. Meditation did not bring me to this state. I expose myself to the earth, sun, vast forests, open spaces, water bodies, sky, natural air, and wind.

The five elements of nature and the five pranas become balanced within you when you move your body and take your body into life. Most importantly, live your life purpose.

Kundalini has awakened within you for a purpose. When you recognize that reality, you become free. You do not need to continually sit in meditation and create different effects within your body.

Feel Life as It Is

You need to live freely. Feel the wind blowing against you and experience the beauty of life directly. I am free and powerful because I listened to my Inner GPS, and that is why I am the Inner GPS Guru.

If you want to activate your Inner GPS, first rule out medical conditions connected with the symptoms you are experiencing, including problems arising while doing long hours of meditation. Secondly, get your body healthy enough to live this life.

To live this life, you have to let go of a lot. You have to get lost and become nothing. You have to feel life exactly as it exists in this moment and experience the best that life can give you.

Absorb the Energetic Fuel of Nature

When you live this way, I teach that no meditation is required and you can become free from Kundalini symptoms. You begin receiving the elements and energetic fuel of nature through direct participation in life.

I teach you how to absorb prana, absorb negative ions, and receive what is available through sunlight, grass, earth, and the natural environment. This is not about remaining inside your head. It is about bringing your entire existence into life.

Work With Me on Your Kundalini

If you want this work to be done professionally, you can take my individual consultation online. If you want to work on yourself physically, you can come to the energy vortexes where I conduct my physical sessions and projects.

Right now, I am also doing a physical project with one of my students in a vast energy vortex. I bring my powers into that place and work with the person from the point where that individual needs to shift.

That is why I am the Shift Guru. That is why I am the Kundalini Master, the only one in the world who can change and bring a shift in your life.

How to Restart Meditation Safely After a Difficult Kundalini Experience

How to Restart Meditation Safely After a Difficult Kundalini Experience

After a difficult experience, restarting meditation should not become a project to recover an old spiritual high. My instruction is patience: stop forcing practices that disturb your basic functioning, understand your individual condition, and seek guidance before resuming. Ask what your life is calling you to change, then walk that path through direct experience. The meditation I point toward is a life lived in presence, where stillness can arise naturally rather than being demanded from the body.

The Breath That Opens Your Heart and Changes Your Life

The Breath That Opens Your Heart and Changes Your Life

Give yourself real evidence of care instead of another demand to feel differently. Begin with one conscious breath, then prepare a meal, clear a neglected space, complete a postponed task, or choose an enjoyable experience. Acknowledge what you actually did before the inner critic dismisses it. The heart opens through this changed relationship with yourself: discipline joined with kindness and participation. My central instruction is implementation—let the teaching enter the home, body, and next action, so self-love becomes a way of treating your life.

How to Awaken Kundalini Through Conscious Breathing

How to Awaken Kundalini Through Conscious Breathing

Do not collect techniques while remaining absent from your own life. Learn a few fundamental practices well enough to understand their purpose: gathering scattered attention, finding a comfortable rhythm, and observing experience without immediately becoming it. Then make that knowledge your own through gentle practice and honest observation. My emphasis is the return to awareness when life becomes difficult, rather than impressive breath holds or unusual sensations. Continue learning and meeting challenges, so consciousness remains alive in ordinary activity after the practice ends.
