Background
Guru Sanju explains Kundalini integration as learning to live everyday life through the intelligence of the life force rather than remaining divided between Kundalini and ordinary activities. She teaches that integration can be challenging because the brain and nervous system must be ready to accommodate this energy, and because Kundalini is specific to each individual.
She describes Kundalini as the universal cosmic life force flowing through the individual and emphasizes practical integration through feeling, sensory awareness, conscious eating and drinking, physical movement, nature, mouth exhalation, instinctive activity, and understanding one’s life purpose. She also presents Kundalini as a lifetime management journey because life force remains present as long as the body is alive. Her approach combines individual diagnosis, specific practices, personal responsibility, consciousness, and, when needed, one-to-one physical work and energy transmission.
Kundalini Integration Requires Readiness
Kundalini is the life force of the universal cosmic energy flowing through you. Integrating Kundalini into your work and daily life can be very challenging. It is not easy until your brain and nervous system are ready for it.
The direct solution I offer is to take my consultation and first get yourself diagnosed. Then I can guide you in integrating your specific Kundalini into your work and daily life.
You can also come for my one-to-one physical project. Right now, I conduct these physical projects in South India, mostly in energy vortexes, and I conduct my work around the world. Whenever you are ready, you can take this personal transformative journey for your integration.
Kundalini Is a Lifetime Management Journey
Many people who go through Kundalini awakening are unable to integrate Kundalini until the end of their lives. I consider integration one of the most adventurous things a person can do because Kundalini is a lifetime management strategy.
Kundalini is going to remain with you as long as you are alive in this body because Kundalini is the life force driving your life. Your body is composed of five elements, chemical composition, and an electromagnetic field, but what thrives within you is Kundalini energy—the life force.
For this life force to thrive, you need practices that are specific to you. Still, there are practical actions you can begin using in your work and daily life.
Understand That Your Kundalini Is Specific to You
First understand this clearly: my Kundalini is specific to me. What works for everyone will not necessarily work for me.
Start living your life by following your feelings. Feel your life in this moment. When I feel like sitting in nature, I sit on the earth, lean against a tree trunk, soak in the sunlight, experience the abundance of nature around me, and express myself from that state of freedom.
This is what Kundalini wants. Kundalini is the energy within you, and she wants to live life through you. Allowing that life force to participate in how you actually live is the ultimate action for integrating Kundalini into work and daily life.
Freedom Makes Deeper Integration Possible
If you are in a job that requires certain commitments to be met, you may not be able to integrate Kundalini in the highest possible manner. This kind of freedom may not be possible when you are already inside what I call the jail of the matrix.
But if you have left the matrix and created an independent life where nobody is telling you what to do every moment, start living through your feeling. Give yourself the freedom to respond to your life force.
Use Your Five Senses to Awaken the Sixth
Engage your five senses fully in the present moment. I teach that when you begin engaging your five senses in life, the sixth sense—the Kundalini energy—begins guiding you through the process.
You can practice this even while eating. Instead of consuming food mechanically, engage yourself completely with it:
- Look at the food before eating it.
- Hold it and consciously feel its texture with your hands.
- Observe its color and engage your sense of sight.
- Smell the food before putting it into your mouth.
- Chew it thirty, forty, fifty, or sixty times while consciously experiencing its taste.
- Continue chewing until the solid food has become a liquid paste, and then swallow it.
Your sensory nervous system participates in the experience of texture, sight, smell, and taste. You become present to the food rather than eating unconsciously.
Integrate Kundalini Through Ordinary Actions
This is how Kundalini begins becoming integrated into life. Through one simple action of eating, you are engaging your life force in feeling life in the present moment.
Do the same with water. When you are thirsty, drink water, but drink it consciously. When you feel like sitting outside or going into nature, go to such places and give yourself the freedom to do so.
Integration does not have to remain separate from daily living. Eating, drinking, moving, sitting, working, and being in nature can all become ways of feeling your life force consciously.
Do Not Sit in One Place for Too Long
Use your body and legs to move around. Do not remain sitting in one place for more than fifteen minutes.
If you are working on a laptop, get up and move your body in different directions. Move outside your house, enter an open space, and walk around while practicing mouth exhalation.
Keep your body moving throughout the day. Allow movement to become part of how you work rather than separating physical life from your work.
Use Instinctive Activities in Daily Life
You can also use ordinary household work as instinctive physical activity. Clean your dishes, wash clothes, wash utensils, broom, mop, and use your full body while doing these activities.
When you begin using your body this way, you realize that integrating Kundalini into work and daily life is not necessarily difficult. The integration happens through how consciously and physically you participate in ordinary life.
Use Mouth Exhalation While Working
If you are working and find that you cannot concentrate properly, you can continue practicing mouth exhalation while you work. I teach that this can improve your attention span, help you feel better, and keep you engaged with life.
But remember that one piece of advice may not apply to everyone. You may not even have enough energy to perform a particular action. Raising your energy and integrating your energy can involve many different processes.
Integration Requires Individual Diagnosis
This is why my advice is to get yourself diagnosed and let me check where your Kundalini is stuck and how you can integrate it properly into your life. Kundalini integration is one of the most challenging tasks, and different practices may be required daily over a period of time.
Your integration becomes more powerful once you understand your life purpose. There are many layers involved in this process, and they cannot always be addressed through one general practice.
Integration Means Living Life in Consciousness
If you want to jump-start your Kundalini journey and move forward with integration, you can come for my physical project. Integration means that you begin living life in consciousness.
There are no more unconscious actions, no more continuing the same suffering, and no more repeating the same kind of troubled life you have lived so far. You have to act powerfully on the practices required for your transformation.
My teachings and actions become important for you only when you are genuinely a learner, a student, and willing to invest in yourself. Ultimately, you have to take responsibility for yourself.
Kundalini Is You
Kundalini is you. You are the soul. You have to take responsibility for your life.
When you take this responsibility, you begin becoming integrated into life as an individual, and you no longer have to suffer from the symptoms of conditioning. You have to work on yourself.
This is my final message to you: integrate Kundalini through the practical ways I teach you, learn the instinctive ways of living, and feel the freedom of being alive.
