Even if the suicidal thought comes, it is not your real destiny speaking. It is fear, pressure, financial stress, and frozen energy speaking through your brain and nervous system.

My first focus is not your money. My first focus is to stabilize your brain, mental health, breath, energy, and life force so that you can function again.

The Root of the Crisis

Your suffering is not only because of debt. Your entire life has led to this point, and the roots go back to childhood.

When you were only three months old, you were given to your maternal grandparents and lived away from your parents for years. A small child cannot understand such separation, but the nervous system records it deeply.

The Heart and Root Are Blocked

The Trauma Release Breath

To release the childhood trauma, feel the suffocation of the abandoned child and exhale forcefully from the mouth. Pull the belly inward and throw the stale air out.

Do this until you feel tired and the charge of that trauma begins leaving your system. Do not do it mentally. Feel the pain, feel the suffocation, and release it through the body.

After the release, you may feel warmth, cooling, vibration, or lightness in the head. This means oxygenation has improved physically, and prana has moved energetically.

The Energy Booster Technique

The first part of the Energy Booster is forceful blow exhalation through the mouth. Throw out toxic energy, fear, and stale air from the belly.

The second part is blow exhalation with hand movement. Move the arms and exhale forcefully, as if pushing toxic energy out of the body.

The third part is fast nasal exhalation, like Kapalbhati, focusing only on throwing air out. The fourth part is fast nasal inhalation, pulling fresh air into the system.

The Four-Round Practice

Practice each part ten times in sequence. First do ten mouth blow exhalations, then ten mouth blow exhalations with hand movement, then ten nasal exhalations, then ten nasal inhalations.

This becomes one complete round. Do several rounds in a day whenever fear, pressure, or toxic energy builds up.

This practice releases stale energy and pulls in oxygen and prana. It shifts the body from collapse toward life.

Slow Mouth Exhalation

The next technique is slow mouth exhalation. Exhale as if life is moving in slow motion.

Release the breath from the mouth slowly, counting internally until the belly becomes fully deflated and no more air can be released.

You can also use the sound “ha” while exhaling. This removes stale air and adds sound vibration to the release.

The Suicidal Thought Cannot Stay

After slow mouth exhalation, close your eyes and observe the mind. When no thought remains, try to bring the thought of suicide in front of your inner screen.

You will see that the thought struggles to form. It cannot sustain itself because the brain has shifted into a different state.

This means the suicidal thought is not permanent truth. It is a state created by fear, freeze mode, and lack of prana.

The New Destiny Field

Now I bring a different thought from your quantum field. You are free from debt, liabilities, and old financial pressure.

Your brain has started working smarter and harder. You are able to earn, repay, rebuild, and create a new life beyond your past performance.

The Thirty-Day Healing Protocol

For the next thirty days, follow the techniques seriously. Practice Kund Breathing, Energy Booster, mouth exhalation, and external Kumbhak.
