Now, what do I mean by masculine?
When I speak of masculinity, I am addressing the masculine energy in you—not merely your gender or physical body. Masculine energy is the energy of consciousness. It is the energy of Shiva that is present within you. But if you are not using it, then you are operating more from the feminine—even if you have a male body.
In this discourse, I will share some of the practical ways through which you can be more masculine and less feminine—especially in your relationships, career, and your overall way of living and operating in the world.
1. Integration with Authenticity
The first quality you must cultivate as a masculine man is to remain integrated in your authenticity.
What does that mean?
To be integrated means you know exactly what your purpose is—and you are determined to take the right actions toward fulfilling that purpose. You are not confused or distracted. Your purpose is crystal clear, and 99.99% of your energy is geared toward living that purpose.
Everything else—your family, your relationships, your investments, your lifestyle—is simply infrastructure for that life project. If you are not living your life purpose, then you are not truly an integrated man.

If you lack decision-making ability, you will be used by others in their journey. You will become an instrument for someone else’s dream—whether it is your family, your boss, or society at large. You’ll find yourself trapped in a 9-to-5 job just to earn money for others, living a life that is not your own.
3. Power of Creation
The third essential quality of a masculine man is the power of creation.
If you have a life purpose, then you have this power. You are not merely a consumer; you are a generator of wealth, ideas, and reality. You are an inventor, a creator, and a visionary.
If you don’t use this power, you become a wounded masculine—a man who complains, who shrinks, who lives in limitation. You disconnect from your core. But the truth is: You have a bigger purpose to serve.
Take action. Learn new skills. Invent something. Create anything—a method, a product, a service, a technology—that the world needs and is willing to pay for.

4. Cultivate Secrecy
The fourth trait of masculine mastery is to remain secretive in life.
Do not share your business ideas, financial details, or creative blueprints with anyone unless absolutely necessary. Write them down, organize them, secure them.
Be like a focused horse—eyes on the path, ears closed to distraction. Do not behave like the feminine by oversharing or emotionally spilling your vision.
This is not the quality of Shiva.
Shiva is integrated and secretive. The masculine man does not need validation. He does not need to share his vision unless he is delegating or outsourcing a task. He leads the vision, he owns it.
5. Lead, Protect, and Provide
The fifth and final quality I want to share today is this: you are a leader.
You are here to lead, to protect, and to provide. In every relationship, in every capacity, these three qualities must flow from you.
You do not need protection. That is a trait of the wounded masculine, not of an integrated one.
So lead your life. Have a purpose. Make decisions. Create. Remain secretive and focused. Build a secure frame around you. Do not allow just anyone to enter that frame.
Create a moat around your energy so you remain an untouchable, mischievous, sovereign man.
That is power.
When you do this, you become the true leader of your life. Not a follower. Not a victim. But a master.
