Your existence threatens them. You exist as a masculine man. You become powerful. When you exist and you work on improving yourself, you improve your quality, you improve your power, you improve your masculine energy—you automatically become a phoenix. You automatically become a lion who is mighty, who is powerful, who is fearless, who is bold. You take decisions for yourself. The decision-making power in you grows, which knows where to invest, when to invest, and how you should multiply the returns on your investment.
But when you do these, the crows, the lower energies, the crabs, the sheep in your surrounding—they get threatened. Because it is not in their potential to work in the direction in which you have worked. Why? Let’s come to the practical aspects of your power and the practical aspects of their weaknesses.
If one of you is in the weakness zone and you want to transform yourself into the stronger zone, then you need to take care of all the details that I’m mentioning here, and you need to work on those areas to transform yourself. Otherwise, you are one of the crabs.
Let’s make a division of two different kinds of frequencies. The first frequency is of you—the man who is retaining your semen. Let’s say you have retained your semen for one year. And what will happen after one year of semen retention?
And the second division is of lower frequencies—the male gender or the male body, which is of the society and of the people in the matrix. They are born in a male body. They are not the masculine man. There is a difference between masculine man and the male body.
So you are now the witness of these two frequencies as you are reading this discourse, as you are connecting to my frequency. And now see these two perspectives. Here is the masculine man who has retained semen for one year at least, and his energy of sex has been transmuted into super consciousness.
The semen, when retained in the body, is reabsorbed by the body, and the nutrition and the chemical charge in it—the minerals, the micronutrients available in the semen, the life force available in the semen—is reabsorbed by the body. That strengthens your nervous system. That strengthens your nerve centers. That works as the bioelectric charge of the body through which you get access to the higher frequencies in the universe.
When this bioelectricity is conserved and preserved in a good way—in the way you should—you get healthier day by day. Your muscles become strong. Your bones become strong. Your musculoskeletal system becomes strong. Your cellular function improves. All the blood in the body is renewed. All the tissue in the body is renewed. All the cells are repaired. And one of the most important hormones that makes you a man is the testosterone. This testosterone is improved. Its quality is heightened when you retain your semen and you transmute that energy to do manly functions in life. You get access to your own masculine energy that leads to your heightened productivity. With heightened productivity, you invest in the direction in which you will create your life, and you will no more become a slave of the society, of the matrix, who does the function assigned to him like a donkey. You become the horse who runs on his own.
All these essentials are possible only through semen retention and transmuting it daily towards your life purpose, towards your ikigai. When you live your passion, the transmutation of your masculine sexual energy goes into fulfilling the purpose for which you are born. Your solar plexus is strengthened. Your core is strengthened. All these are connected.
Your relationship with your partner—be it your spouse, be it your girlfriend, be it your female companion in life—improves. You become a leading man. You start getting access to your own powerful masculine energy that has many functions to perform, who is strong, who can take the risk in life. You no more fear going into the unknown. You stop all your addictions. You are no more interested in cheap and low quality dopamine. You look for real dopamine that comes from taking challenges in life.
Your brain and nervous system respond to those challenges. And all these things are possible only through the instinctive life that I teach to my students in the Phoenix Project, through which they get transformed into a phoenix who is a masculine man, who is a powerful man, who takes the responsibility of his life and for the purpose for which he is born. He is an eagle who soars high up in the sky. He is no more limited by the limitations of the Earth. The sky is the huge area, vast area in which it soars. All the conditioning, all the limitations of the society remain in the society, and he is not influenced by those limitations.
So when you become a phoenix, you burn away all your old self to emerge as the new man, the new person. You are in the evolutionary journey of the evolution that is happening. You focus your power, your attention, your energy, your life force—that is the semen—towards building yourself. You become younger. You get access to the youthful energy in you who is adventurous in nature, who is ready to take any challenge that comes in front of him. You are a minimalist who can travel to places, who can be yourself, and you are not limited or stuck by the unnecessary blockages or unnecessary chains that the society puts on you.
Contrary to this, the other side, the other division, is of the chronic masturbators, the addicted idiots who have not invested in their life. That is the male in the matrix. You were born for evolution. You were born for development. You were born to access full potential of your brain. You were born to become new. But as you started following the demands of the society, the limitations of the society, you became limited by it.
Just imagine one day of one life in one room. Here is the man who is focusing his attention on some ideas—a creation of music which is coming from the Source. That man is the creator of music. He is a music lover. He is getting access to new tunes, new rhythm, new symphony. He is creating in himself, and he becomes the one who brings to the world a beautiful piece of music which is meditative in nature, who is here to heal through his music. He becomes a rock star.
You were born to become a rock star. You were born to create something which has never been invented, which has never been created by anyone. It is the you who was here to create that. And that has been possible because you have retained your semen with yourself, which has increased and transmuted into the energy of cosmic consciousness that flows in you.
The cosmic electricity flows in you when you retain your semen over a period of one year and more. You don’t release it in cheap and lower quality things—with the females with whom you are engaged, or through masturbation, through pornography.
The other room is filled with ten males who are busy watching porn day and night. They are addicted to alcohol, to eating all the stuff—junk food, meat, and food that is not creating any bioelectricity in them. They eat all the stale food kept in the refrigerator for days and months, sitting on the couch, working on the job or not working at all—because their brain does not function. They become stale, old—they become like dead persons while they are alive.
And here in the other room, you’re thriving. You’re full of youthfulness. You no more work like a slave. You create. Even if you have to work on a laptop or computer or technology, you are flexible to work. You are not a slave to work from 9 to 5 for a living that gives you nothing, which is making you dead.
Your bioelectricity is the charge through which your nervous system creates the new you. And if that is not in you, then you are almost like a dead person. All the lower energies of depression, anxiety, stress—these are the experiences of your life if you are involved in addiction, if you are involved in not living your passion. If you are not living your passion, not living your ikigai, then you are not radiating higher—you are radiating in lower energies.
If you are addicted to social media, you are leaking your attention into the outside world, because you yourself are suffering from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder—you are suffering from ADHD. Why? The prime cause of ADHD is not retaining your semen, and whatever attention you have.
Leaking your attention means leaking your bioelectricity—that is also called prana. If you are leaking that, you will feel disoriented, disassociated, and disintegrated. You will have the symptoms of all the brain-related health problems and mental problems like schizophrenia. Your memory loss will happen, which will lead to Alzheimer’s much before old age. You will suffer from multiple sclerosis. And all these symptoms of Alzheimer’s, schizophrenia, multiple sclerosis, bipolar, psychosis, loneliness, anxiety, stress, depression, suicidal tendencies are happening with those ten males in that room who are watching porn day and night, losing their semen through masturbation, not having any kind of physical activity, sitting on the couch, or just being on the cell phone.
The smartphone or the internet is not making you smart if you’re wasting it on addictions and all kinds of interactions on social media, which is primarily for gaining attention of other people because you are leaking that attention. And this—the other room—is full of creative potential in you. You not only create music, you sing a song, you create a song of life, and you inspire millions in the coming time.
You become a rock star who is producing music. And music is just a symbolic representation of the creation that you can do in your life if you are allowing yourself to tap your potential. If you understand the dynamics of becoming a masculine man, it will not be difficult for you to change your habits, to change your addictions, to transform your life.
The dynamics of masculine energy is very simple. Your brain should feel that you are contributing to life. You are not a consumer of life. The other room is full of idiots who are consuming everything. Consuming everything. They have lots of desires, which are never fulfilled, because of the lower energies of anger, fear, insecurity, jealousy, envy, pride, blame, shame, trauma, guilt, sadness, grief that they have carried forward from their wrong deeds, from their bad deeds.
They have never invested in themselves. They are junk bonds. They have never invested in skills to improve their life. They have never invested in living a life which is different in quality, which is of the elevated quality.
When you were studying, they were wasting their life in addictions. And this is the future they are living right now. If you don’t work on your present, your future is not going to be bright. If you wake up now—whatever may be your past—you have the control and you have the power to change your future. You can change your future only by working on your present, by changing and rectifying your mistakes.
If you have made all the mistakes that these idiots are doing, then this is the time that you change it. Change it in the present by being conscious, by intentionally, deliberately changing the way you function in life. Change everything. Stop all addictions. Stop all kinds of disorientation. Withdraw all your attention from everything that you have given free of cost to the world. You have become a clone of the society. You have become the one who is mediocre like them.
No one in the society is happy. No one in the society is healthy. You are a sick man—one of the sheep in the herd of sheep—and you live the same life ruled by others. Where is your independent, autonomous decision-making power to change your life? You are a man. From which perspective? Look at yourself—what you have become. This was not you as and when you were born.
Man is the most evolved and powerful being on this planet. Who says… are you that full of fear? Full of insecurity? Full of not taking risks? Do you always feel stuck and unable to perform?
It takes only a moment to shift your energy—to take a decision that this moment onwards, whatever I will do in life, it will be for myself. Let me spend at least one year of my life disconnected from everyone. Let me leave the matrix. Let me go to an unknown place before taking this plunge, before taking this decision.
Save money. Keep money. Keep your finances strong. Go alone to an unknown land. Go alone to an unknown place where nobody knows you. Disconnect from all the media, social media, and other things which have given you a wrong and false identity of being someone.
Even after doing everything, you’re not happy. You’re not at peace. And you’re not evolving.
If all this is the case, then you’re not a phoenix. You’re not a powerful man.
You will die a natural death—just like any other person who does nothing and dies an unknown death.
If you want to outshine, if you want yourself to become a person—a man—whose very existence threatens others, you don’t have to do anything to threaten them. You don’t have to do anything to focus on them. You just focus on your life, your strength, your power, your aura. Your electromagnetic field will become so strong that automatically their electromagnetic field—their aura—which is already weak, will be deflected from yours. They will automatically go away from your life.
In this total discussion, in this total perspective, I did not mention the people in your surrounding, which I’m going to mention now—which was the theme of this lesson, the theme of this perspective. Your very existence. Your very existence threatens them.
Threatens whom?
First of all, it threatens the females in your life. If you become a masculine man, then the first person who is going to be threatened with your growth is your spouse—your wife—who doesn’t want a masculine man who will lead. She wants a simp. She wants a nice guy who will be ruled by her. The females today are not females—they have become masculine men. Masculine energy in them is driving them, and they have become like a dominating female, who is no more a female.
They will be the first ones who will stop your growth to become a masculine man. They will be the one—female in any form—be it your spouse, be it your girlfriend, be it your friends who are girls, your sister, your mother, your relatives in female form. They will be threatened by your existence, and they will not allow you to become a man. They will create obstacles in your path towards freedom.
They will not allow you to be in solitude. They will not allow you to be alone. Even if you provide them, even if you give them money, even if you want to stay away from them by keeping a distance, they will not allow you because they will blame you—that you are going to have a relationship, or you’re having an extramarital affair.
If you are a married man, and you are going to focus on some other person—some other girl—they will threaten you like this. If she is your spouse, she will blackmail you so that you don’t become a phoenix, so that you don’t work on yourself, so that you don’t become the extraordinary man.
The next group of people will be your parents, or your elderly people—maybe your grandparents. If they are along with your parents, you are fulfilling their dreams, their expectations. And when you go away from them, they lose control over you. And they want to control you.
Let me ask you one question. As a man—as an adult man—you are not answerable to anyone. Then who are they in your life? Why are you following their advice? Why are you following what they say?
Look for all the people who are in an influential position in your life. Be it your boss, be it your friends, colleagues, or anyone—relatives, anyone in the world—or an influencer on the social media whom you are following. Are they subliminally influencing your life and your decisions, and you’re not able to make your independent decision?
If it is that, then disconnect the connection with these energy fields. You don’t need them to grow. In fact, their only presence is restricting your growth.
Do it for one year, and you will see that everything that you always wanted to do has been possible in this one-year period. Slowly, as you retain your semen, your energy will be transmuted.

You have the power to become a rock star of your life—to create your life. And if you do it, you will get a good night’s sleep. And that good night’s sleep will release the good hormones in you.
Gradually, your creativity will improve. As your energy is directed towards creating your life, you will release dopamine. And that dopamine will improve your brain health. Your nervous system will improve. Your nervous system and brain will get the required bioelectricity. It will strengthen your muscles. And all this will lead to increase in your testosterone level. That will increase your masculine energy, and that will become a cycle of powerful energies getting created in you and transmuted into you to make you a phoenix.
