Background

The student has changed her body, posture, energy, professional presence, and healing power. Yet anxiety, routine, job conditioning, low libido, and sacral stagnation remain as old patterns that must be dissolved through real action.

If you do not feel what changes are happening in your body, you cannot take pleasure from the changes in life. The real proof of transformation is not in thinking; it is in feeling.

The Instinctive Life You Must Learn
Your mother has lived an instinctive life, and that is one reason for her good health. At eighty-three, she is still inspiring you.
You are coming to India to learn instinctive life from us. You will implement it and then take it back to your country so that you can teach others.
The Physical Project will dismantle you completely. Fifteen to twenty days in India will be for deep transformation.
Your muscles and body became weak because you did not live instinctively. Now you will learn how to live through the body again.
Anxiety Is Only an Old Response
Anxiety has been your habit for twenty years. Your brain has learned only one response: to become anxious.
Now you have to change the response. Whenever anxiety comes, sing songs, do mouth exhalation, move your body, or do something that changes the old pattern.
The brain must learn a new response. This is how anxiety stops ruling your life.
Mouth Exhalation With Pauses
Close your eyes and begin mouth exhalation very slowly. Let the belly deflate completely as you exhale.
After the exhalation, do not immediately begin the next breath. Let the body inhale and exhale on its own, and feel that natural pause completely.
Only after feeling the pause should you consciously exhale again. This technique teaches you to feel life before jumping into the next moment.
Make the exhalation long, slow, and continuous. Exhale as if drop by drop the breath is leaving you.
The Pause Is the Medicine
The anxiety goes away when you feel the pause between breaths. Anxiety is created when the mind jumps into the future.
The pause brings you back into the present. It tells the nervous system that this moment is safe.
Do this slowly. Be with the breath. Be with the pause. Be with the feeling.
Do not move to the next moment until you have felt this moment completely.
The Morning Routine of Transformation
From now on, wake up at five in the morning. For a few days, use an alarm, and slowly your circadian rhythm will change.
Begin with thirty minutes of Kundalini Breathing on the bed. Then do Ardha Vajrasana for twenty to thirty minutes.
After that, do child pose for ten minutes. Then lie on the left side for five minutes and on the right side for five to ten minutes.
This sequence will prepare the body, brain, and nervous system to begin the day differently.
Surya Bhedi and Chandra Bhedi
After the posture sequence, sit on the bed and practice Surya Bhedi. Close the left nostril, inhale through the right nostril, close the right nostril, and exhale through the left.
Do this ten times in the morning. This activates Pingala Nadi, sympathetic energy, metabolism, heat, bowel clearance, and action-taking power.
Then do the opposite ten times. Inhale through the left nostril and exhale through the right.
At night, practice left nostril breathing before sleep until you feel sleepy. This activates parasympathetic breathing and improves sleep quality.
The First Two Hours of the Day
By six-thirty, get up from the bed, brush your teeth, and begin two hours of physical action at home.
Clean the dishes, clean the kitchen, prepare tea, make breakfast, wash clothes, groom the house, and move your body.
Do not clean the kitchen at night for now. Keep that task for the morning because it will activate your body and feminine energy.
Do these activities with mouth exhalation. Observe how your body, energy, and confidence change.
Feminine Activities Activate Feminine Energy
These household activities are not small. They are feminine activities that bring you into the body.
As you clean, cook, groom, arrange, and care for the space, observe how you feel as a female. Observe how your feminine energy responds.
You are not doing this as a servant of the matrix. You are doing this as a conscious woman reclaiming instinctive life.
For the next seven days, give importance to these actions and see what changes happen inside you.
Your Sacral Energy Must Awaken
Your sexual libido is low right now because your sacral chakra is stagnant. There has been no sexual activity in your married life for almost two years.
Kundalini itself is sexual energy in its deeper form. The more sexually healthy you are, the better Kundalini can process through the body.
A healer filled with healing power must also be alive as feminine energy. An impotent energy cannot become a powerful healing channel.
This does not mean lust. This means life force, vitality, flow, feeling, and embodied feminine power.
Check Your Hormonal Health
You must test your estrogen level and let me know the result. If there is hormonal imbalance, I will guide you toward the necessary changes.
Pregnancy, motherhood, stress, and years of disconnection from the body can affect female health. You must know what is happening physically.
A woman or a man can remain sexually alive even till old age if the body and energy are healthy.
Society has conditioned people to retire too early from life, and this creates blockages in the body and energy system.
Feel Like a Woman Again
Take a soft blanket, pillow, or cloth and hold it like a child holds a teddy bear. Hug it close to your body.
Go back to the feeling of being a little girl who could feel softness, comfort, and affection. Hold it tightly and observe the vibration in your pelvic region.
This practice is not childish. It awakens feeling, softness, estrogenic response, and the forgotten feminine body.
You have to learn to feel again. Feeling is the doorway to feminine energy.
Sex Cannot Be Bypassed
If you have a loving husband and the possibility of sexual union, you cannot bypass sex in the name of spirituality.
Without sex, there is no superconsciousness, and without superconsciousness, there is no true sacred sex. This is an advanced teaching.
If sexual energy is not completed, Kundalini will keep returning to the sacral chakra. Then blockages may become physical, mental, emotional, and energetic problems.
You have been given a partner for a reason. Now you must use this relationship consciously for your transformation.
Take the Initiative With Your Husband
You have to start having sex with your husband again. Take the initiative when you feel the energy arising.
Begin with the romantic angle. Spend time with him, pamper yourself, pamper him, touch him with affection, and bring warmth into the relationship.
Do not rush. Start with foreplay, tenderness, caressing, and emotional connection.

The Pelvic Energy Must Move
Your orgasmic energy must awaken from deep within. You have to move your pelvic region and let the stagnant energy release.
If it is comfortable and possible, woman-on-top can help release energy blocked in the sacral chakra and pelvic region.
Even before full intercourse, you can sit on him and gently move the pelvis to begin awakening the energy.
This is not performance. This is sacral healing, feminine activation, and Kundalini movement.
Do Not Make Sadhana Mechanical
For now, do not continue compulsory sadhana in the same old rigid pattern. The pattern has to change.

The Thirty-Day Challenge
The next thirty days are a challenge. Your task is to initiate sexual connection with your husband and move into nature.
You have to overcome this stage. Once this level is transcended, the next stage will open.
Do not think too much. Take one step, observe what happens, and ask for guidance when needed.
If there is doubt, a fifteen-minute session is enough to clarify the next action and move forward.
Nature Trips for Kundalini Shift
You also need to plan a nature trip. Find a place with dense greenery, forest, waterfall, mountain, high altitude, ocean, moving river, lake, hot springs, meadow, or grass where you can walk barefoot.
The place should not be a luxury resort or five-star environment. It should be natural, raw, and filled with prana and negative ions.
Walk barefoot, hug trees, feel the soil, feel the water, and observe what changes happen in the body.
This trip will shift your Kundalini more than ordinary routine because the environment itself will work on your field.
Study Negative Ions and Watch the Teachings
Study the discourses on Kundalini and negative ions. Understand how negative ions affect the body, brain, energy, and Kundalini process.
When the movie and teachings are released, watch them as if they are meant for you. Watch with full attention, reflect, and implement.
