Kundalini Awakening After Cannabis or Psychedelics: What to Do

The Core Teaching
First establish the sequence: did symptoms follow substance use, or did you begin using substances to suppress an experience already happening? Investigate medical consequences rather than assuming an altered state was enlightenment. The deeper lesson of the case I share is a return to ordinary life: sleep, cooking, nature, intimacy, and purposeful participation. Your work is to create conditions for life to move, not to keep pursuing freedom through substances or an identity of being spiritual.

First Understand What Happened

If you are experiencing Kundalini awakening after cannabis or psychedelic use, my first advice is to understand what actually happened. Did your Kundalini awaken because you used cannabis or psychedelics, or did you begin using these substances after symptoms of Kundalini had already appeared? This distinction is important if you want to find the right solution.

Look back to the first time you used cannabis or psychedelics, whether during your teenage years, childhood, or later. Ask yourself why you used them. Was it recreational, or were you already experiencing symptoms that you were trying to suppress?

I have seen cases where Kundalini had already awakened and the person began using cannabis or psychedelics to suppress the impact of the symptoms. The use continued for years until the person’s condition became much worse.

A Case of Long-Term Cannabis and Psychedelic Use

One such case was Harsh from the US and Canada. He was 46 years old when he came to me, and his immediate concern was that his nervous system had totally collapsed.

As I understood his history, I came to know that he had used cannabis and psychedelics in an attempt to reach enlightenment or experience the freedom of enlightenment. Around the world, people use cannabis and psychedelics to reach altered states of consciousness, but I teach that these substances can affect the brain and nervous system greatly, and the altered state does not necessarily become enlightenment or remain permanently within you.

I connect prolonged use with changes in perception and the way you respond to life. In Harsh’s case, he described his system as totally collapsed.

His Recovery Required a Different Direction

By the time Harsh came to me, he had already met thousands of doctors and undergone tests over approximately 20 years. He had not found a solution through medical science for what he was experiencing.

He worked with me for 100 days using the techniques I taught him and the actions I asked him to take in life. The first action was to go into an open natural space—an energy vortex in nature.

Because he had access to natural spaces, he began spending at least two to three hours a day in nature. The space needed to be open, with direct access to sunlight. I asked him to expose his head and body to sunlight.

Use a Natural, Wild Environment

The natural space should contain natural elements such as naturally growing flowers and plants. It should not be an excessively structured setup. I prefer a wild environment—a natural vortex where the earth remains in its natural form.

A cropland maintained in its natural form is one example. In such an environment, you can feel yourself as you are and learn how to be in the present moment.

This is not simply regular walking or exercise in nature. What helped Harsh and many others who have worked with me was the way they experienced nature and grounding. I teach that when you give yourself a deep grounding experience, Kundalini expands, while blockages, nervous system disorder, and chronic inflammation connected with cannabis and psychedelic use can begin to clear naturally.

Break Identification With the Old Personality

The next action I gave Harsh was completely pragmatic. He had grown a very long beard and long hair as part of his identification with becoming a spiritual person. This kind of identification can happen during a spiritual awakening journey when all you want is freedom and enlightenment.

But I teach that this is not the way. The way is life’s way. I asked him to go bald, and he did it because I was his Guru.

Within one week, he experienced a significant change. He began breaking his identification with his previous personality, and his brain started responding in a new way. His spouse and colleagues were surprised by the change.

When his colleagues asked what had made him go bald, he told them that it was a special kind of therapy for brain advancement. I had asked him to keep private the fact that his Guru had given him this instruction.

Return to Ordinary Human Life

After this, he started living life again. He had not experienced physical intimacy with his wife for approximately five to six years, so one important change was returning to physical intimacy with his wife.

He also began doing ordinary things again:

  • Sleeping properly at night.
  • Being physically intimate with his wife.
  • Cooking food.
  • Participating actively in daily life.
  • Doing these activities with passion and intention.

Under my guidance, he began participating in life again. After approximately 100 days, he became free from the issues he had been experiencing and returned to normal life.

Kundalini Does Not Ask You to Become a Saint

Through this process, Hirsch understood that progressing with Kundalini does not mean becoming a saint or stopping every ordinary activity of life. Kundalini is life itself.

Kundalini is the life force. She wants you to experience life in its natural form. She also wants you to relax and sometimes simply do nothing.

When cannabis or psychedelics have affected your nervous system, many different factors can be involved, and your nervous system may require time to recover. Do not expect everything to change instantly.

Rule Out Medical Causes First

My advice is first to find out whether cannabis or psychedelic use has created medical implications for you. If there are medical implications, get yourself checked and medically treated using whatever appropriate help is available through the medical field.

Do not automatically assume that everything you experience is Kundalini. There is a possibility that it is something else.

  • There may be hormonal problems.
  • There may be nervous system dysregulation.
  • There may be insomnia connected with another condition.
  • There may be cellular-level damage.
  • There may be vitamin deficiencies.
  • There may be other physical reasons for what you are experiencing.

These possibilities need to be ruled out before you identify everything with Kundalini.

Create the Conditions for Kundalini to Progress

If you want an exclusive consultation to diagnose your Kundalini condition and move toward progress in your health, well-being, energetic reality, and freedom, you can work with me. I free people whose time has come.

Kundalini is the work. It is not your work and it is not my work to control Kundalini. Your work is to create the conditions through which Kundalini can progress.

If you need particular guidance, book your consultation, get yourself diagnosed, clear your questions, and then move along your journey.

Work With Me Through a Physical Project

If you cannot process this journey yourself, you can also work with me through a physical project. I conduct these projects mostly in vast energy vortexes where there is an abundance of natural resources.

I teach that my energy and powers work best for you in energy vortexes like these, which is why I conduct my physical projects in such environments. Kundalini needs life. She needs the abundance of the universe, the abundance of the earth, and the abundance of everything.

Come out of your limitations and your sense of lack, and live life in full glory.

Why Your Kundalini Symptoms Have Continued for Years

Why Your Kundalini Symptoms Have Continued for Years

A life can gradually become organized around managing symptoms instead of living. I ask you to examine that pattern alongside the roles, attachments, and familiar routines you are afraid to question. In the actor-and-character analogy, a role is part of your life rather than the whole of who you are. Explore manageable changes, present contact with nature, and consistent self-care. My spiritual direction is from the periphery of constant monitoring toward awareness at the center, so the next chapter has room to emerge.

Why Kundalini Alternates Between Energy Surges and Crashes

Why Kundalini Alternates Between Energy Surges and Crashes

Do not postpone every genuine moment of life until your inner state becomes perfect. I ask you to experience the sunlight, nature, affection, or beauty actually available now, while caring consistently for physical and mental health. Notice whether compulsive stimulation and constant Kundalini monitoring are adding to the swings. In my spiritual teaching, integration means coming closer to the awareness behind changing states. The practical task is to make life less divided between waiting and living, with responsible action and present experience giving energy a direction.

Is This Kundalini Awakening or Something Else?

Is This Kundalini Awakening or Something Else?

Do not decide what is happening from a single vibration, burst of heat, or difficult night. I ask you to look at the whole pattern: what preceded the change, which triggers repeat, where discomfort appears, and how your ability to live is affected. Investigate health concerns as well as spiritual meaning; uncertainty is not proof of Kundalini. My approach begins with that individual history and observation, so the next step is matched to the person rather than borrowed from another awakening story.
