Why Grounding Is Not Calming Your Kundalini Energy

Why Grounding Is Not Calming Your Kundalini Energy

The Core Teaching
Putting your feet on the earth will not complete the responsibilities, relationships, and changes you keep postponing. Grounding also means settling unfinished business and letting your life force move through practical action. I ask you to leave stagnant habits and environments, use your body and senses, and follow your life purpose instead of turning movement into another numerical target. The deeper work is to become embodied in the life you actually need to live.

When Grounding Practices Are Not Working

If you have tried grounding practices such as walking barefoot on the earth, eating excessive food, exercising, moving your body, or participating in grounding experiences at retreats, but you are still experiencing Kundalini surges and volatile energy movement, then something in your life needs to be addressed differently.

First admit that Kundalini energy is not grounding in you through these natural methods. This means there may be something problematic in your energy body that needs to be addressed powerfully by the Guru.

Your Blockages May Be Deeper

You may have karmic unsettled accounts, blockages in your energy body, contraction in your physical body and nervous system, contraction in your mental body, trauma, and unfinished business. I also teach that remnants of past lives and karmic unsettled accounts can remain within your energy body.

These accounts need to be settled through practical actions in life. Grounding is not simply about standing barefoot on the earth. You have to start taking action.

Work With Mouth Exhalation

The first action is to get up and start working. As you work, use mouth exhalation. I teach this exhalation to release tension held within your energy body, physical body, and mental body.

This technique works best in my presence because during a physical project you receive my energy transmission and the powerful energy work I do on you. Your brain and nervous system can then learn in real time what works specifically for you.

Whenever you walk, practice mouth exhalation. Exhale the air from your belly until the belly empties, and allow inhalation to happen naturally on its own. Do not deliberately inhale more than required.

I teach this as a working and moving practice rather than a sitting practice. Walk and work while exhaling through your mouth so that the technique becomes integrated with movement.

Why I Connect Grounding With Negative Ions

I teach that grounding may not be helping because there are too many free radicals and positive ions within the body. The earth has an abundance of negative ions, and grounding allows the body to interact directly with the earth.

When your bare feet contact the ground, I teach that negative ions from the earth move through your skin and help neutralize the effect of positive ions and free radicals in the body. I connect this with oxygen ions being absorbed by the cells and supporting metabolic activity.

If grounding is still not helping, I teach that vasodilation may not be happening sufficiently in the body. Mouth exhalation helps create space through the breathing process. As carbon dioxide is released through exhalation, gas exchange happens in the lungs and oxygenation occurs within the body.

This is one way I work with grounding Kundalini energy. I also teach other techniques individually through one-to-one consultations and physical projects.

Settle Your Unfinished Business

The second dimension is your karmic and unsettled accounts. You cannot remain stagnant in the same place and expect your life force to become free. You have to move beyond your comfort zone.

Come out of the comfort zones connected with your lifestyle. This may involve your life purpose, coming out of a job mentality, or leaving behind any mentality that keeps you stuck. If you want to focus on your life purpose, you have to leave what you have been carrying so far.

If you carry too much of the past, it will affect your future. Grounding will not work fully while your unfinished business remains unsettled.

Energetically Declutter Your Life

Work step by step toward decluttering your life from every angle. Energetic decluttering is an important part of this journey.

  • Leave toxic people behind.
  • Leave toxic environments behind.
  • Leave toxic mindsets behind.
  • Move beyond the four walls of your room.
  • Enter open spaces.
  • Travel and expose yourself to better environments.
  • Invest your time, money, and energy in yourself.
  • Complete your pending tasks.

When I enter forest land and vast open spaces, I enjoy simply walking and participating in instinctive activity. This is different from turning movement into another calculated achievement.

Stop Calculating Every Movement

Instinctive activity is not about achieving one thousand steps, ten thousand steps, or another numerical target. I do not make life into that kind of calculation.

The secret of my fitness is that I follow life. I follow my life purpose wherever it takes me and wherever it wants me to go.

Use Reverse Walking to Come From the Head to the Body

One technique I use is reverse walking. When you walk backward, much of the brain’s energy becomes involved in managing the body. If you feel trapped in your head and unable to come into your body, I teach that reverse walking can help bring your attention into physical space.

When walking backward, you do not know exactly what is behind you, so the brain has to become more aware of the body and its surroundings. As you practice, your attention becomes absorbed in managing your physical movement, and you become more confident in your body.

I teach that this helps bring energy from the head into the body and balances the involvement of the right and left sides of the brain. The right brain monitors the left side of the body, while the left brain monitors the right side.

During reverse walking, the brain is monitoring the body while the prefrontal cortex can remain active. The brain and body become embodied together, and the energy becomes embodied.

Activate All Your Senses

Reverse walking can also bring your attention directly into your surroundings. When I encounter a flower, I engage with its smell, color, texture, leaves, and physical presence. When I encounter raw sand or mud, I feel it directly.

If you want to remain grounded within your body, use all five senses and your sixth sense. Feel the environment instead of remaining trapped inside your thoughts.

Grounding is therefore not only about putting your feet on the earth. It is about becoming embodied, using your senses, participating in life, completing unfinished tasks, and allowing your life force to move through practical action.

Do the Real Work on Yourself

Give yourself your time, money, and energy. Invest in yourself. If you do not know how to work through these processes yourself, you can take my one-to-one personal consultation online.

I also conduct customized one-to-one physical projects in natural energy vortexes. I currently conduct physical projects in South India, including environments such as coffee estates, where I work with students individually according to what they need.

If you want to work on yourself in the physical presence of the Guru, you can participate in a one-to-one physical project in a vast energy vortex and do the real work in my presence.

What Practices to Stop When Kundalini Becomes Intense

What Practices to Stop When Kundalini Becomes Intense

If the practices you keep adding leave you increasingly overwhelmed, stop making more practice the solution. I ask you to put intense activation aside and return to eating, sleeping, movement, self-care, and direct sensory experience. Years invested in a technique do not obligate you to continue it when its effect is unhelpful. Letting go includes the identity built around constant spiritual effort. The central instruction is to make room for ordinary life again and address health concerns, with further guidance shaped by your actual capacity.

What to Do When Kundalini Becomes Too Overwhelming

What to Do When Kundalini Becomes Too Overwhelming

An overwhelming activation is not an invitation to keep increasing intensity. First notice what set it off and what continues to stimulate it, including forceful practice, intoxicants, and compulsive digital activity. Bring attention back to the body through gentle, manageable grounding and investigate the health concerns involved. My first aim is that you feel sufficiently safe and settled to participate in life. Further work should follow your actual condition and capacity; a powerful experience alone does not mean it has been integrated.

How to Purify Your Body and Life Force During Kundalini

How to Purify Your Body and Life Force During Kundalini

Purification is conscious selection: notice what you repeatedly consume, tolerate, avoid, or do compulsively, and begin changing what diminishes your freedom to choose. This includes substances and information as well as emotional patterns and neglected needs. Learn one practice, observe its effect, and give the energy freed from an old habit a meaningful direction. My central instruction is participation. Guidance can open a door, but your own choices in nourishment, boundaries, listening, movement, relationships, and work are where the transformation becomes lived.
