What Practices to Stop When Kundalini Becomes Intense

What Practices to Stop When Kundalini Becomes Intense

The Core Teaching
If the practices you keep adding leave you increasingly overwhelmed, stop making more practice the solution. I ask you to put intense activation aside and return to eating, sleeping, movement, self-care, and direct sensory experience. Years invested in a technique do not obligate you to continue it when its effect is unhelpful. Letting go includes the identity built around constant spiritual effort. The central instruction is to make room for ordinary life again and address health concerns, with further guidance shaped by your actual capacity.

When Intense Practices Make Kundalini More Intense

If your Kundalini has been activated or awakened through yoga practices, breathwork, chanting, intense meditation, psychedelics, energy initiation from a Guru, or devotional practices, first observe what is happening. If these are the reasons behind your Kundalini activation and you are unable to control the effects of Kundalini becoming so intense in you, my immediate advice is to stop doing all these practices.

Do nothing other than eating well, sleeping well, making your bowel clearance well, moving your body, and doing all the activities that a normal, healthy human being does.

Why Stopping the Practices Can Be Difficult

This solution may not be acceptable to you at first because you have become identified with all the practices you have done for years. You may have invested so much of your time, money, and energy in learning techniques, going to retreats, taking initiations, chanting, learning mantras, and doing many different spiritual practices.

A certain part of your nervous system will not allow you to leave these practices immediately. Automatically, your neural pathways will take you toward devotional songs, chanting mantras, and doing all the practices you have been doing, even if they yield no result for you.

My Way Is Practical and Pragmatic

My way is practical. My way is pragmatic. When you take the actions that I read from your Inner GPS, from your Kundalini, and tell you to do, your Kundalini moves.

You do not have to continue spiritual practices that you have been doing so far if they are yielding no result. Just become practical.

Kundalini Wants Freedom, Not More Practices

You want to be free. If it is in your destiny to be free, your Kundalini will become free on its own when the time comes and when the Guru comes who can free you. Only the Guru can free you; you cannot be free on your own.

So stop doing all the nonsense practices that you have been doing so far. Kundalini does not want you to do more practices. There is no sense in it. Kundalini just wants you to live life.

Your Body Must Be Able to Process Kundalini

If your body’s condition becomes so unhealthy that it is not able to process Kundalini, the soul will not reside in this body. Do you think that all people who are going through Kundalini awakening become free in that life? No, not necessarily.

If you do not get the Guru, there is a possibility that Kundalini will process halfway in the body and then leave the body once the body becomes diseased, decayed, and you die. All these conditions created in your body due to the practices you do become obstacles to Kundalini freedom.

Start Living Life Right Now

Can you live life right now? Can you do this right now? I can bet that if you start living your life right now, you will see the change in you, you will see the shift in you, and you will see that freedom is happening on its own.

Expose your body to the feeling level. Come out of the thinking mind and come to the body. Feel life as it is in the moment.

  • Feel the taste of your food.
  • Feel the calmness of water.
  • Smell the nature around you.
  • Feel the wind blowing and touching your skin.
  • Feel the heat of the sun.
  • Smell the flowers.
  • Start speaking.
  • Start singing songs.
  • Listen to good music.
  • Listen to the sounds of nature and the singing sounds of birds.
  • Listen to the rustling of tree leaves.

All these experiences are connected to feeling life and being in the body.

When Years of Practice Produce No Result

If you have done so many practices for so long and you are still not able to ground Kundalini, you may feel that you are becoming crazy and unable to find any result. Ultimately, you may feel like a loser, and your body may go into freeze mode.

Your brain has stopped releasing dopamine in you. Your sense of achievement has gone haywire. You do not even feel like achieving anything for years because there is nothing complete in whatever you do.

You chant, meditate, listen to devotional music, or dedicate yourself to whichever God you are praying to, but there is no end result to it. The end result of this journey is freedom, ultimate freedom.

Freedom Requires Working on Yourself

I free my students who come to me with that devotion toward themselves. If they have understood that they are the soul, self-realization happens in my presence.

If your time has come and you are working on yourself, I guarantee you will be free. But I can guarantee freedom only if you work on yourself. If you are investing in yourself one hundred percent, there is no reason you will not be free.

Start investing in yourself in the right direction. Whatever symptoms you have developed in your physical body or mental health condition, my advice is to get yourself medically checked once so that you can rule out other things that can be solved through the medical process.

To Process Kundalini, Drop Everything and Let Go

Even after doing that, if you are unable to progress well in your Kundalini awakening journey, understand that it is futile to keep chanting and doing practices if they are not giving you any result. To process Kundalini, you have to drop everything. You have to let go.

One technique I can teach you right now can reduce a big load from your system. Let your hands drop, raise your shoulders upward, and then release them while letting your hands and shoulders drop. Do this five times and feel the shift within you.

Empty Yourself

Let go of everything: all the chanting, all the meditation, and all the spiritual practices. Nothing is required. Start giving away everything that you have collected and empty yourself.

I teach more processes like this through personal consultation. If you have questions, want to take my energy transmission directly to move your Kundalini, or want to take Shaktipat from me, I have the power to read you.

Process Kundalini Gently and Naturally

I have the power to move your Kundalini. I have the power to integrate your Kundalini, and I have the power to process your Kundalini in the most gentle and natural way.

No medicines are required in my process. All are natural ways where you need to make maximum use of your body and maximum use of nature to feel life.

Kundalini Wants to Live Life Through You

Kundalini itself is the universal nature that wants to live life through you. If you understand this and start taking actions, you will feel the difference.

Come out and become wild like me. Participate with me in these kinds of physical experiences through my physical projects. Experience the wilderness of nature, expand your hands and chest, and feel the freedom of life.

These physical experiences can be combined with my powerful Shaktipat and powerful energy work on you. The rest of the details are available through my website and my team.

Safety in the Presence of the Guru

If you are not able to do this on your own, then you need the Guru. In the presence of the Guru, you can do it. You are safe.

Your brain, nervous system, and body understand this safety. Your Kundalini understands the safety. Your Kundalini is safe in my presence, and that is my power that works on you.

Why Grounding Is Not Calming Your Kundalini Energy

Why Grounding Is Not Calming Your Kundalini Energy

Putting your feet on the earth will not complete the responsibilities, relationships, and changes you keep postponing. Grounding also means settling unfinished business and letting your life force move through practical action. I ask you to leave stagnant habits and environments, use your body and senses, and follow your life purpose instead of turning movement into another numerical target. The deeper work is to become embodied in the life you actually need to live.

What to Do When Kundalini Becomes Too Overwhelming

What to Do When Kundalini Becomes Too Overwhelming

An overwhelming activation is not an invitation to keep increasing intensity. First notice what set it off and what continues to stimulate it, including forceful practice, intoxicants, and compulsive digital activity. Bring attention back to the body through gentle, manageable grounding and investigate the health concerns involved. My first aim is that you feel sufficiently safe and settled to participate in life. Further work should follow your actual condition and capacity; a powerful experience alone does not mean it has been integrated.

How to Purify Your Body and Life Force During Kundalini

How to Purify Your Body and Life Force During Kundalini

Purification is conscious selection: notice what you repeatedly consume, tolerate, avoid, or do compulsively, and begin changing what diminishes your freedom to choose. This includes substances and information as well as emotional patterns and neglected needs. Learn one practice, observe its effect, and give the energy freed from an old habit a meaningful direction. My central instruction is participation. Guidance can open a door, but your own choices in nourishment, boundaries, listening, movement, relationships, and work are where the transformation becomes lived.
