Kundalini and Enlightenment

Die Before You Die

Die Before You Die

The death I speak of is the ending of the conditioned personality that keeps living to please and impress others. Surface changes cannot transform a life still organized around the same demand for approval. My instruction is to take responsibility for yourself and learn a different way of living through practical experience. The Phoenix image points to that deeper work: releasing the old programming so your own purpose can become the center of action.

The More You Empty, the More God Enters

The More You Empty, the More God Enters

Spiritual experiences can encourage you, but trying to possess the bliss can become another attachment. My instruction to Bo is to continue his sadhana, recognize the silent awareness beneath his old story, and make room for change in ordinary life as well as meditation. Emptying means releasing the noise, identities, and accumulated burdens you keep carrying. Stay with that surrender rather than turning a glimpse of light or freedom into the destination.

Being Vs. Doing- IGG Practical Consciousness Secret Guide

Being Vs. Doing- IGG Practical Consciousness Secret Guide

You can perform the roles of professional, parent, or partner without turning any role into your entire identity. I ask you to notice the awareness present while you eat, work, or relate, and return to that being once a particular transaction is finished. Witness your thoughts and roles instead of continuously reinforcing them. The freedom in this teaching comes from living as consciousness that can act, rather than carrying the constant burden of being somebody.

What Is Consciousness? The Most Radical Guide

What Is Consciousness? The Most Radical Guide

The one receiving this experience is consciousness; it is not merely another thought about who you are. My instruction is to recognize that distinction through presence and undivided attention. Knowledge can point toward it, but it cannot replace entering the experience yourself. When consciousness becomes the ground of life, thoughts and inherited identities no longer have to determine every response. The real inquiry begins with the sincere question: do I know who I am beyond what the mind says?

What Is Spiritual Awareness? How Can You Use It to Improve Your Life?

What Is Spiritual Awareness? How Can You Use It to Improve Your Life?

Spiritual awareness means recognizing yourself beyond the roles and conditioning through which you have learned to live. That recognition must change your choices: stop blindly borrowing the crowd's direction and begin creating, expressing, and contributing from your own understanding. I ask you to listen to the expansion and contraction I call Inner GPS and learn what they mean in your life. The aim is not a more spiritual identity, but a conscious and independent way of living.

Kundalini Awakening Vs. Matrix

Kundalini Awakening Vs. Matrix

The matrix I ask you to examine is not only the society outside you; it is also the beliefs, fears, desires, and roles through which you keep reproducing its demands. Kundalini, in my teaching, challenges that identification so a more conscious and authentic life can emerge. Question inherited definitions of success, express what you actually feel, and discover your own direction. The deeper freedom is to live beyond automatic conformity, rather than simply oppose society while carrying the same conditioning within you.

What Is Sahaj Samadhi? Why Is It So Important? Here’s My Experience

What Is Sahaj Samadhi? Why Is It So Important? Here’s My Experience

Realization is not the end of learning how to live. I distinguish self-realization, self-stabilization, and self-expression because absorption in consciousness must eventually become a creative life in the world. Sahaj Samadhi, as I teach it here, is that expression: finding how your understanding and abilities can fulfill your body's dharma. The deeper task is to create your own path of contribution after the inner realization, rather than remain lost in bliss without a way to express it.

How to Activate Your Sixth Sense: Unlocking the Mysteries

How to Activate Your Sixth Sense: Unlocking the Mysteries

The sixth sense I describe is a capacity for attentive, intuitive understanding, not a spectacle reserved for a gifted few. Make space to listen, observe your experience, and reflect on the insights you notice in daily life. Nature, mindfulness, creativity, love, and gratitude all serve that deepening of awareness. The central instruction is patient cultivation and practical integration: develop a more connected way of living instead of chasing extraordinary experiences as proof that something has activated.

Why Do I Have a Gut Feeling Something Is Wrong?

Why Do I Have a Gut Feeling Something Is Wrong?

The gut feeling I describe is a signal to become attentive before proceeding mechanically. In my Inner GPS framework, a knot in the gut, a momentary holding of the breath, and a sense that something is wrong can belong to an intuitive warning. The practical point is to learn how you experience those signals and consider your next action carefully. A feeling becomes meaningful through understanding and response, rather than being noticed and then repeatedly ignored.

What Is the Sixth Sense?

What Is the Sixth Sense?

I use the term sixth sense for the intuitive perception I call Inner GPS: a way of knowing that I distinguish from the five senses and habitual mental thought. The important work is learning that distinction in your own experience, rather than treating every thought as intuition. In this teaching, developing the sixth sense changes how you understand people, surroundings, and decisions because you become more attentive to the signals beneath your usual reasoning.
