When I speak about becoming a masculine man, it is a truly transformative process. It is about you becoming a Phoenix—burning your ashes, transforming your complete existence. Whatever you are, whatever you have been, you have to drop the nice guy from your personality. And that is the true work.
Your brain, your nervous system, your entire system has learned the programming of the old nice person—who is in pleasing behavior, in people-pleasing behavior. He’s all the time working to please others, impress others, and in this effort, he loses his masculinity.

Once you start operating from your masculine energy, you need to retain your semen. And when that semen is retained in you, it gets transformed into a big volcano—that is the cosmic electricity. You need to know that.
You have to take the responsibility of your life that nature, that universe, has given you. You cannot be dependent on the female in your life, or parents, or society, or friends to transform you. Nobody is going to transform you. They have transformed you into a robot, which serves for them. In a way, you have become like an artificial intelligence. Whatever you demand from that person, that man—that person gives. And it is for their benefit.
