Why Kundalini Awakening Brings Old Trauma to the Surface

The Core Teaching
When an old feeling becomes noticeable, habitual suppression can return before you have understood what is present. My emphasis is to recognize that pattern and make room for conscious, manageable expression rather than immediately push the experience away. Notice the character you perform for approval and the ordinary impulses toward movement, connection, or rest that you keep denying. Within this spiritual teaching, freedom involves less accumulated holding. Let the present become a place to listen and respond, rather than another repetition of silence and self-control.

Kundalini Brings Suppressed Trauma to the Surface

If you are going through Kundalini awakening, understand that Kundalini is going to clear your blockages and make you free. Old traumas that you have suppressed in your body remain lodged in your nervous system.

When Kundalini awakens, she begins breaking you free from the bondages and holds you have kept within your nervous system. As this happens, old trauma begins coming to the surface.

Trauma Can Erupt Like a Volcano

I compare this process to a volcanic eruption. When gases and fiery energy beneath the earth’s crust become pressurized to the point that they can no longer be contained, a volcanic eruption happens and lava comes out of the earth with tremendous force.

Kundalini is also a force. She is going to break you free from your blockages powerfully. Therefore, do not continue repressing your energies. Expand them and allow Kundalini to move forward.

Move With the Flow of Your Life Force

I do not decide every movement I make. I allow my Kundalini and life force to decide the direction, and I move with the flow. If you allow Kundalini to move with the flow, you can live a very meaningful life.

If I suddenly feel like stopping and soaking in the sunlight, I stop and soak in the sunlight. When you soak in sunlight, keep your posture open. There are minor details about how to soak in sunlight that I teach through personal consultation.

The important principle is that when you genuinely feel like doing something, do it. Go with your feeling. This is what Kundalini teaches you.

Engage Your Senses in the Present Moment

When I move with the flow, I may travel from one place to another without even realizing how far I have moved. This happens because the life force is moving within me.

If I feel like touching the trunk of an old tree, I touch it and feel it. I engage my senses fully in that moment. This activates my instinctive brain.

If I suddenly notice an insect and my brain gives me the signal to throw it away, I respond immediately. These instinctive actions happen when you follow Kundalini instead of suppressing everything within your system.

Open Space Supports Kundalini Unblocking

Being in an open space supports the unblocking of Kundalini to a great extent. Continual suppression does the opposite.

Imagine continually stuffing clothes into a wardrobe. One day, when you suddenly open the wardrobe, all the clothes fall outward because there is no longer enough space to contain them.

Anything suppressed for a long period eventually demands expression. First it leads to depression, then repression, and finally it can lead to a blast. I compare this accumulated pressure to an atom bomb being blasted.

Trauma Can Remain Stored in Your Belly

Old trauma becomes stuffed into your subconscious mind because whenever it arises, you do not want to face it. You push it away and throw it into the lower region of your body.

I teach that traumas become stored in the belly region. When you do not face an emotion in the moment it arises, that emotion becomes trapped there.

This can lead to different Kundalini symptoms and different kinds of diseases, and it prevents you from living the life you genuinely want to live.

Face the Trauma When It Surfaces

If trauma is surfacing during Kundalini awakening, face each trauma and each symptom of trauma in the moment you experience it. Do not immediately push it back down.

If you feel like laughing, laugh immediately. Laugh out loud.

Initially, the laughter may feel phony, but eventually a moment can come when you begin laughing naturally. You can use this as a technique: start laughing for thirty or forty minutes and keep laughing. With continued expression, the energy can become free from the suppression surrounding laughter.

Trauma Is Not Only About Major Events

Trauma is not connected only with big things or major events in your life. Trauma can also arise because of beliefs, conditioning, and all the rules and regulations you follow while living within the matrix.

These patterns become neural pathways in your system. When Kundalini awakens, she begins unblocking these traumas from your nervous system and directly shows you how to live life.

Do What Life Is Asking in the Moment

If you feel like opening your arms, open them now. Feel the wind blowing. Feel the sunlight in this moment. Absorb everything that life is offering you right now.

Instead, you may become phony about your presence because you have developed character armor. Character armor means that you want to behave in a particular way and perform in a particular way.

This is the story of the matrix. You are continually trying to impress someone or the other instead of allowing your life force to express itself naturally.

Break Free Through Instinctive Activities

My ways are extremely instinctive. I break my energy free through instinctive activities.

I may choose to walk through a wild natural place filled with trees and plants where walking itself is difficult. Instead of avoiding it, I choose to move through the unknown and take the challenge of walking through it.

When I move through the plants safely and succeed, my brain learns that everything is safe. You also have to go into the unknown and feel life.

Stop Creating Hold Mode

Being in the sun may make you sweat. I allow that natural experience instead of becoming phony or worrying about how I appear. If you continually care about how everything looks to others, you create hold mode within your system.

Nothing needs to remain suppressed in your body. When you suppress yourself, your solar plexus is affected, your life purpose is affected, and your core is affected.

The hold and trauma remain around the diaphragm region, and your breathing becomes compromised. This is why releasing the hold is important in processing Kundalini.

The Guru Knows the Path of Kundalini Unblocking

If you want to become free from hold mode, you have to meet the Guru. The Guru has walked the path and knows the expertise behind Kundalini unblocking.

When old traumas begin releasing, I consider it good news because you are becoming free from what I call energetic constipation.

Old Trauma Is Energetic Constipation

Think about how your body feels when you are physically constipated. Old traumas are like energetic constipation within your system.

When you become free from energetic constipation, you experience freedom and begin feeling life again. The release is therefore not something I teach you to fear; it is part of becoming free from what has remained suppressed within you.

Kundalini Awakening and Emotional Overwhelm: How to Get Free

Kundalini Awakening and Emotional Overwhelm: How to Get Free

When you are already emotionally overwhelmed, further catharsis and constant retelling can keep the same loop active. I ask you to pause practices that intensify it, return to ordinary care, and bring the experience to someone capable of helping you understand the actual problem. Nature and manageable activity can reconnect attention with the present, while health concerns receive appropriate treatment. The central instruction is right effort: distinguish useful processing from repeated stimulation, so your next action helps you live rather than prolongs the emotional story.

Why You Feel Stuck in Repeating Emotional Cycles During Kundalini

Why You Feel Stuck in Repeating Emotional Cycles During Kundalini

A repeating emotion may be connected with an unfinished experience rather than the circumstances immediately before you. In the musician’s story, fear had become a familiar way of meeting work, money, family, and even simple new experiences. My emphasis is to approach the feeling in a safe setting while also changing present behavior. He returns attention to music lessons, livelihood, health, and resources already available. The crux is joining emotional understanding with lived evidence of capability, so the old pattern gradually loses its monopoly over the present.

Why Kundalini Awakening Causes Brain Fog and Poor Concentration

Why Kundalini Awakening Causes Brain Fog and Poor Concentration

Brain fog calls for a practical investigation, not one fixed explanation. Examine sleep, nourishment, hydration, health concerns, and how much attention is consumed by constant Kundalini research or overstimulating practice. I ask you to simplify what leaves you exhausted and invest in the conditions for clearer functioning. Guidance about concentration should fit the individual rather than add another method indiscriminately. The crux is protecting attention through daily care and appropriate assessment, then using the clarity available for action instead of spending it entirely on monitoring yourself.
