Are you experiencing the symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder?
If you are going through a spiritual awakening and experiencing a lack of attention, focus, or concentration, then this discourse is for you. In this discourse, I will be sharing some of the most powerful techniques that can improve your brain’s functioning and help liberate you from ADHD symptoms.
Before we go any further, let me tell you this:
90% of people on Earth today are suffering from some form of ADHD. Some have been officially diagnosed, while many others have not. Yet, the issue of attention remains one of the most pressing problems in the world. The brain, the mind, and your entire system are deeply affected by the lack of consciousness in the surrounding environment.
In the collective consciousness of the world, there is very little awareness about this profound issue—an issue that silently influences almost every other challenge you face, whether in your health, wealth, relationships, or spiritual growth.
So, if you are on your spiritual awakening journey and you’re experiencing symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), then do not delay in implementing the techniques I will describe here.
And if you feel the need for further guidance—or if you wish for me to personally work with you for your life transformation—then I suggest you join the projects and help yourself become a healthy person with a healthy brain, so you can move forward in your spiritual journey with all the development that is required.
Now, here are a few things you need to implement immediately:
First, stop watching porn. If you are engaging in it, stop masturbating.
Stop spending time on social media.
Stop being addicted to browsing—unconscious browsing.
And stop all the unconscious patterns of seeking other people’s attention… just because you are lacking attention within yourself.
You are addicted to social media.
You are addicted to your phone.
You are addicted to the internet and all kinds of mindless consumption—because you are lacking attention.
There is no prana and no oxygen in your body.
There is no prana and no oxygen in your brain.
Your brain has become depleted of its reserves of oxygen and prana.
You must know this: our nervous system—our nerve cells—has the power to store prana. And this prana can be stored.
So far, only yogic science and the energy secrets that I teach offer a way to store prana in your nervous system and brain. Apart from that, there is no other method. But to store prana, you must first correct the hardware of your system.
Right now, your body is deteriorating. Your mind is deteriorating. Your brain is deteriorating.
You need to understand—it’s just like the hardware and software of a computer or laptop: both are malfunctioning.
You need to fix the software—that means changing the behaviors and neural pathways you’ve created through addictions and unconscious patterns.
At the same time, you need to fix the hardware—that means improving the capacity and quality of your brain.
How do you do that?
By increasing the right input—especially the nutritional value you put into your body.
One of the first causes of this deterioration is unconscious eating.
Unconscious eating is one of the main reasons behind the problems in your life.
Your sympathetic nervous system is in hyperactivation, leading you to take impulsive decisions and act without any control over your nervous system.
So in this discourse, I’m introducing you to techniques to become aware of this and to begin the healing process.
It takes time. For deep transformation, you may take my personal consultation.
But for now—here is the first technique to begin with, right away.
Bring your attention into this present moment. Practice single-tasking.
How do you do that?
Let’s do it right now—together.
We’ll begin by applying external Kumbhaka (breath retention after exhalation).
Step-by-step:
- Inhale slowly through your nose.
- Exhale completely through your nose.
- Now, hold your breath after exhalation.
Do this 2 or 3 times right now as you’re reading.
After this reading, begin practicing it 10 times a day… then 100 times a day. A minimum number of external Kumbhaka rounds are necessary for you to experience the integration of your attention. So, begin practicing.
Now, let’s go for your second round:
- Inhale slowly.
- Exhale slowly.
- After exhalation, hold your breath.
Keep your focus inward—specifically at your third eye center, the space between your eyebrows.
Hold… and relax.
Now, drink some water.
Let me now introduce you to a simple balancing posture.
This posture activates the vagus nerve, harmonizes the autonomic and central nervous systems, and brings a deep sense of safety to the brain.
When your brain feels safe, its ability to focus naturally increases.
This posture is called the Tree Pose.
Here’s how to do it:
- Stand straight.
- Fix your left foot firmly on the ground.
- Lift your right leg and place the heel on your left thigh.
- Try to balance.
You may use a wall for support in the beginning—that’s completely fine.
Once you find your balance:
- Raise your hands upward.
- Bring the palms together above your head.
- Close your eyes, and remain in this posture for as long as you can.
If you lose balance, simply come closer to the wall and continue.
If you’re struggling, you can even hold your lifted leg with your hands initially.
If you’re unable to hold the pose for long, switch to the other side and repeat.
With regular practice, you’ll develop the inner strength and balance to perform this posture without support.
Even practicing 2–3 minutes a day will begin rewiring your brain for deeper attention and balance.
Remember:
This posture alone can help bring balance into your brain.
Your focus and attention will naturally begin to increase.
Now, moving on…
Another essential action: stay hydrated. Begin drinking water regularly.
Also, start your mornings with sprouts and dry fruits.
Here are some simple and powerful options:
- Fresh green sprouts
- Soaked almonds
- Raisins
- Dates
These are nutrient-rich foods that support your brain and nervous system.
In the next discourse, I will show you how to practice conscious eating to help heal ADHD and free yourself from it at the root.
But for now, begin with just these two techniques:
- External Kumbhaka
- Tree Pose
These are enough to help you start single-tasking, and to move toward focus, clarity, and inner stillness.
Have a nice day!
