Spiritual Awakening and Social Withdrawal

You are going through spiritual awakening, and you feel that the world is not for you. You feel you do not belong to the world around you, and you do not feel like participating or exchanging your energies with other people. You feel that you want to live in solitude with yourself. But when you start living in solitude with yourself, you start having the symptoms of depression, loneliness, anxiety, and all the time a feeling of guilt and shame that you are doing something, saying something which is not good, because the environment around you is making you feel so. That is precisely why I wear a cap and sunglasses sometimes in my live discourses—to disrupt the fixed perception that your mind has formed. To challenge the programming that has been handed to you. You have seen me before without these accessories, without this kind of dual presentation, and this visual shift was intentional.

Just as I alter my outer appearance, I am inviting you to alter your inner script. Because you feel that life is like that—predictable, fixed. You have trained your mind. Your mind is conditioned to see things the same—the same way every time. The matrix, the society, the world has taught you to behave in a certain way, and then only do they give you approval—approval of your belonging to this Earth, to this planet.

But it is not that. The world that you see is only 1% of the total existential power. You are born out of existence—not by society, not by the world. Yet they make you feel as though they own you. They make you feel that they have some authority over your life. And when you do not follow their rules, their patterns, the norms that society follows, the world follows—you are made to feel like a victim. You are made to feel that you do not belong to the external world.

They don’t understand your spiritual awakening journey. They do not understand the Kundalini that has awakened in you. And let me tell you, if you start following your energy, your heart chakra will open, and you will begin to live a life of freedom.

So let me teach you quick techniques that you can do right now with me to open your heart chakra, to change the vibrational frequency with which you are operating. And this will change everything in your life from this moment onward.

First of all—move your body into a happening, dancing pose. Move your body! Move your body! This technique works with my students, and it will work for you too. Any movement, any gesture, anything that makes you feel that life is good. Say it with your body: Life is good. Life is good. Life is good. Do you like this?

Yes yes yes! Okay! Yes! Hooray! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Ho ho! Ho ho ho ho! Whoo! Make sound! Express yourself! These sounds send a signal to your brain and nervous system that everything is okay. Everything is happening, so you don’t need to worry. Life is good. You can spend time alone at home, dancing. You have so much space. You can be alone and happy.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Whoo! Hey! Hooray! Hooray! Hooray! Hooray! You can do like this—and you will feel that the shift has happened. Yes, the shift has happened. You’ll notice: a major smile arises. You feel rejuvenated. You can also do some playful movements sitting on the floor. Kick! Yes—kick! Use all parts of your body.

Whoa! Whoa! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Yes! You can play some music and dance. Just play music and dance, and feel happy. You don’t need anyone’s approval. No one is watching. Don’t judge yourself. Don’t become judgmental toward your own movements. You can do anything. Become a child! Yes yes yes yes yes! Ooh! Oh! Oh! And sing songs.

Woo hoo! Oh! La la la la la! No! Ho ho! Ho!” Hoo hoo hoo hoo hoo hoo hoo hoo hoo hoo hoo!

You can create anything. You can create music. Play your favorite tracks. Say it: Yo yo yo yo! And forget the society. Forget the matrix. They are all sick in the world.

All are not having life. But you are having life energy right here, right now. Ha!

Did you experience the shift?

The next technique is laughter. Induced laughter is one of my most powerful techniques that helps students recover from depression. I have treated and healed thousands—and even more—students and patients from clinical depression, the deepest forms of depression, using this method. So do it with me:

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

A time will come when natural laughter is liberated from you. You start laughing naturally. Do this practice for 30 minutes, 40 minutes, or even an hour. And with this technique, you will feel the change. The transformational stretch will come. You will feel alive.

So here is your Guru—for you. To change everything. To change the way you function. To remove stagnancy from your life.

You do not need to feel lonely. You do not need to feel depressed. You do not need to suffer the stress and anxiety of being alone. Create your life—right here, right now. Do it now! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!

All these techniques will help you. And at the end, just expunge the activity—or expand your chest.

If you’re not able to expand your chest due to congestion in that region, try to release the trauma lodged there. Then inhale and exhale fast.

And then come to center. Breathe well.

This was just a glimpse of the basic activities you can do when you are alone at home. At the same time, you can create your life by doing instinctive functions—which I will teach you later. But you will be surprised to feel the healing—instant healing—that happens through these actions.

You will feel that your life is given to you to live your own life.
