Background
Guru Sanju explains that repeating emotional cycles during Kundalini awakening can arise when emotions, trauma, or unfinished transactions with people have never been fully processed. She teaches that an emotion experienced during a difficult event may remain held within the system when a person goes into freeze mode instead of expressing and completing what was felt at that moment.
Through the case of one of her students, she describes how fear, insecurity, anger, poverty consciousness, family experiences, and deeply rooted conditioning can continue repeating for decades. She teaches that Kundalini brings these unresolved patterns forward so they can finally be processed. Her approach emphasizes feeling emotions in a safe environment, changing conditioning, taking practical actions, improving health and daily life, moving from lack toward abundance, and working directly with a Guru to bring long-standing emotional cycles to completion.
Why the Same Emotions Keep Returning
The prime reason you remain stuck in repeated emotional cycles is that you have not completely worked on your emotions. You may not have completed your transactions with people or completed the feeling of emotions that arose during trauma, unfinished business, or a particular event in your life.
Kundalini awakening is an individual journey, so different experiences can create different repeating emotional cycles. Something that happened many years ago can continue returning because the emotion was never fully processed when the original event occurred.
When Childhood Trauma Remains Unprocessed
For example, imagine that someone very close to you died when you were a child. Perhaps one of your parents died accidentally, and at that age you were unable to process the emotions of that trauma when they arose.
Your surviving parent may have been occupied with their own emotions, while family members, relatives, and friends focused on that parent instead of helping you process what you were feeling. You may have been left alone with your emotions and gone into freeze mode.
People around you may not have known that you needed to express yourself fully. They may simply have asked whether you were healthy or whether you slept well. Even after a sleepless night, you may have told them that you were fine instead of expressing what was actually happening within you.
A Real Case of Decades of Suppressed Emotion
This happened in the case of one of my students who came to me after thirty to forty years of suppressing emotions within his body. For years, he continued feeling the same emotional patterns that had begun in childhood.
His case also involved something deeper than the childhood trauma of losing someone. It shows how trauma can become stored subconsciously even before birth.
Before he was born, while he was still in his mother’s womb, his mother spent the nine months of pregnancy in fear and extreme trauma because his father had been jailed. During that period, his mother experienced abandonment, fear, insecurity, and doubt about her partner.
The Emotional Pattern Continued Through His Life
His father was not a criminal, but because of the circumstances he was going through, something happened and he was jailed. The child continued carrying the mother’s trauma for years, while the mother herself remained in fear and trauma until he was around twenty years old.
His passion in life was playing guitar. He was passionate about music and wanted to become a rock star—a professional musician deeply passionate about his work who would take that passion further. I understood his life force as being meant for that direction.
But because of his mother’s energy and the repeated emotional cycles of fear that he experienced for years, he never came out of what I describe as the trauma of the womb.
Fear Became His Conditioning
He never developed confidence in his life. He was treated like a nice guy and was brought up by his mother through fear. Eventually, he developed what I describe as neurosis conditions connected with his Kundalini awakening.
His Kundalini awakened after about twenty years, and at the age of forty-six he came to me carrying repeated emotional cycles that had continued for years. The same fear still controlled very simple experiences in his life.
He was not even confident about dipping his feet into water in a pond because he feared that something would bite him. I connected this conditioning with his mother’s psychosis condition and the neurosis condition he had developed.
Repeated Emotions Have to Be Processed
I worked on changing his conditioning and repeated emotional cycles, and I describe what happened with him as a miracle. This is one particular condition, but it demonstrates how the same fear, anger, insecurity, or other emotion can repeat because it has never actually been processed.
You may continue experiencing the same emotional cycle because you have not processed it in the presence of a powerful person or with a Guru. I teach that you should be able to feel every emotion that arises within you in the Guru’s presence while knowing that you are safe.
Your nervous system should feel safe. You should know that you are safe in my presence. This is how my student gradually processed the repeated emotional outbursts that had occurred within him for years.
Emotional Freedom Requires Practical Action
As these emotional cycles were processed, he also began taking practical actions in his life. He had believed that he was bankrupt and living in such poverty that he could not afford his own house. He shared his room or living space with someone and continually felt poor.
I shifted his energy from poverty and lack toward abundance. He began working as a mailman while continuing to earn his living as a music teacher teaching guitar to students.
Although he was already working, his mindset had remained rooted in poverty. Gradually, he recovered from that lack and moved toward abundance. His neurosis began healing, and he became free from the emotional blockages and repeated cycles of feeling the same emotions.
Return to Your Passion and the Present
He is now working on creating good music lessons for his students and progressing slowly, slowly, slowly. He is becoming a normal person who thinks normally.
Because he works as a mailman in a developed country, he has also started feeling the abundance of the place where he lives. He is from Amsterdam, and instead of continually experiencing lack, he can now recognize the abundance of living there and the opportunity of having been born in such a place.
This shift became possible because the repeating emotional cycle began coming to a halt.
When the Emotional Cycle Stops
There are no longer the same repeated cycles of fear, insecurity, and anger toward his mother, his family, and many other aspects of his life. He is now feeling his life in the present instead of continually returning to the same emotional past.
He is working on his health. He eats well and sleeps well. This kind of change is possible for you also when you genuinely work on yourself.
Work Directly on the Emotional Blockages
If you want my personal guidance, you can take a one-to-one online consultation. If you want to work on yourself more deeply, you can come for my physical project.
I conduct physical projects in energy vortexes, currently in South India. In this environment, you have the resources to work toward freedom while the emotional cycles that have remained unresolved within you are dealt with and cleared from your system.
Through my powerful energy work and my presence, I work with you toward a life of joy, freedom, peace, and abundance. The remaining details of this work are available on our website.
