The Core Teaching
When unfamiliar experiences become frightening, slow the process down rather than pursue another intense practice or endless explanation. I ask you to attend to the health concerns, reduce compulsive spiritual searching, and return to simple contact with the environment. You do not have to meditate or perform breathwork to notice trees, birds, colors, and comfortable movement. Address the difficulties systematically and at a manageable pace. The central instruction is patient grounding and appropriate help, so the search for meaning does not add further pressure to an already overwhelmed life.

Be Patient with Yourself
If you feel that you are going crazy during Kundalini, respond safely. Become more patient with yourself and with the way you want to process Kundalini.
If you are experiencing Kundalini awakening, or Kundalini activation has happened in you due to breathwork, meditation, psychedelics, or substance abuse, there is a high possibility that you may experience hallucination, paranoia, and a feeling of going crazy with disidentification from your existential reality.
Derealization and Depersonalization
This condition is often called derealization and depersonalization, where you do not feel inside the body. You feel that you are operating outside the body.
You fail to feel grounded with your existence, and you feel that there is no way you can identify yourself with your previous self. You may experience all of these symptoms during Kundalini and feel that it is extremely challenging to carry on like this forever.
When Your Seeking Is Not Ending
You may no longer feel like continuing with the efforts you have been putting into processing and understanding Kundalini. You may have read all the scriptures describing Kundalini and gone through all the videos.
You may be watching videos and reels after reels, becoming addicted to the extent that your seeking is not ending. Still, you are not finding solutions anywhere.
Take Kundalini Extremely Safely and Slowly
What should you do in such a case? You have to understand. You have to know Kundalini, and you have to know yourself.
First understand that you have to take it very safely. You have to take it extremely safely, and you have to take it as a very slow process.
One symptom after another may be mixing up in your system, and you may be experiencing the bad effects of all the symptoms. You have to work on each and every aspect of your symptoms very systematically.
First Let Your Nervous System Calm Down
This systematic approach will come only when you calm down, when your nervous system comes down, and when you feel that there is a possibility of working on yourself in a definite direction.
If you have been going through all these symptoms for a long time, my advice to you is to go and get yourself checked by a medical practitioner. Rule out issues that could be caused by hormonal changes in your body, neurological changes, or any other problems in your body or mind.
Kundalini Is the Spirit, Soul, and Life in You
For the spirit, I am there. Kundalini is the spirit in you. Kundalini is the soul in you.
Kundalini is the life in you, and you are that life. If you understand Kundalini from this electrified perspective, you will be able to process Kundalini very systematically, and Kundalini will move gently throughout your progression in the Kundalini awakening journey.
Going crazy can feel obvious, especially when you do not know about Kundalini. When you search outside, many resources dealing with Kundalini tell you more about the mystical aspects of Kundalini that your brain and you as a person do not know.
Relax and Come Out into Nature
So what should you do? Just relax. Come out into nature, go into open space, open your arms, sit, and relax.
Listen to some music. Feel the nature around you and know that there is a possibility that life has been given to you by the universe.
If the universe is flowing through you, then who are you to guide and control your life? Stop controlling your life. Stop restricting yourself.
The craziness will automatically subside. The hallucination will go. You are always in the head, always in the thinking brain, and you keep thinking and thinking and thinking without a stop.
Bring Your Body and Mind into Nature
When you come outside and engage your body and mind in nature, the five senses are used in healing you, transforming you, and shifting your energy from fight-or-flight mode and freeze mode. Your body is on hold, and that is why you are experiencing all these conditions.
Take some effort. Take some action to come out of your freeze mode and give yourself the required space.
You Do Not Have to Meditate or Do Breathwork
Sit silently. You do not have to meditate, and you do not have to do any breathwork. Just sit and observe.
- Observe the trees.
- Observe the sounds of birds.
- Observe everything around you.
- Observe the colors of the green trees and leaves.
- Experience the nature around you.
- Engage with the diversity present in nature.
There is so much diversity in nature that you can engage with. When you become engaged in nature, you give your body and nervous system a different experience.
Use Open Space to Move Your Body
Use the open space to move your body in different ways. You can do free-hand exercises and allow your body to move so that your nervous system knows that you are not in freeze mode.
You are in open space, and you can use that space to do stretching exercises or other physical movements. You can also do some push-ups or a plank if you feel like doing them.
Do some free-hand exercises to nourish yourself and nourish your body. Give the body movement instead of remaining continuously frozen and stuck.
When You Cannot Do It on Your Own
If you are not able to do this, then you have to take my expertise to work on you through consultation. If you do not know why you are going crazy or why you are not able to do anything, then get yourself diagnosed.
I have the power to diagnose your Kundalini. I know exactly where your Kundalini is, where your Kundalini moves, what is delaying you, and what actions it wants you to take.
You have to take multiple actions in your life to move Kundalini. Some of these are practical actions, and some are connected to your body.
Move Kundalini and Feel Balanced
If you take these actions, you will feel that you are no longer going crazy and that you are feeling balanced. At the same time, my energy transmission sessions are very powerful.
They work directly on you to move your Kundalini and process your Kundalini. I also have the powers to read your past, present, and future.
I know how past traumas are affecting your present and how to get you free from those blockages. There can be many different reasons why you are going crazy, but you do not have to remain stuck there.
Move Ahead in Life
You can move ahead in life. If you are eligible, you can also work on your physical body through my physical projects.
Get out of your home, give yourself some open space, and be in nature. You will feel good.
Thank you. All the best.

Kundalini Awakening and Emotional Overwhelm: How to Get Free
When you are already emotionally overwhelmed, further catharsis and constant retelling can keep the same loop active. I ask you to pause practices that intensify it, return to ordinary care, and bring the experience to someone capable of helping you understand the actual problem. Nature and manageable activity can reconnect attention with the present, while health concerns receive appropriate treatment. The central instruction is right effort: distinguish useful processing from repeated stimulation, so your next action helps you live rather than prolongs the emotional story.

Why You Feel Stuck in Repeating Emotional Cycles During Kundalini
A repeating emotion may be connected with an unfinished experience rather than the circumstances immediately before you. In the musician’s story, fear had become a familiar way of meeting work, money, family, and even simple new experiences. My emphasis is to approach the feeling in a safe setting while also changing present behavior. He returns attention to music lessons, livelihood, health, and resources already available. The crux is joining emotional understanding with lived evidence of capability, so the old pattern gradually loses its monopoly over the present.

Why Kundalini Awakening Brings Old Trauma to the Surface
When an old feeling becomes noticeable, habitual suppression can return before you have understood what is present. My emphasis is to recognize that pattern and make room for conscious, manageable expression rather than immediately push the experience away. Notice the character you perform for approval and the ordinary impulses toward movement, connection, or rest that you keep denying. Within this spiritual teaching, freedom involves less accumulated holding. Let the present become a place to listen and respond, rather than another repetition of silence and self-control.
