Kundalini Awakening and DPDR: Why Reality Feels Unfamiliar

The Core Teaching
When reality feels unfamiliar, bring attention to direct, manageable experiences rather than repeatedly analyzing the feeling of disconnection. I emphasize ordinary self-care and the senses: taste food, feel water, notice the air, listen, and let the body participate in its surroundings. Investigate the health concerns involved and build on what you can actually do. My spiritual aim is embodiment, with guidance adapted to the individual. The deeper lesson is to reconnect with present life through consistent care rather than wait for an outside event to restore everything.

Why You Do Not Feel You Are in the Body

The simple reason is that you do not feel you are in the body because you do not make use of the body. When you make use of your body in an instinctive way and take such actions physically, your soul will come to the body.

Your soul, that is Kundalini, does not want to remain in the body because you are not using your legs. You are not using your body. You are not using your physical body.

You are thinking and thinking and thinking in the head, doing nothing at home. You remain stuck, and you feel that there is something outside of you that is going to change you.

If you are going through these symptoms, there is a high possibility that you have been going through Kundalini awakening for a long time and have not acted on taking actions in life to become integrated as the new individual.

Depersonalization and Derealization

DP means depersonalization, and DR means derealization. These two things are one and the same thing.

In depersonalization, you do not feel yourself as the identity that you have identified with so far. For example, you have a name, you have a personality, you have the roles you play in life, and you are identified with those roles.

When depersonalization happens, you feel that you are not that person and someone else is operating in you. You take Kundalini as that someone else who is alien to your brain and nervous system. You feel that Kundalini is something different from you and you are different.

So, in a way, you go through split personality disorders, and you feel that you have two lives that you are living in the same body.

Feeling Outside the Body

When you experience these symptoms, you always feel that you are out of the body. You are not operating in the body.

All of this happens at the head level, the thinking level, and the mind level. Your mind is overactivated and overestimating everything. You are overthinking.

You do not know the exact cause of it, and you do not know the exact solution to it. At the same time, you are in fear, you are in a constricted mode, and you are actually not accepting the fact that Kundalini has awakened in you.

There May Also Be Neurological Conditions

In some cases, you may not even know that Kundalini has awakened in you. You may understand it as a different kind of neurological issue or another issue.

There is also a possibility that you have neurological conditions due to which you feel that you are not in the body. Kundalini needs a lot of nutrition in your body in different forms to be active in the body.

Use Your Five Senses to Feel in the Body

First of all, you have to make use of your five senses to feel in the body. Similarly, the derealization aspect of Kundalini means that you feel you are not in this space.

You feel that you are not in your electromagnetic field. You feel that you have left the body and that you are seeing your body from a different space.

You always feel that your body is moving in space, but you are out of the body. These out-of-body experiences are very common in the Kundalini awakening journey because of multiple reasons.

Why Kundalini Loses the Grounding Effect

First of all, if you are living the same life, a stagnant life, and not taking actions in life, Kundalini actually loses the grounding effect in the body. Kundalini is invisible energy that hovers around your electromagnetic field.

It does not remain grounded in your body because your body is not strong enough, dense enough, or gross enough to contain the energy.

If your body is not getting enough nutrition, it is not getting enough of all the resources required for your Kundalini to stay in the body. If you are not feeling alive in the moment, if you are too much in the head, too much in matter consumption, or too much in addictions, then Kundalini does not want to stay in your body.

Kundalini Will Stay When You Make Use of the Body

Kundalini will stay in your body when you make use of the body. Take your body to an open space and expose yourself to open space.

  • Experience the wind blowing.
  • Experience the nature around you.
  • Listen to the sound of birds.
  • Eat something and feel what you are eating.
  • Drink water and feel the drinking effect.
  • Make use of your nose to smell the fragrance of nature.
  • Become fully engaged in life.

Use Nature to Become Integrated

Initially, you may not get any activity to do in the cities. You can come to farmhouses, go jungle trekking, or do these kinds of activities.

This is what I do, and this is what makes my soul reside in my heart, reside in my center, and allows me to operate in an integrated way.

DPDR and Disintegration During Kundalini

The disintegration that happens due to DPDR is actually a major problem in the Kundalini awakening journey. Some of my students report twenty years of remaining in a DPDR condition, and they are not able to come to the body.

Why? Because they are not living life. If you allow yourself to experience these kinds of body signals, you will remain in the body.

You will start taking care of yourself. If you are experiencing a DPDR condition, there is a high possibility that you have stopped taking self-care.

Take Hot and Cold Showers

A few suggestions could work on you immediately, and you can take these actions on your own. Start taking baths with hot and cold water.

First, take a completely hot shower for fifteen minutes, and then take a cold shower for fifteen minutes. When you do this, your blood circulation in the body increases, your prana circulation increases, and your energy circulation increases.

This means Kundalini starts moving in your body. Instead of remaining out of the body, she starts flowing in the body.

Even if your energy field is not that healthy, if you start taking this hot and cold shower, your immunity will be boosted. There are so many other benefits of taking this hot and cold shower that you will experience on your own when you do it.

Your Kundalini Is Individual

If you feel that you need my personal guidance, when to take this shower and what other techniques to use to ground you so that Kundalini comes to your body are specific to you.

You are an individual, and your Kundalini is individual. The actions I guide you to take are specific to your condition and cannot simply be applied in all conditions.

Let Kundalini Live Her Life Purpose Through You

You have to take your Kundalini to the level where she feels that she is living her life purpose through you. This means the formless is flowing through you.

You have to know what your life purpose is. You have to know why you are here and why you are born.

The Soul Wants a Strong and Healthy Body

All of this is possible only when you have a strong body and a healthy body where the soul wants to reside. The soul wants to reside in the temple, and I am the one who guides you for its purification.

It will not stay in a stale body, in a dump yard. The soul is divine, and the soul wants to preserve this body to the extent that it can start flowing through you and can thrive through you.

Let Your Soul Thrive Through You

If you want to thrive, then take my Kundalini diagnosis session first and the consultation where I answer all your questions. I give you energy transmission in a separate session.

All of this process can start for you, and your soul will thrive through you. Thank you, and take care of yourself.

Kundalini Awakening and Emotional Overwhelm: How to Get Free

Kundalini Awakening and Emotional Overwhelm: How to Get Free

When you are already emotionally overwhelmed, further catharsis and constant retelling can keep the same loop active. I ask you to pause practices that intensify it, return to ordinary care, and bring the experience to someone capable of helping you understand the actual problem. Nature and manageable activity can reconnect attention with the present, while health concerns receive appropriate treatment. The central instruction is right effort: distinguish useful processing from repeated stimulation, so your next action helps you live rather than prolongs the emotional story.

Why You Feel Stuck in Repeating Emotional Cycles During Kundalini

Why You Feel Stuck in Repeating Emotional Cycles During Kundalini

A repeating emotion may be connected with an unfinished experience rather than the circumstances immediately before you. In the musician’s story, fear had become a familiar way of meeting work, money, family, and even simple new experiences. My emphasis is to approach the feeling in a safe setting while also changing present behavior. He returns attention to music lessons, livelihood, health, and resources already available. The crux is joining emotional understanding with lived evidence of capability, so the old pattern gradually loses its monopoly over the present.

Why Kundalini Awakening Brings Old Trauma to the Surface

Why Kundalini Awakening Brings Old Trauma to the Surface

When an old feeling becomes noticeable, habitual suppression can return before you have understood what is present. My emphasis is to recognize that pattern and make room for conscious, manageable expression rather than immediately push the experience away. Notice the character you perform for approval and the ordinary impulses toward movement, connection, or rest that you keep denying. Within this spiritual teaching, freedom involves less accumulated holding. Let the present become a place to listen and respond, rather than another repetition of silence and self-control.
