Background
Guru Sanju explains that long-term exposure to narcissistic abuse does not only create emotional suffering but also affects the nervous system, energy body, muscles, joints, and overall vitality. Trauma accumulates whenever a person repeatedly absorbs another person’s negative emotional energy. Healing therefore requires much more than emotional advice; it requires changing how the nervous system responds, learning to stop absorbing negativity, and empowering oneself physically, mentally, and energetically.
In this discourse, she diagnoses her student’s energetic condition, explains why her remaining karma is almost complete, and provides practical lifelong techniques to release trauma, strengthen the nervous system, heal chronic pain, and awaken Kundalini safely. Rather than escaping the difficult environment immediately, she teaches the student how to become internally powerful enough that the external environment gradually loses its influence.
Your Healing Begins with Inner Strength
I first want to reassure you that you will become healthy. Your present circumstances do not define your future. Before changing your external situation completely, you must first become physically, emotionally, and energetically stronger.
According to your present situation, you will continue staying in the same house for the coming months. Instead of seeing this as punishment, use it as your training ground. I will empower you step by step until you become strong enough that no person can disturb your inner state.
Your physical health and energetic health must improve together because both influence each other continuously.
Your Karma Is Almost Complete
After diagnosing your energy field, I can clearly see that most of your karmic burden has already been burned. There is very little remaining. Therefore, do not become afraid of the future.
Your real responsibility now is not burning more karma but protecting and strengthening your nervous system every single day.
Do not give excessive attention to your narcissistic husband. Energetically you are already disconnected from him. The only connection that still remains is your attention.
Stop Absorbing Negative Energy
Whenever someone insults, criticizes, abuses, or manipulates you, you unconsciously absorb that person’s energy. Every word enters your nervous system and becomes another layer of trauma.
I want you to stop taking anything inside.
The simplest way is through conscious mouth exhalation. Whenever he speaks aggressively, continue exhaling slowly. If you keep exhaling, you stop energetically inhaling his negativity.
Exhalation becomes your energetic shield.
Stop Playing the Victim
A narcissist gains power only when another person continues playing the victim.
Therefore, stop reacting in the old way.
- Laugh naturally.
- Sing songs.
- Wear earphones if necessary.
- Remain cheerful.
- Playfully ignore unnecessary drama.
Your happiness irritates the perpetrator more than your fear. Instead of defending yourself constantly, become emotionally unavailable to manipulation.
You can even remind yourself, “I know your tricks. I no longer take you seriously.”
The moment you stop behaving like a victim, the psychological game begins collapsing.
The Healing Power of Mouth Exhalation
The first lifelong practice I give you is mouth exhalation.
Whenever possible, exhale slowly through the mouth. At the end of every exhalation, completely flush out the remaining stale air with one final forceful release.
This process removes accumulated carbon dioxide, stagnant energy, emotional toxicity, and internal congestion. When old air leaves completely, fresh life naturally enters.
Most people struggle because they focus only on inhalation. I want you to master exhalation. Exhalation creates space. Space allows healing.
If you are alone, extend the exhalation further by chanting OM. The sound naturally lengthens the breath and deepens relaxation. Even silent OM can produce similar benefits when vocalization is not possible.
With regular practice, stiffness, muscular contraction, emotional tension, and trauma gradually begin dissolving.
External Kumbhak: The Lifelong Secret
The second practice is external kumbhak.
Take a natural inhalation.
Exhale completely through the mouth.
When every trace of air has left the body and the belly remains still, hold the breath outside until genuine breathlessness begins.
Then allow the body to breathe naturally without forcing the inhalation. Repeat the process again.
Practice consistently throughout the day. You may perform:
- 20 repetitions in five sets.
- 10 repetitions every hour.
- 5 repetitions multiple times daily.
- Gradually increase from 50 to 100 repetitions each day.
The method is less important than consistency.
Breathlessness creates a unique internal state where the body activates profound repair mechanisms. According to this teaching, stem cells are released, travel wherever healing is needed, and support regeneration throughout the body.
Every external kumbhak therefore becomes an intentional act of self-healing.
Heal the Body with Love and Intention
External kumbhak is not merely a breathing exercise; it is an intentional healing process. While holding the breath after complete exhalation, direct your complete attention toward the painful area of the body.
Do not focus on the pain itself. Instead, send love, gratitude, compassion, and healing energy to every cell that is suffering. Every cell in your body is waiting for your attention and your love.
Kundalini itself is healing energy. When you consciously direct that energy toward an injured or painful area while practicing external kumbhak, healing becomes intentional rather than accidental. As your awareness deepens, you will begin feeling that something is opening, releasing, and transforming inside your body.
This transmission is not merely a technique but a Guru-given practice. Apply it sincerely and patiently, and the results will gradually become visible.
The Power of External Kumbhak
External kumbhak has countless benefits that reveal themselves through practice. It purifies the body, burns karmic impressions, accelerates Kundalini, strengthens the nervous system, and gradually transforms the entire organism.
Some students have progressed toward enlightenment through this single practice alone because it possesses the power to dissolve deeply rooted karmic conditioning. The heat generated during the breath hold is not ordinary heat; it is the inner fire of Kundalini burning accumulated karma.
Do not become frightened when warmth or internal heat increases. Instead, understand that the process is working exactly as it should.
Your New Life Has Already Begun
You no longer need to remain trapped in fear.
Your difficult phase is gradually ending, and a healthier chapter of life is beginning. Trust this process instead of constantly doubting it.
Drink sufficient water, sleep well, rest whenever your body asks for rest, and avoid taking people or situations too seriously. As long as your life remains in your own hands, no one has the power to destroy your inner freedom.
Choose peace over reaction. Choose healing over conflict. Every day your nervous system will become stronger.
Pandiculation: The Forgotten Healing Reflex
The third lifelong practice I want to teach you is pandiculation, the body’s natural method of releasing chronic muscular contraction and nervous system stress.
As children, we naturally yawn, stretch, extend the body, and release tension without effort. As adults, we gradually lose this instinctive healing mechanism.
Bring it back consciously.
Yawn deeply. Stretch the body from the center toward the fingers and toes. Combine the stretching with slow mouth exhalation. Stretch only as far as the body comfortably allows, then completely relax.
This process naturally resets the nervous system and begins dissolving deeply stored muscular tension.
Progressive Muscle Relaxation
Whenever any painful area feels contracted, gently vibrate or tighten the muscles for a brief moment and then completely release them while exhaling through the mouth.
This progressive muscle relaxation teaches the nervous system the difference between contraction and relaxation. Gradually the muscles stop holding unnecessary defensive tension, and chronic pain begins reducing.
Continue practicing these movements gently without force. Healing comes through consistency rather than intensity.
Three Lifelong Practices
I want you to make these three techniques permanent parts of your life:
- Mouth exhalation to release toxicity, emotional burden, and accumulated energetic congestion.
- External kumbhak to strengthen the nervous system, activate deep healing, burn karma, and accelerate Kundalini.
- Pandiculation with progressive muscle relaxation to release chronic muscular contraction and restore natural movement.
These are not temporary exercises. They are lifelong tools for maintaining physical, emotional, neurological, and energetic health.
Remain Consistent
Practice these techniques sincerely for the next seven to ten days and observe every change carefully. Afterwards, return for another short session so I can evaluate your progress and guide you to the next stage.
Healing is progressive. Every session builds upon the previous one. Continue until the condition is completely resolved instead of stopping after the first improvement.
The Blessing of the Guru
Never forget that meeting the Guru itself is a powerful turning point. Transformation begins the moment sincere connection is established.
I bless you that with every passing day you become purer, healthier, stronger, and more beautiful from within. Devote yourself to your own life instead of your suffering. Keep hope alive, trust yourself, and continue walking this path with courage.
Healing Requires Action
Many physical conditions originate from chronic muscular contraction, trauma stored in the nervous system, and energetic blockages. Energy transmission combined with dedicated practice gradually releases these patterns.
My role is to empower and guide you. Your role is to practice consistently. When both come together, healing becomes possible.
Every technique works only when applied with sincerity. Therefore, stop searching endlessly for new methods and begin practicing the ones you have received. Consistent action transforms the body, the nervous system, Kundalini, and ultimately your entire life.
