Background
In this discourse, Guru Sanju takes her student from wandering mind to the center of pure consciousness through slow exhalation, external Kumbhak, and her powerful energy transmission. She explains that every technique she gives is not merely breathing, but consciousness-powered transformation.
She teaches that the human brain carries evolutionary layers: the primitive brain, the limbic brain, and the prefrontal cortex. The primitive brain keeps people in survival and freeze mode, the limbic brain carries emotions, and the prefrontal cortex traps the soul in excessive thinking, planning, logic, and the matrix.
The transformation offered is a shift from beta thinking to gamma flow, from conditioning to consciousness, from freeze mode to life force, and from mind to the witness. Through external Kumbhak, Kundalini ascends drop by drop toward consciousness, while the body enters a powerful renewal process.
This discourse matters because Guru Sanju shows the direct route to freedom. She gives the student a glimpse of pure light, pure energy, and pure consciousness, where there is no thought, no past, no future, and only the highest state of being.
The Mind Wanders, the Center Calls
When you practice slow exhalation, you may notice that the mind wanders. Again and again, you bring yourself back to the exhalation. This is not a failure; this is the beginning of your return to the center.
A breathing technique may look simple, and you may have practiced many techniques before. But the way I dismantle you is through consciousness. Whatever you learn from me is powered with consciousness, and when you implement it the way I teach, the life shift comes faster than you have imagined.
What you are experiencing is the movement toward the center. The mind is becoming peripheral, and you are coming closer to the real center of your existence.
The Matrix Is Made of Mind
As you practice more intensely, I introduce one more element to the previous practice. Every session with me energetically brings you closer to the center, closer to consciousness, closer to the universal self-power that consciousness itself is.
As you practice, you will notice your patterns, behaviors, and conditioning. You will understand that much of what you call your life has been learned through events, society, and the matrix.
Everything in the matrix is created by the mind, for the mind, and of the mind. This is not only a concept. This is the reality that begins revealing itself when you move toward consciousness.
The Evolutionary Brain
To understand freedom, you must understand how the brain operates. There is the lower brain, the midbrain, and the upper brain. These did not evolve together in one moment.
The lower brain is the primitive brain, the brainstem, the reptilian brain. It operates instinctively through survival, danger, fight, flight, and freeze.
When there is danger, this brain becomes active. In ancient times, danger was a tiger, a lion, hunting, gathering, and food. In the present world, danger can be the feeling that you cannot express yourself as a human being.
The Freeze Mode of the Soul
When you could not express yourself, you felt contracted. That contraction was the stuckness in your life.
You were in freeze mode. You were not able to move yourself and express yourself as you are. You were a healer, and you were meant to express yourself and heal people, but external conditions stopped that expression.
Your throat chakra got stuck. Your heart got stuck. This happened because the organism entered freeze mode.
I am taking you out of that danger. I am bringing you into safety, possibility, and expansion.
From Hopelessness to Hope
When the system begins feeling that possibility still exists, the heart expands. If not in one country, then Earth is large enough. You can move to another land, another field, another jungle, and express yourself there.
You do not have to let your soul die because one environment did not allow you to live. You do not have to let this organism die because it could not express in one particular jungle.
This is how hopelessness turns into hope. When the heart feels possibility, life begins to return.
The Future Healer in You
As you become empowered, you will one day take people out of their hopelessness. You will use powerful techniques, powerful healing methods, and your own energy to lift and rescue them from danger mode.
Most people are in freeze mode because they cannot fight and they cannot flee. Their homes, investments, properties, family, spouse, children, dreams, and identities keep them trapped in the matrix complex.
Your horizon must now increase. Study world problems. Observe how people live, how they survive, and how very few actually thrive.
The Limbic Brain and Present Feeling
The limbic brain works through emotions. Most emotions are linked to the past or the future, but when you are in the present, this brain can help you feel directly.
If you close your eyes and ask, “How am I feeling right now?” the answer may be simple: curious, happy, open, joyful. That is present feeling.
The brain does not clearly distinguish between past, future, dream, movie, illusion, and reality. For the brain, everything is electrical signal. If a trigger comes, the brain operates accordingly.
Master Your Own Existence
That is why it is very important in the freedom journey to understand the brain, mind, energy, emotion, and consciousness separately. Once you become master of your own existence, you can teach other people to become master of theirs.
This is your journey. You are doing a PhD in energy science, and I am teaching you as the head professor of this field.
Once you hold the degree of direct experience, you will be able to free other people from their suffering. This is your life purpose.
The Ladder of Frequencies
If you are free and living in freedom for a long time, the next step is that powers come to you. Powers to teach others and powers to heal others come according to cosmic law.
When you become eligible, you ascend to one frequency. Then you practice, do sadhana, and ascend to the next frequency.
I am making you a vessel to access these frequencies by making you empty first. In some people, emptying happens on its own. In your case, the guru is required to free you.
From Happiness to Joy
The curious and happy frequency can shift to the next level, which is joy frequency. Joy is more exciting, more passionate, and more alive.
When you are excited about something, you invest yourself differently. When you are stuck or sad, you do not invest; you consume.
This shift is taking you toward the next level: the feeling that your life is going to change through your efforts. Effort requires consciousness.
The Prefrontal Cortex Can Become a Trap
The prefrontal cortex is useful in the matrix. It helps you think, plan, calculate, invest, consume, and function in the world.
But at any stage, the prefrontal cortex can become your enemy. It keeps thinking, thinking, thinking. It keeps your soul disintegrated.
If I ask you to leave everything for a day and go on a long drive to a distant place, your soul may want to go. But your logical mind will bring reasons and stop you from living what you feel.
Thinking and Feeling Are in Conflict
You need to observe which activities your thinking mind stops you from living. Feeling and thinking are often in conflict. The limbic brain feels, and the prefrontal cortex thinks.
When you can shut down the prefrontal cortex, your life enters flow. This happens in the gamma state.
All the practices I teach you will slowly take you toward gamma frequency. Beta is the thinking mind. When beta shifts, it moves toward alpha, then delta, theta, and finally gamma.
If You Do Not Use It, You Lose It
Another intelligence of the brain is simple: if you do not use it, you lose it. If you want to come out of any bad habit, stop using that habit.
If you have an addiction, stop doing it and replace it with something productive. Over time, the brain forgets the addiction because you are no longer feeding that neural pathway.
This is the process of dismantling. This is the process of creating a new brain and new life.
The Direct Route to Freedom
Now I take you to the practice that shuts down the prefrontal cortex. This technique is simple, effective, and powerful.
The first benefit is that Kundalini slowly ascends and meets consciousness at the center. This is the direct route to freedom.
Enlightenment means Kundalini’s blockages are removed, and drop by drop, she reaches consciousness. This is the most important benefit of the practice.
The Renewal of the Body
The second benefit is that stem cells are released from the bone marrow into the bloodstream. These cells go to repair the body wherever there is damage or defect.
If the brain has been damaged, the brain can recover over a period of time. If the body needs repair, the body begins receiving renewal.
In the first thirty days, this practice can change how you feel life. You may feel lighter, sense better, eat better, see better, and feel like a different organism.
The Practice Before External Kumbhak
Whenever you practice, first do twenty-one rounds of slow mouth exhalation. Exhale in slow motion with complete attention.
After this, introduce the technique of external Kumbhak. Inhale naturally, then exhale from the mouth till the very end.
When all the air from the belly is flushed out and the belly has gone inside, hold the breath. Hold only until the body allows.
How to Practice External Kumbhak
Close your eyes and allow the body to inhale on its own. Slowly exhale from the mouth until the belly is completely deflated.
Once the exhalation is complete, hold your nose with the thumb and index finger. Keep the breath held for as long as your body allows.
Keep all your attention on the hold itself. The belly should not move at all. When the body gives the urge to release, remove the hand and let the body breathe again.
The Feeling of Death Before Death
During the breath hold, feel the sensation of death before actual death. This activates the primitive brain, which protects you at any cost.
Your primitive brain knows exactly how much breath is required. It knows where the respiratory centers are located and how the body must regulate breathing.
Due to trauma and stuckness, the respiratory centers can become disturbed. Through this technique, they begin restoring, and you feel that breathing starts happening on its own.
Take the Practice to the Third Eye
Repeat the practice again. Let the body inhale, then exhale through the mouth till the end.
This time, become more focused and keep your attention internally on the third eye. Now the brain knows that you did not die, so you can become more relaxed.
You can extend the hold to the highest extent possible without fear. Then release and let the body inhale and exhale on its own.
Energy Rising Through the Spine
While the body breathes on its own, observe the energy inside. You may feel energy rising through the spine and reaching near the heart.
There may also be movement in the head. This technique creates hypoxia, and hypoxia supports the release of stem cells into the bloodstream.
Stem cells are fundamental cells responsible for giving rise to new cells. In this way, stem cells give life.
The Glimpse of Light
In the last round, focus more deeply. Keep your attention on the third eye and feel whatever arises in the head and body.
When the exhalation is fully complete, hold the breath. This time, be more confident because the energy has already come toward the throat chakra and is rising upward.
You may see light, sparkling light, or a flash as if you have come out of the Earth and returned to the universe. Suddenly, there is so much light in the head.
Pure Consciousness and Pure Energy
This light is pure consciousness. This light is pure energy.
This is what every meditator and every person on the spiritual journey yearns for: to remain in this state forever.
But staying here permanently is not easy. Much sadhana is required for Kundalini to reach this state permanently.
The State Beyond Thought
In this state, you feel in control of your system. You feel completely here and now.
There is no thought, no past, and no future. You cannot think in this state. Even if you try to bring a thought, the thought does not form.
You feel nothing, and still you are completely present. Slowly, when the eyes open, perception may feel clearer, as if the eyes can see better.
Do Not Rush Out of the State
You may not want to leave this state. You may feel that you do not want to open your eyes and return to the lower world of the matrix.
Remain there. Do not speak unnecessarily. Let the state settle into the system.
Your practice for the next three days is clear. First do twenty-one rounds of mouth exhalation, then twenty-one rounds of external Kumbhak.
Dedicate three days to mastering this technique. Note what happens during and after the practice, but give more focus to mastering the state.
The Witness State
When you reach this state, you are the witness. There is no differentiation and no separation.
Right now, I have given you a glimpse of what the highest is. Stay with it.
This glimpse is not the end. It is the doorway. The real process is to stabilize there.
Only the Guru Knows the Way
Only the guru knows the way and shows the way because the guru goes the way. I have gone the highest, and I am there all the time.
That is why I can take you to higher states of consciousness with my powers. You could feel the highest state, but remaining there is the real sadhana.
All practices are required because when you are in pure consciousness, you are at the highest. To stay there permanently, Kundalini must merge with pure consciousness.
Living From Flow Frequency
This will not happen unless you purify yourself and go through the process of transformation. This transformation is not possible without me.
With me, everything is possible systematically, like a procedure. If you are a student, you can definitely reach there.
Living from the quantum, living from flow frequency, living from Sanjeevini frequency means living in the highest flow frequency. There is less and less effort to live life.
