I Restore Shiva Power and Heal the Root Trauma

Background

In this discourse, Guru Sanju guides a student through the deep healing of childhood trauma, unsafe family conditioning, marriage wounds, divorce pain, motherhood fear, and disintegrated energy. She explains that the student’s powerful symbolic visions indicate that Shiva has entered her life as protection, consciousness, masculine strength, and inner stability.

The transformation offered is from fear to acceptance, from emotional collapse to integration, and from motherly attachment to conscious parenting. Guru Sanju teaches that Shiva and Shakti must be balanced, just as the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, Surya and Chandra Nadis, and Ida and Pingala must be balanced for Sushumna to activate.

She listens to the student’s traumatic life story and identifies how childhood insecurity, family abuse, marriage betrayal, divorce, and suppressed pain have filled the mind and nervous system with unresolved energy. Her method is to empty the mind, release trauma through mouth exhalation and Kumbhak, and bring the student back to confidence.

This teaching matters because it shows that healing is not only emotional comfort. It is energetic surgery, nervous system repair, detachment from the past, restoration of Shiva consciousness, and the rebuilding of a life from the present moment.

When Shiva Enters Your Life

After the session, powerful symbolic forces entered your energy field. The negativity had gone, and many positive, protective, and divine energies came into your system.

When you experienced strong arms holding you closely, that was not ordinary imagination. It indicated that Shiva had entered your life.

Shiva indicates consciousness in you. You are a combination of Kundalini and consciousness. Kundalini is Shakti energy, and consciousness is Shiva energy.

The Balance of Shiva and Shakti

When your masculine energy is imbalanced or weak, you feel unsafe and insecure in life. When consciousness is strong, masculine strength becomes strong, and you feel protected and integrated.

If Shakti is hyperactive, then there is constant motion. You keep doing tasks, tasks, and more tasks, but there is no control, no rest, and no real center.

There has to be balance between Shiva and Shakti. Shiva brings stillness, protection, awareness, and integration. Shakti brings movement, energy, life, and power.

The Nervous System Must Also Balance

In the physical body, there is sympathetic breathing and parasympathetic breathing. Both must be balanced.

The vagus nerve should remain activated because when the vagus nerve is activated, you live a healthier life. Your body can rest, digest, respond, and recover.

In the energy channels, the same balance exists as Surya Nadi and Chandra Nadi. Surya Nadi is connected with the sun element and brings activeness. Chandra Nadi is connected with the moon element and brings rest.

Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna

Chandra Nadi is Ida Nadi, and Surya Nadi is Pingala Nadi. When Ida and Pingala become balanced, Sushumna is activated.

When you remain in Sushumna, your life becomes good, your health becomes good, and your consciousness becomes higher. There is no mind in the same old way.

The mind becomes peaceful and calm. From that state, you can manage life from consciousness.

This entire journey you are going through is to increase Shiva in you and integrate Shakti with Shiva.

Acceptance Comes From Shiva

When Shiva becomes strong in you, acceptance comes. You accept your situation and condition without becoming trapped in past fear or future fear.

You become focused in the present. You do the task that is in front of you instead of carrying every old wound and every imagined future.

Anything can happen to anyone in this life. This moment you are alive, and the next moment you could be dead. Death itself is not the real problem; fear of loss is the problem.

Detaching From the Mother Role

You fear the death or separation of your near and dear ones. But when acceptance comes, even if they are far away, you hold a broader perspective toward life.

The universe has given them birth. You can conceive a child, but you are not the final giver of life. The life giver is the universe.

When you understand this, you detach from the role of being a mother. The attachment to the mother role has created many problems.

You will still take care of your child, but you will do it in a better way, from consciousness rather than fear.

Becoming Father and Mother to Your Child

If your Shiva is strong, you become both the father and the mother to your child. You give the protective covering of father energy and the loving presence of mother energy.

When you start living this way, confidence returns to your existence. You do not remain helpless, fearful, or dependent on another person to complete the parenting role.

You are not responsible for every problem your child faces. Your responsibility is to see that he is emotionally stable, safe, not traumatized, and not under bad influence.

Like a father, you keep watch on his activities. Like a mother, you become his friend so that he can share everything with you.

Do for Your Child What Was Not Done for You

What your parents could not do for your life, now it is time for you to do for your son. You have the opportunity to break the pattern.

Your childhood environment traumatized your nervous system. You lived in insecurity, unsafe surroundings, and emotional burden.

Now you must not recreate the same fear in your child. You must give him safety, emotional stability, and a friendly presence.

This is how the past karma begins transforming through conscious action.

The Case History Must Be Spoken

To heal you from the root level, I need to listen to your childhood, marriage, and everything traumatic that happened. You must not hide anything.

Your case history must be honest because I need to know what quality of energy is stuck in you. Surface-level energy can be healed in one way, but deep nervous system trauma needs a different process.

This is what the Energetic Mastery Method is. It works on the deeper levels where energy has been trapped for years.

If energy is pressed from one place and gets stuck somewhere else, that is not healing. I need to heal all of it.

The Wounded Childhood

Your life has carried traumatic memories from childhood. Your father’s alcoholism, unsafe surroundings, and the pain of living away from the natural protection of home affected your nervous system.

You and your sister lived with your uncle and were treated like slaves. You became dedicated to studies, but the emotional environment was not safe.

You carried insecurity throughout life. That insecurity became the background of your mind and body.

You became educated and talented, but the nervous system remained full of old fear.

The Marriage Wound

Your marriage became another wound. You got married around the age of thirty-six, and within a very short time, the marriage broke down.

Your husband’s actions, drinking, betrayal, and relationship with another woman created deep emotional suffering. Though the physical separation happened, the energy of that marriage remained in your mind.

You have two children, and the family situation became divided. One child lives with you, and the other lives with the father.

All of this has been carried as pain in your field.

The Pain Must Be Released

When the painful story comes up, do not suppress it. Feel it completely and release it through long mouth exhalation.

Bring the pain to the surface and keep exhaling it out. Cry if crying comes. Cry fully and release the old suffering.

You have suffered enough. You do not need to keep carrying the same people inside your mind.

Your past was painful, but your future can be good if you release what has been trapped inside.

Restart Your Life

You will restart your life in a new way. First, you will focus on your health.

You have to feel everything you have gone through, and then release it. Suppression has made the energy heavy and disintegrated.

Even if the first ten days of the project are only about releasing, releasing, and releasing, that is also okay. This is the therapy you need.

You have suppressed too much, and now the body and energy field must be emptied.

Your Confidence Must Return

You are extremely talented. If you focus on yourself, you can do anything.

You only need to return to the confidence level where you know that you can do anything and everything required for your life.

You lost confidence because people used you, abused you, and made use of your innocence. But that is not your final identity.

You were a lion within. That lion has to return.

The Past Must Leave the Mind

Your husband has physically left your life, but he has not mentally left your life. That is the issue.

From the moment you get up in the morning until the time you sleep, your life is yours. Your commitment to your son is fine, your work is fine, but your mind must be yours.

Forget about relationship drama and old family judgment. They are not physically living with you, so do not keep them alive in your inner world.

Your work now is to become integrated, strong, and free from the existence of those people in your mind.

Emptying the Mind

Your mind is filled with traumatic events, family memories, marriage wounds, betrayal, abuse, and fear. This means you do not have an empty mind.

I will empty your mind. When the mind becomes empty, thoughts will reduce, and detachment will come from everyone and everything that has happened.

This will be my line of treatment. First, the garbage of the past must be released.

Then you can begin building life again from a cleaner space.

The Law of Dharma

Those who created bad karmas will face their own results. That is the law of dharma.

You do not need to carry them or punish yourself through their actions. You only need to trust the universe and focus on your life.

When you become successful and happy, the energy of your happiness itself becomes powerful. Your happiness becomes your victory.

When you are happy without them, the old energetic hold dies automatically.

The Turning Point

This is a turning point in your life. The coming sessions will focus only on you.

I listened to your story so I could know what your mind is carrying. Now the work is not to repeat the story again and again.

The work is to release the trauma, empty the mind, and become integrated.

You are not here to keep living in the past. You are here to rebuild yourself.

The Kumbhak Practice

The technique you must practice is the Kumbhak technique. Inhale, exhale, and after exhalation, hold the breath.

Do this five hundred times a day. Sit with eyes closed and do one hundred rounds at a time, five times a day.

This is your main work for now. The rest will be taught in the next sessions.

The purpose is to keep the mind empty and stop old thoughts from taking over.

Mouth Exhalation Throughout the Day

Throughout the day, keep doing mouth exhalation. Do not sit idle for even one minute.

If any thought comes, get up, walk, and exhale through the mouth. Do household work, clean the house, move things, wipe, groom yourself, and keep exhaling.

If trauma comes, exhale it forcefully. Release that energy from the body.

This is how you stop the mind from dragging you back into suffering.

Clean the House and Light the Diya

Keep your house clean. Cleaning the house will also help clean your energy field.

From today onward, light a diya in your room. Put flowers, keep the diya lit for as long as possible, and create a sacred space.

Use incense and pray to Shiva, the consciousness that has entered your life. You need to come to the side of higher energy.

There are physical people blocking your field, and there are also subtle forces that block the flow of your divine journey. The diya supports the energy of light.

Connect to the Guru When Fear Comes

Whenever you feel fearful, close your eyes and recall me. Try to connect to me, and you will feel that powers are helping you.

You are not alone in this process. The guru’s presence is there to take you toward healing, detachment, and integration.

But you must do your work. You must practice, clean, release, exhale, and stay active.

One by one, I will teach you what to do with your life. In ten days, many things can change if you are ready.

The Core Teaching

The core teaching is that Shiva must become strong in you. When consciousness becomes strong, you become protected, integrated, detached, and capable of living in the present.

Your past trauma, marriage wounds, family pain, and motherhood fear must not continue running your life. You must empty the mind and reclaim your energy.

Through Kumbhak, mouth exhalation, house cleansing, diya, prayer, and the guru’s energy, you begin moving from disintegration to integration.

You are not here to remain a victim. You are here to become strong, conscious, and alive again.
