Never Leave the Guru During This Phase

This stage of life is one of the most delicate periods in your entire destiny. Many successful people collapse here because they try to face Kundalini alone.

  • Cook, walk, laugh, and participate in ordinary life.

Do not isolate yourself inside fear, depression, or obsessive thinking about Kundalini.

Life itself now becomes your grounding practice.

Protect the Nervous System

Your nervous system is functioning in an overactive sympathetic state. Therefore, relaxation becomes your highest priority.

If basic medicines for temporary physical symptoms are genuinely needed under medical guidance, they may be used. However, avoid unnecessarily burdening the nervous system with stronger medications whenever possible.

Most importantly, stop worrying about every sensation. Your head has already carried too much pressure.

From today onward, allow yourself to relax completely.

Let Go of Spiritual Knowledge

Everything you have collected about Kundalini has become another burden on the mind.

Drop the theories.

Drop the expectations.

Drop the fear.

Return to the life you lived before becoming obsessed with Kundalini. Live simply, naturally, and peacefully.

The more you interfere mentally, the more resistance you create inside the nervous system.

Your Work Is Your Anchor

Do not resign from your job.

Your work is currently grounding you into the physical world. It keeps your attention connected with practical life and prevents excessive dissociation from the body.

If you feel tired, rest.

If you need a lighter schedule, reduce your workload.

But continue allowing work to anchor your life until your nervous system becomes stronger.

Become Gentle with Yourself

Treat yourself the way loving parents comfort a frightened child.

Become your own guardian.

Speak gently to yourself.

Allow yourself comfort instead of pressure.

This is not the time to demand performance from yourself. It is the time to heal.

Simple Breath Preparation

During our sessions I will occasionally guide you through a very gentle breathing sequence only for preparing your energy channels.

  • Take a complete inhalation through the nose while expanding the belly.
  • Exhale slowly through the mouth.
  • After the exhalation, hold the breath gently for two or three seconds.
  • Release the breath hold.
  • Allow the body to breathe naturally without interference.

This practice is performed only in my presence as preparation for receiving energy transmission. Outside the sessions, simply live your life and forget about Kundalini.

Surrender to the Energy

During energy transmission, completely relax your body.

Lie comfortably, place your hands gently over the navel, cover your eyes, and allow the entire weight of your body to sink into the bed.

If shaking, vibrations, spontaneous movements, or energetic releases occur, allow them naturally. These are signs that Kundalini is clearing long-held blockages within the nervous system.

During energy transmission, your only responsibility is to surrender completely. You do not have to heal yourself because I am doing the work for you. Relax your entire body, lie comfortably on the bed, place your hands gently over the navel, cover your eyes, and simply listen to my guidance.

If your legs, hands, or body begin shaking, vibrating, or moving spontaneously, allow it to happen naturally. Kundalini is releasing old blockages through your nervous system. Do not suppress the movements or become afraid of them.

After the session ends, remain lying down for another ten to fifteen minutes. Allow the energy to integrate before returning to normal activity.

Healing the Root Chakra

My first priority is clearing your root chakra because it governs survival, safety, and the nervous system.

Your nervous system is presently functioning through fear, freeze mode, flight mode, and the constant urge to escape life. These reactions are not your true nature; they are protective responses created by the disturbed root center.

As the root chakra stabilizes, existential fear gradually dissolves, the nervous system begins feeling safe again, and the body slowly returns to balance.

Drop Every Role

While receiving energy transmission, imagine that you are lying peacefully on a mountain with no responsibilities at all.

Forget every identity.

  • Forget that you are someone’s son.
  • Forget that you are someone’s husband.
  • Forget that you are someone’s father.
  • Forget every worldly role.

Your nervous system does not truly know these identities. It only seeks safety. The burden of constantly carrying social roles creates unnecessary pressure. During this process, drop every role and simply exist.

You Are Completely Safe

Your brain currently creates frightening thoughts because it no longer feels safe. I am creating a powerful energetic shield around you so that your nervous system gradually remembers what safety feels like.

You are protected in the Guru’s presence. Therefore, stop worrying about every symptom or every negative thought. Your responsibility is to care for your physical body while allowing the deeper healing to happen naturally.

Participate in Life Again

Do not isolate yourself because of Kundalini.
