The Guru Method to End Confusion Forever

Background

Guru Sanju guides seekers beyond confusion, fear, mechanical living, and borrowed knowledge. She teaches that real transformation begins when attention returns to the center of consciousness. In this discourse, she shows how a seeker trained in yoga and naturopathy can move beyond bookish learning into direct energetic experience. Guru Sanju does not treat yoga as posture alone, nor pranayama as breathing alone. She reveals them as doorways to consciousness, healing, self-realization, and life purpose. Through the Energetic Mastery Method, she teaches how attention, breath, third-eye awareness, Nadi Shuddhi, palming, conscious action, and self-discovery can dissolve confusion and awaken the inner GPS. Her message is powerful and practical: do not live from the mind, do not remain trapped in society’s fear, and do not waste your potential. Come to the center, discover your true nature, and create a life that heals others.

The Guru Diagnoses Through Energy

When you come to me, I do not only listen to your words. I diagnose your energy, your attention, your breath, your body, and the blockages that are silently controlling your life. Whatever problem you bring, whether it is health, wealth, relationship, confusion, anxiety, career, or life purpose, I look at it from the energetic dimension.

The first requirement is simple: give one hundred percent attention. If your attention is scattered, the energy also becomes scattered. Attention is the currency of your consciousness, and where attention goes, energy flows. Without attention, no technique will give its full result.

When you connect to me, my energy begins to flow toward you. You may feel cooling, vibration, relaxation, or a shift in the head, throat, heart, belly, spine, or whole body. This is not imagination. This is energy science. You are not only a physical body; you are an energy field, and everything in life moves through energy.

Confusion Is Energy Without Direction

If you are breathing mostly from the chest, if you feel restless, anxious, mentally noisy, or confused, then your system is not centered. The breath reveals the mind. Chest breathing often shows tension, fear, and mental chatter, while belly breathing brings the body closer to stability.

One powerful technique for confusion is writing with breath release. Take a pen and paper, write every confusion that is running inside you, and keep exhaling through the mouth while deflating the belly. Do not write slowly like a polite person. Write aggressively, directly, and honestly, as if you are throwing the confusion out of your system.

Confusion remains powerful because it stays inside the mind without action. It keeps repeating itself, but no solution comes. When you write it while releasing breath, you bring the invisible burden into visible form. Then it no longer controls you from the background.

Receive and Then Give Forward

When someone removes your confusion, tension, and restlessness, you cannot return the same gift to that person in the same form. You cannot give the teacher back what the teacher has given you. What you can do is carry the light forward to someone else who is stuck where you once were.

This is how energy moves in the world. I teach you, you transform, and then you become available to someone who needs that transformation. If you overcome confusion and begin living from your inner GPS, you become a channel for others. Inner GPS means your energetic reality, the deeper guidance that is not borrowed from society, parents, degrees, or fear.

You are not born only to complete a degree. Even if you study yoga and naturopathy, that knowledge will not work unless you have experienced its depth. A person may come to you for healing, but if you are only repeating bookish language, you cannot heal deeply. You must become an energetic healer, not only an educated person.

Go Beyond Bookish Yoga

Yoga is not merely a syllabus. Naturopathy is not merely a degree. Pranayama is not merely an exercise. If you do not know from where you are doing the practice, the practice remains incomplete. The mind may perform the technique, but consciousness transforms it.

Before any yogic action, ask: who is doing this? Is the mind doing it mechanically, or is consciousness doing it from the center? One single yoga posture, if done from the center, can take you toward samadhi. You do not need hundreds of techniques if you know how to enter one technique completely.

The Energetic Mastery Method teaches you to move from the periphery to the center. When you live from the periphery, doubts, fears, comparisons, future anxiety, and confusion control you. When you live from the center, action becomes clear, energy becomes integrated, and life begins to move from present-moment intelligence.

Witness the Witness

Close your eyes and bring attention to the third eye. First locate the point at the forehead where attention gathers. Then move deeper, as if looking backward from the third eye into the center of the head. Find the one who is looking. Find the point from where attention itself is being given.

This is the Witness the Witness technique. There is a point three to four inches behind the third eye where individual consciousness can be felt. That is the Shiva point in you. That is the seat of witness consciousness, the place from where you see, know, and experience.

When you permanently reach that point, you are self-realized. You are not required to become a monk, a hermit, or a Buddha sitting away from life. You can experience this here and now. From this point, the brain receives higher energies, the nervous system receives a different command, and every practice becomes more powerful.

Nadi Shuddhi from the Center

Nadi Shuddhi is a powerful pranayama, but most people do it mechanically. They move the fingers, inhale, exhale, and repeat, but their attention is not present. If attention is absent, the result remains shallow. If attention is at the center, the same technique becomes deeply transformative.

To practice it energetically, first come to the third-eye center. Inhale slowly through the right nostril as if there is no tomorrow, as if the only thing in existence is this breath entering you. When inhalation is complete, hold the breath gently for one or two seconds. Then exhale slowly through the left nostril, deflating the belly completely.

After exhalation, hold again for one or two seconds, then continue the cycle with awareness. These small pauses are part of the Energetic Mastery Method. The breath hold activates deeper intelligence in the body, awakens the nervous system, supports Sushumna Nadi activation, and brings prana into a more conscious flow.

Do not rush the breath. Do not perform pranayama like a duty. Do it as if you are entering the temple of consciousness. After a few rounds, remain silent, breathe normally, and conserve the energy. You will feel more centered, more integrated, and less disturbed by thoughts.

Release Blockages Through Exhalation

If headache, pressure, pain, or blockage appears during practice, do not become afraid. It means the body is responding. Use long mouth exhalation to release it. Inhale gently, then exhale slowly through the mouth while deflating the belly completely.

Continue exhaling in this way until the pain or pressure begins to reduce. Exhalation is not only air leaving the body. It is also a release of tension, charge, and stuck energy. When you learn how to exhale consciously, you learn how to empty the system.

After this, practice palming. Rub or place the hands over the eyes, cover them gently, and remain there for one to two minutes. Keep attention internally on the third eye. When you remove the hands, do not open the eyes immediately. Stay inside and observe the stillness.

Stillness Is the Door to Enlightenment

When there are no thoughts, no confusion, and no inner noise, you are touching pure consciousness. This is the state of stillness, blankness, and emptiness. If you could remain in this state twenty-four hours a day, for the rest of your life, you would be enlightened. There is no enlightenment beyond this.

The difficulty is not touching the state. The difficulty is remaining there. That is why practice is needed again and again, until bondage dissolves and consciousness becomes your natural state. From this state, you do not live according to fear, society, parents, comfort, or mechanical routine. You begin to create your reality.

The world teaches people to seek security, salary, approval, and predictable life. But those who do miracles and create something different operate from another dimension. When you meditate on the state of consciousness, downloads of vision, possibility, and energy begin to come. I take you there through technique and through my power.

Conscious Living Ends Stupidity

You do not need to leave life to become free. You can become conscious early in life and live your purpose without making unnecessary mistakes. Consciousness does not make life dull. It makes life more alive, more peaceful, less chaotic, and more truthful.

When consciousness grows, addictions begin to fall. Unconscious television, unconscious scrolling, unconscious talking, unconscious eating, unconscious reacting, and unconscious time-wasting begin to look stupid. You start enjoying life more, but you stop leaking energy into meaningless behavior.

Conscious living means eating consciously, breathing consciously, speaking consciously, thinking consciously, and acting consciously. Thinking is not wrong. The question is what you think, how you think, and in which direction the thought moves. A conscious thought becomes a step; an unconscious thought becomes a loop.

Activate the Unused Potential

Use your non-dominant hand to write your name. You will immediately see how much attention is required. The usual hand works automatically, but the other hand demands consciousness. This simple practice shows how much of life is happening mechanically.

Start brushing, lifting, picking, and doing small activities with the less-used side of the body. This awakens the unused dimension of the brain and nervous system. The purpose is not merely left-hand training. The purpose is to break automatic living and bring consciousness into physical action.

You are a huge potential, but you do not yet know yourself. From the physical body to the mental body to the energetic body, there is so much to discover. When you become conscious, you see your own stupidity without guilt. You become detached, intelligent, and ready for real transformation.

Discover the Career Hidden in Your Energy

Your life purpose does not always come from your degree. It comes from what is alive in you. Ask yourself what you can do without constantly watching time. If you love painting, exploring, singing, healing, cooking, nature, travel, or working with people, there may be a hidden path there.

Ikigai begins with what you love doing. Then you must ask whether you are good at it, whether the world needs it, and whether the world is ready to pay for it. If you are not yet good at it, learn the skills. Love gives the fire, skill gives the structure, and service gives the direction.

If you are an explorer, then begin exploring. Do not wait for a perfect life. Explore your neighborhood, gardens, nature, people, food, culture, villages, healing spaces, mountains, rivers, and real human experiences. A true explorer does not live from surface-level travel. A true explorer enters life, learns from life, and then shares transformation.

The Explorer Can Become a Healer

An explorer can become a guide, healer, host, consultant, and creator of transformational experiences. You can take people not merely to tourist places, but into grounding, healing, nature, silence, food, culture, movement, trekking, singing, mud therapy, and conscious exploration. You can create experiences that are not mechanical tourism, but energetic awakening.

The world needs this because people are losing life force. They are stressed, mechanical, tired, depressed, anxious, and disconnected from themselves. They wake up, work, eat, repeat, and slowly deteriorate. The childlike curiosity that once made them alive has been suppressed for years.

You can become someone who helps people feel life again. You can begin with small steps, especially with people who need safe guidance, support, and healing. If you add value in a unique way, the world will respond. The world is looking for people who do things differently from consciousness.

Transform Knowledge into Living Wisdom

All your education can become practical if you learn how to apply it energetically. Yoga, naturopathy, healing, exploration, nature, food, movement, and consciousness can become one path. You can work with people not only by giving information, but by helping them shift their energy.

This is why practical projects are important. In real places, with real people, real energy is felt. You learn how to read people, how to feel spaces, how to guide someone, how to observe energy in markets, gardens, nature, workshops, and daily life. Then knowledge becomes wisdom.

If you are truly an explorer, you will enjoy this path because exploration is not only travel. It is exploring energy, people, consciousness, places, emotions, healing, and possibility. When you remain excited and sincere, the right projects, roles, and opportunities can open. Your creative ideas are welcome because consciousness is creative by nature.

Live from the Center

Everything I teach returns to one point: come to the center. From the center, Nadi Shuddhi becomes powerful. From the center, confusion dissolves. From the center, passion becomes career. From the center, healing becomes possible. From the center, life becomes present.

You are not here to remain trapped in fear, addiction, routine, or borrowed identity. You are here to become conscious and create your life. You are here to discover your inner GPS and follow it. You are here to become alive, useful, powerful, and free.

Do not wait for society to give permission. Do not wait for the mind to become silent by itself. Practice, observe, breathe, write, release, explore, and return again and again to the witness. Once you know the center, every step can become yoga, every breath can become healing, and every experience can become the path to freedom.
