Why Kundalini Causes Heat, Cold, and Chills

Why Kundalini Causes Heat, Cold, and Chills

The Core Teaching
Respond to what your body actually needs rather than fearing every change in temperature or assuming it proves Kundalini. Have physical causes investigated, then care for heat and cold differently: cooling and hydration when overheated, warmth and covering when chilled, and a fresh environment. Within my Kundalini teaching, grounding supports this practical care. The central instruction is to understand your individual condition and take appropriate action instead of enduring discomfort under a spiritual label.

Why does Kundalini cause sudden heat, cold, chills, or other sensations in the body?

During Kundalini awakening, remember that Kundalini is a high-voltage, electrified energy that moves through your subtle body in the pranic channels. Its impact reaches the physical body through the nervous system.

Depending on the electrical voltage passing through your nervous system, you may feel sudden responses of heat, cold, chilling sensations, or different kinds of heat.

Understand the Nature of Kundalini

You have to understand the nature of Kundalini. Once you understand its nature, you can work on your physical body, your energy body, and your nervous system responses.

First, you do not need to fear these sensations. But when you feel heat, cold, chills, or sweating, you need to take action.

What to Do When You Feel Too Much Heat

For example, if you feel too much heat in your body, it means the Kundalini process within you is causing too much inflammation.

If there is inflammation, you can reduce it in different ways.

Extended Exhalation

The first way is through exhalation. You can practice continuous, extended exhalation, as I demonstrate. This improves blood oxygenation and helps you release the temporary symptoms of Kundalini heat.

I will also teach you what to do for prolonged or chronic problems connected with this. You can manage sudden heat and cold with this.

Electrolytes and Refreshing Drinks

Your body should be alkaline. Drink plenty of electrolyte-rich drinks, including lemon water, watermelon juice, and coconut water, to reduce heat-related Kundalini symptoms.

Get Checked for Physical Conditions

Inflammation can have multiple causes. You also need to get yourself diagnosed and checked by medical practitioners.

If you have physical conditions linked to nervous system disorders or hormonal changes, rule those out.

But if it is purely due to Kundalini and you have a healthy body, there are ways to reduce the heat symptoms and feel better.

Apana Build-Up and the Movement of Prana

If you are experiencing too much heat, you also need to know that too much toxicity has built up in your energy body. You also have too much apana in your body.

When apana builds up, it goes straight to your head or blocks prana from moving through the body.

To help with this, expose yourself to open spaces like this, where there is abundant space, nature, and negative ions.

The Earth, Sunlight, and Negative Ions

The earth contains negative ions in high abundance. The sun is the first and biggest source of prana and negative ions.

When the sun’s rays fall on the earth, the earth absorbs most of the sun’s negative ions. It also has abundant negative ions.

The earth also collects negative ions through lightning. Through lightning, the earth grounds a great deal of energy and absorbs negative ions.

Make Contact With the Earth

Expose yourself to the earth by walking barefoot or lying on the grass. If you cannot walk barefoot, you can touch the earth with your hands, and your hands will absorb the negative ions.

This is another activity you can do.

For example, right now, the ground is very muddy and wet. It rained throughout the night, so I am wearing hiking shoes. I am using the wet earth to ground my energy and all the heat sensations.

When you do this, negative ions from the earth rush into your body through your skin, through touch, and through the nerve endings in your hands.

This neutralizes the effect of positive ions or free radicals that cause inflammation in the first place. In this way, it can address heat sensations.

Why Kundalini Can Also Cause Cold Sensations

Now, let us come to cold sensations.

Kundalini is electrified in nature. Its elemental properties include both cold and heat.

Sometimes, it is like electrified energy passing through your nervous system. It affects many aspects of your life, cleansing and purifying you with nature’s fiery element.

This means it is very hot, like fire. When it is fiery in nature, you may feel heat sensations and sweat a lot.

The Cooling Water Property of Kundalini

But Kundalini has another aspect: the cooling property of water.

For example, glacier water is naturally chilled. Sometimes, Kundalini uses this water property to cleanse your system, transform you, and make you into a different being.

All these evolutionary functions happen on their own, involuntarily, because Kundalini is intelligent. It works on these aspects of your transformation and evolution.

What to Do When You Feel Cold or Chilled

When you feel too cold, my advice is to warm your body through different actions.

Cover Your Body

You can wear a mask. You can also wear a cap—a pure woolen cap made from sheep’s wool. A sheep’s wool cap is very useful during the Kundalini awakening journey.

Cover your hands with gloves. Cover your body with full-sleeved clothes to reduce extra sensitivity to cold weather.

Even if the weather is warm, if you feel chills or cold sensations, wear clothes that cover your body.

At the same time, you can wear socks made from merino wool or high-quality sheep’s wool. Merino wool is the highest-quality sheep’s wool.

Warm Drinks, Herbs, and Food

Along with these measures, keep your body warm.

How can you do that? Drink tea, coffee, or hot herbal drinks to stay warm.

You can use black pepper regularly. You can also eat different kinds of warming foods. Eat your food warm most of the time.

If you follow these measures, you will overcome most symptoms connected with heat, cold, chills, or sweating.

Keep Your Room Airy and Fresh

Also, live in an airy room with access to fresh prana from the atmosphere.

Avoid stale air in the room.

When you do these things, you will be free of most symptoms.

Your Kundalini Experience Is Individual

Again, Kundalini is an individual case. I have to diagnose you first to give specific advice that will work for you, because other factors may be causing your suffering beyond what I’ve discussed here.

If you want to work on these symptoms and feel better in life, you can join my physical projects. These projects focus on addressing and reducing Kundalini symptoms, and I mostly run them in big energy vortexes like this one.

You will also feel better if you continue the work regularly on your own.

Get Clarity Through an Online Consultation

Before joining a physical project, you can get diagnosed through an online consultation. I will diagnose the exact cause of your problem so you can be free from it.

You don’t have to suffer; the guru is here to help. If you listen to the guru’s advice, you will feel better and be free soon.

Take care of your health. Bye-bye, and thank you.

Kundalini, Menstrual & Hormonal Changes: What to Track?

Kundalini, Menstrual & Hormonal Changes: What to Track?

Do not treat menstrual and hormonal changes as a spiritual question while neglecting the body going through them. Begin with a medical and gynecological checkup, then give that body nourishment, hydration, movement, and a healthier daily environment. My deeper instruction is to stop living in emotional suppression and reconnect with creative work you genuinely love. Caring for your physical health and giving your life force meaningful expression belong to the same journey.

Kundalini Sensitivity: Caffeine, Alcohol & Stimulants

Kundalini Sensitivity: Caffeine, Alcohol & Stimulants

When you repeatedly use stimulants to feel good or escape emotional discomfort, you avoid the parts of life asking for your attention. My central instruction is to stop postponing those issues: listen to your Inner GPS, act on unfinished responsibilities, and begin living consciously. Reviewing the substances is one part of that change; the deeper work is changing the life you keep escaping.

Kundalini Ringing, Buzzing, and Internal Sounds in Your Ears

Kundalini Ringing, Buzzing, and Internal Sounds in Your Ears

Do not let the effort to eliminate every inner sound become the whole of your Kundalini journey. First have your ears examined and rule out medical causes; a sound alone does not establish its source. In my spiritual teaching, I bring the question back to who feels disturbed and how much of life has narrowed around the sensation. Engage your senses in nature and bring attention into the body and ordinary living, rather than allowing constant monitoring of the sound to take over your life.
