Pune, India Announcement: Kundalini Coaching and Energy Transmission Program

She Healed Chronic Fatigue Through My Kundalini Power

Background

Guru Sanju guides seekers through deep physical, mental, energetic, and spiritual transformation. She sees suffering not as one isolated symptom, but as a distortion in the whole system of body, breath, brain, nervous system, digestion, reproductive energy, karma, and consciousness. Through her Energetic Mastery Method, she teaches that Kundalini is divine energy, and divine energy needs purification, commitment, practice, and surrender. In this discourse, she explains how chronic fatigue, brain fog, body heat, breathing difficulty, reproductive blockages, and emotional heaviness can be approached through breath, posture, energy movement, vegetarian purification, body scanning, and devotion to the Guru principle. Her teaching is direct and practical. She does not ask the seeker to remain helpless. She shows the way to immediate energetic relief and long-term freedom through disciplined practice.

The Body Is Asking for Freedom

When the body carries brain fog, chronic fatigue, heat, breathing difficulty, digestive imbalance, and reproductive disturbance, it is not only a physical problem. The entire system is distorted. The brain is not working clearly, the nervous system is tired, the breath is blocked, the organs are heavy, and the energy field is not flowing properly.

You must understand that Kundalini is divine energy. If you want final freedom, the body must become purified enough to hold that energy. Meat carries the dead energy of animals, and that energy creates heaviness in the body. So the first step is to return to vegetarian food, with clean protein from eggs, soybeans, lentils, vegetables, rice, chapati, bread, and simple nourishing meals.

This is not about punishment or restriction. It is about creating a body that can cooperate with divine energy. If the body is congested, toxic, and full of dead energy, Kundalini has to spend too much force clearing the system. When food becomes cleaner, the body becomes lighter and the path of freedom becomes faster.

Commitment Opens the Door

Before healing begins, you must ask yourself how deeply you want freedom. Put one hand on your heart chakra, close your eyes, and listen to the voice inside. Ask how fast you want to be free from suffering and how much commitment you are ready to bring.

Kundalini clears blockages and karma. It does not move according to curiosity; it moves according to sincerity, intensity, and surrender. If you are committed, transformation can happen very fast. If you do the practices exactly, your chronic fatigue can shift, your energy can return, and your brain and nervous system can begin to understand freedom again.

Freedom means ultimate freedom from pain and suffering. It is not merely temporary relief. Temporary relief gives you the taste, but disciplined practice makes it permanent. Time is only a number; intensity decides the speed of transformation.

The First Healing Breath

The first practice is belly breathing. Sit with the spine lifted and place one hand on the belly and one hand on the chest. The chest should remain quiet. Inhale slowly through the nose and let only the belly inflate.

Then exhale very slowly through the mouth. Let the air pass out gently, as if it is leaving through a narrow opening. Count slowly inside from one to ten while exhaling, making the exhalation longer than the inhalation. This calms the body, relaxes the nervous system, and begins to remove stress from the breath.

If the belly does not move easily, do not force. Even a small up-and-down movement is enough in the beginning. The body is already congested, so it will not open immediately. With practice, the belly begins to move, the breath becomes deeper, and relaxation enters the system.

External Breath Hold for the Brain

The next practice is external breath hold. Inhale slowly through the nose, exhale completely through the mouth, deflate the belly, and then hold the breath after exhalation. Keep the eyes closed and remain steady for five to ten seconds, or only as long as the body can hold comfortably.

This practice is mainly for the brain and the upper part of the body. When the brain is foggy, incoherent, scattered, or not working well, do three to five rounds immediately. Throughout the day, it can be done many times according to capacity. It supplies prana to Kundalini and helps the brain become clearer, calmer, and more focused.

These techniques are not ordinary breathing exercises. They work on the brain, nervous system, energy, consciousness, and the dissolution of lower mind. Darker energies, lower energies, heavy emotions, and demonic patterns in the energy field begin to transmute. Attention increases, focus becomes sharper, and consciousness rises.

The Energetic Booster Method

Chronic fatigue needs energy movement. For this, use the energetic booster method. The diaphragm is the center where much trauma is lodged. Press the diaphragm region firmly with both hands, feel the pain or tightness there, and release it through repeated pressure and breath.

After this, begin forceful blow exhalations from the belly. Sit or stand with the spine active. Exhale sharply from the mouth by pulling the belly in and throwing out the stored heaviness. Do twenty repetitions, then rest and breathe normally. Repeat in sets until one hundred are complete.

As the body becomes stronger, increase the intensity. This practice can be done one hundred to one thousand times in a day, according to capacity. Every time fatigue comes, use it. The purpose is to empty toxicity from the stomach, subtle body, and energy field so that energy becomes smoother, lighter, and more powerful.

Opening the Nose and Moving Prana

Blow exhalation must be supported by proper inhalation. Inhale through the nose with the mouth closed, drawing air in sharply and actively. If both nostrils are blocked, close the left nostril and breathe through the right, then close the right nostril and breathe through the left. After that, breathe through both nostrils and observe the improvement.

When the channels begin to open, raise the arms and bring them down with forceful nasal exhalation. This movement helps energy rise and clears heaviness from the system. Do twenty repetitions with closed eyes, then relax and observe the state inside.

When thoughts disappear and blankness comes, do not fear it. That is a shift toward pure consciousness. Pure consciousness witnesses the present moment without pain, suffering, or mental noise. In that state, the body begins to feel lighter and fatigue begins to dissolve.

Removing Pain Through Movement

If heaviness remains in the back, spine, pelvis, or reproductive region, movement must be used. Begin with boxing-like movements, allowing the body to move from the lower pelvic region upward. Let the movement rise through the torso, chest, shoulders, and arms.

Then use full-body tapping. Tap the body from top to bottom and bottom to top, awakening the energy pathways and breaking stagnation. These practices awaken the body from numbness and move energy through blocked areas. Pain that was stuck begins to shift because the stagnant force is no longer held in one place.

This is the power of direct energy work. When the seeker receives properly, healing can happen quickly. But immediate healing is the beginning, not the completion. To make it permanent, the practices must become a disciplined path.

Healing the Reproductive Energy

For reproductive organ blockages, the lower body must be opened gently and steadily. Sit in a squat pose with the feet grounded, spine straight, chest open, and hands folded or placed for balance. Let the knees open and the pelvis settle downward while the neck remains long and relaxed.

If there is pain, come out of the posture slowly and sit normally. Do not fight the body. The purpose is not to punish the organs, but to create space in the pelvic region so that trapped energy can move. Stay only as long as the body allows.

Then sit and create controlled tension in the body. Inhale through the nose, make fists, stretch the body, and vibrate the muscles. After holding the tension briefly, exhale through the mouth and relax the whole body completely. Repeat this ten times so the body learns the rhythm of charge and release.

Vibration and Child Pose

For the neck and head region, inhale and gently take the neck back. Vibrate the neck and head like a controlled drilling movement, then exhale and return slowly into relaxation. This helps release stuck tension from the upper spine and head. Always inhale before creating the posture, then exhale and relax fully.

Never sit with a collapsed chest. Keep the spine in a good position and the chest lifted. A slouched body cannot hold higher energy properly. Posture itself is a spiritual discipline because it tells the nervous system whether you are weak, collapsed, awake, or ready.

After these movements, rest in child pose. Kneel down, fold forward, place the head down, and remain there for two to three minutes. Focus on the natural breath and allow the back body to soften. This posture calms the nervous system and helps the breath reorganize itself.

Shavasana and Full Body Healing

After child pose, lie down in shavasana without a pillow under the head. Let the body rest completely. Observe how the belly breathing begins to happen on its own without force. This is a sign that the body is returning to natural intelligence.

Now scan the body with attention. Begin from the toes and send healing energy there. Move to the ankles, calves, thighs, pelvic region, reproductive organs, digestive system, respiratory system, lungs, heart, hands, neck, throat, face, mouth, lips, nose, eyes, ears, forehead, brain, and the top of the head.

Where attention goes, energy flows. Keep the Guru in your consciousness and allow healing energy to pass through every organ. Pay gratitude to the Guru principle, because the Guru is God in living form when divine healing flows through her. Receive silently and do not hurry to get up.

The Path Must Become Practice

One powerful session can give healing, relief, laughter, lightness, and proof that transformation is possible. But permanent freedom needs practice. If the brain has fog, if the nervous system has fatigue, if the reproductive organs have blockages, and if the body has stored trauma, it needs a committed period of transformation.

This is why a hundred days of practice becomes important. In the beginning, the process must be dynamic so the body and mind receive the taste of freedom quickly. Once the brain and nervous system understand that change is happening, commitment becomes easier. Then every practice begins to burn karma and clear blockages.

You do not need to carry the burden alone. When you enter the path sincerely, the Guru guides the process like a professor in a university or a coach in a sport. The student has to practice. The Guru diagnoses, corrects, directs, and transmits power according to the progress of Kundalini.

Connect Through the Heart

Whenever you want to connect with me, put one hand on your heart chakra and remember me. If you are receptive, you will feel the connection. This is the power of Guru consciousness. Distance does not stop energy when the seeker is sincere.

Be happy, but do not become careless. Relief is grace, and practice is responsibility. If you receive healing, protect it through food, breath, posture, movement, gratitude, and discipline. No more going back into the old heaviness.

Your body is not your enemy. It is asking for freedom. Your fatigue is not your destiny. Your brain fog is not permanent. Your reproductive blockages, breath blockages, and pain are not the final truth of your life. With purification, energetic mastery, and sincere commitment, the same body can become a vehicle of Kundalini, freedom, and divine consciousness.
