You have reduced eight kilograms in the last few months. From sixty-two kilograms, you have come to fifty-four kilograms, and this is a great achievement.
Conscious eating made it possible. You eat only when you are hungry, and most of the time you eat consciously.
Only when you are with people do you forget consciousness, because the company of people pulls you out of your own center. When you are alone, you can practice consciousness much better.
The Body Feels Ten Years Younger
As a whole, you feel younger, lighter, and stronger in your body. Your posture has improved, and you walk straighter than before.
When I ask you how young you feel in your body, you say forty. This means that at fifty-four, your body is giving you the feeling of being ten years younger.
This is not mind transformation. This is energy transformation. If you do not feel the changes happening in your body, you cannot take pleasure from the changes in life.
Feeling Is the Real Proof
You must feel your younger age. When you feel young, it means you have increased the possibility of life in you.
Earlier, you felt that you were becoming old. Now you feel younger, and with that young feeling, possibilities open again.
You feel that many things can still change in your life. This is the power of energy transformation.
The World Responds Differently
Externally also, you are seeing changes with people and with life. People accept you more now.
Earlier, you were abandoned or kept aside. Now people include you more in activities, engage with you more, and interact with you more professionally.
As a doctor, you are becoming more participative. Even your patients feel good when they see a younger, brighter doctor in front of them.
Study, Research, and Attention
Your thesis and research work are also progressing. You are able to teach patients and speak about your research with more involvement.
Your concentration is improving. You are able to attend more to the studies you are doing.
Some adjustments will still happen later, but the important thing is that you are enjoying the changes. Decluttering has made you lighter because when you create space in your surroundings, you also create space inside yourself.
The Healing of Your Mother
Your mother’s health is also a major proof of this work. Two months ago, she was bedridden and had injury and pain.
After you applied Kund Breathing and healing practices on her the way I taught you, she began walking again. She is now able to do household work, clean dishes, and manage her life at eighty-three.

You are coming to India to learn instinctive life from us so that you can implement it and teach other people in your country. You now have proof in front of you that instinctive life preserves strength even in old age.
The Physical Project Will Dismantle You
Fifteen to twenty days in India will be for complete transformation. We are going to dismantle you completely.
Your muscles and many parts of your system became weak because you were not living that instinctive life. Now you will learn it through real physical practices.

Anxiety Is Only an Old Habit
Anxiety has become a habit in you for the last twenty years. Your brain has learned only one response: to become anxious.
Whenever anxiety comes, you must change the response. Start singing songs, do mouth exhalation, move the body, or do something that interrupts the old pattern.
The brain must be trained to respond differently. This is how the old anxiety pathway begins breaking.
Mouth Exhalation With Pauses
Today I teach you mouth exhalation with pauses. First, exhale slowly through the mouth and let the belly deflate completely.
After the exhalation, do not immediately move to the next breath. Let the body inhale and exhale on its own, and feel that natural breath completely.
Only after feeling the pause fully should you consciously exhale again. This teaches you to feel life instead of jumping into the next moment.
Do Not Rush to the Next Breath
Make the exhalation longer and slower. Be with the breath completely.
Exhale as if drop by drop you are releasing the breath. Count slowly if needed, and take it to ten, twelve, fifteen, or twenty counts.
Between the breaths, feel the pause. Be there. Do not move to the next moment until you have felt the present moment completely.
The Technique That Ends Anxiety
If you do this correctly, you will feel that anxiety goes away. It is a very powerful technique.
Anxiety happens when the mind jumps into the next moment. The pause brings you back to the present moment.
When you stay with the breath, the body learns that this moment is safe. This is how the nervous system begins rewiring.
Shaktipat Before the Journey
I give you a short Shaktipat to make your journey easier. I take you to the quantum field where you have already travelled to India, and it is absolutely okay to travel alone for such a long journey.
The physical journey may take ten to twelve hours, including delays and travel from home. But if you stay with the feeling in this moment, the journey can become pleasant.
Do not let future thoughts disturb you. Thoughts about what will happen when you go are created by the mind when prana and oxygen are low in the brain.
Stay With the Present Moment While Travelling
This breath technique will help you remain in the present moment and not jump into the next moment. That jumping creates anxiety.
During travel, breathe slowly from the belly. Exhale completely, let the body inhale and exhale on its own, and feel everything fully.
If you remain with each breath, the journey becomes manageable, grounded, and conscious. You do not need to carry anxiety with you to India.
Prepare the Bags Slowly
From today, begin packing slowly. Do not leave everything for the last moment.
Every day, devote one hour to packing. Whenever you remember something, put it in the bag.
Once everything is collected, sit with the bag, organize the clothes, fold things properly, keep aside what is needed, and remove what is unnecessary.
Travel Light
Bring fewer clothes and practical combinations. Bring warm clothes, in-house clothes, and clothes you can wear outside comfortably.
Do not carry too much. Carry only essentials, as if I am airlifting you and bringing you here.
Keep your suitcase lighter. If you need something here, you can buy it if required.
Practical Clothes for Instinctive Work
Most activities here will be instinctive in nature. You need to be free-flowing in your body.
Bring a few T-shirts, a few pants, and a few comfortable jackets. Fancy clothes are not required because there are no fancy places to go here.
Practical clothing is needed because the work is practical, physical, and transformational.
Stop Decluttering and Focus on Packing
From today, you can stop decluttering for now and focus on packing. After returning from here, you can resume decluttering with empowered energy.
If any doubt or confusion arises about packing, ask for help and do not delay the process. Delays create unnecessary anxiety.
You have already travelled to India before, so there is nothing to worry about. You know the process, and now you only need to remain calm and practical.
Food Guidance Will Come Next

When students or patients travel to me for life transformation, anxiety before travel is natural. Especially when they are coming to the powerful master, the most powerful guru, the energy can become intense.
That is why I often give strong Shaktipat before travel. I take them to the quantum field where everything has already happened.
In physical reality, things take time and unfold in time. But in the quantum field, the journey is already complete.
