Kundalini Sensitivity: Caffeine, Alcohol & Stimulants

Kundalini Sensitivity: Caffeine, Alcohol & Stimulants

The Core Teaching
When you repeatedly use stimulants to feel good or escape emotional discomfort, you avoid the parts of life asking for your attention. My central instruction is to stop postponing those issues: listen to your Inner GPS, act on unfinished responsibilities, and begin living consciously. Reviewing the substances is one part of that change; the deeper work is changing the life you keep escaping.

Part of my Kundalini Physical Symptoms guide · Teachings by Guru Sanju

Why does Kundalini make you more sensitive to caffeine, alcohol, and stimulants? You tell me why.

You have been behaving unconsciously and living an unconscious life, as though alcohol will not damage your system, stimulants will not damage your system, and excessive caffeine will be healthy for you.

As a guru, as a master, I know the issues. This is a scolding for those who still haven’t understood.

You are eating poison and asking me, “Why is poison harming me?”

Don’t you know that excessive caffeine isn’t good for your health? Alcohol is bad. Stimulants are bad. But why do you use them? It shows that you are ignorant.

Because of your ignorance, I will teach you a few things. I will give you understanding.

What Does Excessive Use Mean?

Even after receiving this understanding, if you still do not understand, Kundalini itself will take care of you by making you suffer through your health problems, relationship problems, and life.

These are the effects of consuming excessive caffeine, alcohol, and stimulants.

What does “excessive” mean? Using them can make your nervous system feel overstimulated.

I can tell you the reason why.

Kundalini Wants Your System to Be Healthy

Your energy, your Kundalini, wants your system to be extremely healthy.

Instead of working on Kundalini itself—on life itself—you want to contract, repress, and suppress life. You want to avoid life.

That is what you are doing: avoiding life.

Kundalini is signaling that you need to work on your problems and the issues in your life that require action.

When You Ignore Your Inner GPS

Let me give you an example so you understand clearly.

Your Kundalini awakened in your teens. At that time, Kundalini signaled that you needed to focus on your studies, career, and profession, and choose something you were passionate about.

For example, you wanted to study commerce, but your parents—or whatever circumstances you were in—were forcing you to study science.

You were not a science student. By this, I mean you didn’t have a scientific bent. You had a business-oriented mind, and that was your inner GPS.

Your inner GPS was pointing toward something connected to commerce or business studies. Your energy pointed toward that kind of study.

But you chose to abide by your parents’ demands.

At that time, Kundalini awakened. To avoid the emotional uneasiness you were experiencing, you became addicted to alcohol, stimulants, weed, drugs, smoking, or another kind of stimulant.

Stimulants and the Immediate Feel-Good Sensation

It could also be medicines. Sometimes medicines become stimulants. Sometimes sugar becomes a stimulant.

These stimulants release dopamine in your brain instantly. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter and is also treated as a feel-good hormone. Its release quickly produces a feel-good sensation.

If you continue this for years—for example, through masturbation or certain kinds of addictions—any addiction that releases dopamine very quickly is going to diminish your potential to feel dopamine in the real sense.

This means your system stops releasing real dopamine. Over time, you stop feeling good about life.

You need the stimulant to generate the feeling of well-being or goodness that comes from dopamine release.

When Feeling Good Becomes Dependent on the Habit

Dopamine becomes connected with these habits: alcohol, stimulants, or caffeine itself.

Your brain and neurotransmitters have learned to release dopamine when these substances enter your system. You only feel good when they enter your system. At other times, you do not feel good.

What is happening? You are avoiding life.

You keep consuming these things and become more addicted, day by day. With these addictions, your ability to live life diminishes considerably.

Start Living Your Life and Taking Action

If you want to come out of the symptoms you face through dopamine release from stimulants, you have to start living your life.

You have to start listening to your life force. Take action on all the pending tasks in your life.

Make sure you are living in this moment, right here, right now.

Expose yourself to nature. Live the life your Kundalini awakened for.

Kundalini is signaling that you live completely instinctively.

Freedom and Power Require Work

For example, I am in a powerful energy vortex, living my life right now. I enjoy all this because I listened to my inner GPS—my Kundalini—which signaled a life filled with freedom and power.

This freedom and power didn’t come easily.

The freedom and power I enjoy now come from decades of hard work to understand Kundalini.

What does my life force want? What does my Kundalini want? What does she want?

She wants freedom. She wants to live life freely.

That is why I am the Kundalini guru who frees people from their suffering when they commit to becoming free from alcohol, stimulants, caffeine, or anything they have now understood does not help them.

Look at What Is Happening to Your Nervous System

These substances have made your nervous system go haywire because it has become weak.

Consuming these things does not rejuvenate your nervous system. It deteriorates.

Medical science is there for you. If what you feel is Kundalini is simply a response to your consumption of alcohol, stimulants, and caffeine, my advice is that Kundalini has not awakened in you.

Get yourself diagnosed. Don’t assume Kundalini has awakened.

If you are actually going through a Kundalini awakening, you should have stopped all this by now.

Give Kundalini Access to Nature

Ultimately, your Kundalini needs plenty of prana and negative ions from the environment, nature, the earth, the sun, and everything the natural energy forces provide.

Expose yourself to nature. You can do this on your own.

But if you need the presence and power of the guru, I conduct physical projects in energy vortexes like this.

This is a natural energy vortex filled with jungle and natural resources stretching for miles. No one in the surrounding area can affect your energy.

When you regularly ground yourself in this kind of environment, you will become free of your issues.

First, Get Yourself Diagnosed

Before that, you need to get yourself diagnosed.

If you know that you do not want to be free—if you are happy being an alcoholic and continuing to suffer from your symptoms—then this guru is not for you.

But if you know that you want to become free from your bad habits or unconscious habits, you can take my first consultation to get yourself diagnosed.

There could be other reasons for your experience. I can work on the issues connected with helping you become free from your addictions consciously.

The Work Includes Techniques and Lifestyle Changes

I teach people. You can watch videos on my channel about a woman whom I helped become free from smoking after 37 years.

She became free in 100 days through my presence and power, the techniques I taught her, and all the lifestyle changes she made.

Ultimately, It Is Your Life and Your Choice

It all depends on you. It is a choice.

You are an adult. You know how to take your life forward.

I cannot say much more. I can only advise you.

Ultimately, it is your life. It is your choice.

Kundalini, Menstrual & Hormonal Changes: What to Track?

Kundalini, Menstrual & Hormonal Changes: What to Track?

Do not treat menstrual and hormonal changes as a spiritual question while neglecting the body going through them. Begin with a medical and gynecological checkup, then give that body nourishment, hydration, movement, and a healthier daily environment. My deeper instruction is to stop living in emotional suppression and reconnect with creative work you genuinely love. Caring for your physical health and giving your life force meaningful expression belong to the same journey.

Why Kundalini Causes Heat, Cold, and Chills

Why Kundalini Causes Heat, Cold, and Chills

Respond to what your body actually needs rather than fearing every change in temperature or assuming it proves Kundalini. Have physical causes investigated, then care for heat and cold differently: cooling and hydration when overheated, warmth and covering when chilled, and a fresh environment. Within my Kundalini teaching, grounding supports this practical care. The central instruction is to understand your individual condition and take appropriate action instead of enduring discomfort under a spiritual label.

Kundalini Ringing, Buzzing, and Internal Sounds in Your Ears

Kundalini Ringing, Buzzing, and Internal Sounds in Your Ears

Do not let the effort to eliminate every inner sound become the whole of your Kundalini journey. First have your ears examined and rule out medical causes; a sound alone does not establish its source. In my spiritual teaching, I bring the question back to who feels disturbed and how much of life has narrowed around the sensation. Engage your senses in nature and bring attention into the body and ordinary living, rather than allowing constant monitoring of the sound to take over your life.
