Kundalini Spine & Pelvis Pressure: What Should You Do?

Kundalini Spine & Pelvis Pressure: What Should You Do?

The Core Teaching
Do not pursue Kundalini only as an upward movement while leaving the lower body inactive. My teaching here emphasizes descent and grounding through the legs, pelvis, spine, and contact with the earth. Movement must carry your presence and attention; mechanically adding exercise is not the whole instruction. Build a daily rhythm that lets you feel and participate in life, because awakening is the beginning of living, not a final state in which the body can be neglected.

What should you do when you feel Kundalini pressure at the base of the spine and in the pelvis?

First, this pressure happens because you are not living Kundalini’s life. Kundalini’s life is extremely instinctive. Kundalini is the spirit in you. Kundalini is the soul. Kundalini is the energy that wants to live instinctively.

Instinctive means activating your primitive brain and letting your physical movements be instinctive. If you live a sedentary lifestyle during your Kundalini awakening journey, you may face these conditions and symptoms.

Understand the Pressure at the Base of the Spine

How can you reduce pressure at the base of the spine and in your pelvis?

Kundalini resides at the coccyx, or tailbone, at the base of the spine. The energy is in the energy body.

The first thing you can do is correct your posture. But it will not happen on its own.

Expose yourself to nature. For example, I am in nature right now. I run physical projects in nature with students committed to the process, helping their Kundalini ascend, move, and integrate.

What happens when they come for a physical project in my presence? Through instinctive activities, power transmission, energy transmission, and other forms of energy work involved in the process, they become free of Kundalini blockages at the base of the spine.

Prana, Apana, and Lower Body Blockages

If you feel Kundalini pressure at the base of the spine and in the pelvic region, understand that many blockages exist in the energy body, particularly in your lower body.

This means your prana isn’t reaching the lower body, and your apana gets stuck there.

Prana is the energy responsible for your breathing. When this prana descends into the lower body, it centers around the root and sacral chakras, the abdominal region, the small intestine, and the large intestine.

Apana moves outward and downward. If pressure builds up in your lower body, your apana isn’t moving outward and downward.

Most of the time, energy grounds through your legs and pelvis. This happens when your apana is good. But apana does not activate on its own. It activates only when you know the intelligence behind moving it.

Why Descending and Grounding Matter

I will teach you something I have been doing for the last few decades. I have more than 25 years of practice with Kundalini descending, and that is why my Kundalini ascends.

I am the guru. I am the expert. I have worked with so many people. You can find more information on our website and watch my videos to learn about the Kundalini challenges I have gone through myself and have been teaching my students for years.

It is important for you to know that I know the intelligence behind Kundalini energy. I have processed Kundalini in a meaningful, structured way.

If you allow your Kundalini to move downward and ground, you will become free from most of the Kundalini issues you are facing right now. Not all, but most, because each individual is unique, and so is their Kundalini.

For that, you need a powerful guru like me who can diagnose your Kundalini and give you specific instructions and guidance.

The Importance of Consciousness, Intention, and Presence

Just going out into nature will not work for you. Just going out to do a particular activity, like running or exercising, won’t work for you. No yoga exercise will work for you.

This is where consciousness becomes important. I teach this in my presence. When you practise with your highest intention, presence, and attention, as I guide you, you get results.

When you do these activities or techniques in my presence, I also give you Shaktipat. I give you consciousness—a part of the consciousness.

You receive reflected consciousness from my powers. That power moves Kundalini, and this is true for all the students who have come to me.

If you are not sure how to move your Kundalini, you can also get diagnosed through an online consultation. You will receive specific guidance about what you can do on your own.

But if you want to work powerfully, a physical practice is a must, and it delivers immediate results.

Begin with Sleep, Dawn, and Your Daily Rhythm

Now, let me teach you the techniques you can use when you have a lot of pressure in the lower body, at the base of the spine, and in the pelvis.

Start with the first thing you do in the morning. But a good morning comes after a good night’s sleep, and a good night’s sleep comes when you actually live your life. It is a good loop and cycle.

Your circadian rhythm will only establish itself when you begin one day. Wherever you are in your journey, my advice is to start getting up before sunrise, at dawn, and do some practices that I can teach you.

After that, once the sun has risen, get out of your room or wherever you are staying. Look for the nearest place where you can access nature.

Find a Place Where You Can Connect with the Earth

Nature means access to the earth. It should not be a concrete park with a few trees. It should be a jungle-like setting, a national park, or another natural place you can access.

You can drive to these places or find them in your city or nearby. Even if the drive takes 30 minutes or an hour, making that journey is a great first step.

Get up early and do the basic practices I will teach you in an individual session. Then go out, explore these places, and practice a few techniques that use your legs most.

Climb and Move Your Legs in Different Positions

Find places where your legs can move in different positions.

For example, as I move from a lower point to a higher point, watch how my pelvis and legs move. They are getting stretched because I have to climb.

This climbing activity itself releases much of the pressure at the base of the spine. When you do these activities, you feel the pressure reducing.

Use the Squat Position

The second technique is to sit in a squat position in nature.

Slowly lower your body toward the ground, then move up again.

This squat position is extremely useful for grounding Kundalini pressure from the base of the spine and the pelvic region.

How much should you do? That depends on you, your leg strength, and other factors.

Walk with Long Steps and Move Your Arms

Next, walk as I show you. Move your hands while walking, and keep your legs as far apart as you can.

This will also help you a lot. You need to stretch this part of your body.

When you take long steps and move your hands, you engage the muscles in your thighs, pelvis, abdomen, and arms. They are all connected. These movements move your energy a little.

Feel Nature Through Your Five Senses

Most importantly, when you come into nature, feel nature. Feel its beauty. Feel the colors and textures.

Use your five senses. Feel the water droplets on the leaves. Smell the fragrance of flowers, leaves, or anything growing wild.

I am in an energy vortex, and I found a beautiful blue flower here. As you can see, it is a creeper with a very mild smell.

There is a spider web here too. All these instinctive activities help ground your energy.

Sexual Blockages and Your Committed Partner

One more thing: if you have sexual blockages, you also have to have sex with your committed partner.

You also need to learn many other things during your Kundalini awakening journey.

Kundalini Is the Beginning of Living Life

Kundalini is not a final stopping point. It is the beginning of living life. If you start living life, you will start observing its miracles.

Right now, I can see a coffee plantation. These are coffee plants, and I have found what looks like oranges too.

This looks like an orange plant, and the fruit is ripe right now—or rather, it is still raw. Actually, it is not an orange. It is a different kind of lemon-and-orange combination.

You can experience all this beauty and instinctiveness.

Here is an ant house built by ants. There is this rawness and so much more.

Spider webs are everywhere, so be very careful not to disturb them.

Dedicate Yourself to the Process

All this, and much more, is possible when you do physical projects and move your Kundalini.

I know the secrets behind everything, and to access them, you have to be dedicated to the process.

Kundalini, Menstrual & Hormonal Changes: What to Track?

Kundalini, Menstrual & Hormonal Changes: What to Track?

Do not treat menstrual and hormonal changes as a spiritual question while neglecting the body going through them. Begin with a medical and gynecological checkup, then give that body nourishment, hydration, movement, and a healthier daily environment. My deeper instruction is to stop living in emotional suppression and reconnect with creative work you genuinely love. Caring for your physical health and giving your life force meaningful expression belong to the same journey.

Kundalini Sensitivity: Caffeine, Alcohol & Stimulants

Kundalini Sensitivity: Caffeine, Alcohol & Stimulants

When you repeatedly use stimulants to feel good or escape emotional discomfort, you avoid the parts of life asking for your attention. My central instruction is to stop postponing those issues: listen to your Inner GPS, act on unfinished responsibilities, and begin living consciously. Reviewing the substances is one part of that change; the deeper work is changing the life you keep escaping.

Why Kundalini Causes Heat, Cold, and Chills

Why Kundalini Causes Heat, Cold, and Chills

Respond to what your body actually needs rather than fearing every change in temperature or assuming it proves Kundalini. Have physical causes investigated, then care for heat and cold differently: cooling and hydration when overheated, warmth and covering when chilled, and a fresh environment. Within my Kundalini teaching, grounding supports this practical care. The central instruction is to understand your individual condition and take appropriate action instead of enduring discomfort under a spiritual label.
