I Opened My Solar Plexus Through Himalayan Challenge

Background

In this discourse, Guru Sanju reveals the connection between Kundalini awakening, life purpose, and the opening of the solar plexus. She teaches that getting access to life purpose is one of the most important stages in the Kundalini awakening journey, and this access does not happen through thinking alone. It happens through challenge, movement, open posture, real exploration, and direct experience.

Speaking from Sarangkot, above Pokhara, she guides her student into the unknown as part of a real activity designed to open the solar plexus. The mountains, clouds, village pathways, bamboo shoots, ancient houses, Himalayan rose, Ganga Tulsi, peach trees, sunlight, and raw structures become part of the field of transformation.

She explains that when one climbs upward with an open diaphragm and solar plexus, the heart opens, the electromagnetic field expands, and life energy begins flowing. The climb itself becomes a practical technique for confidence, expression, dopamine, testosterone, and access to one’s inner power.

This teaching matters because Guru Sanju turns life purpose into a lived experience. She shows that the purpose is not to reach a viewpoint, but to discover oneself through challenge, exploration, openness, and the joy of being nothing.

Kundalini and Access to Life Purpose

Kundalini and getting access to your life purpose is one of the most important stages of the Kundalini awakening journey. Life purpose is not something that can be reached only by thinking about it. It has to be opened through energy, action, challenge, and direct experience.

Today I am at Sarangkot, and I am making my student go through a real challenge. This challenge is to open the solar plexus through a powerful activity.

She has gone into the unknown with my direction. Whatever changes happen in her, she will experience them and communicate them from her own direct state.

This is how real work is done. The guru gives direction, the student enters the unknown, and the energy begins revealing what is hidden.

The Field of Sarangkot

Feel this area. It is on top, and behind it is the city of Pokhara. From here, the space opens wide, and the whole region begins to feel expansive.

The mountains are present, though hidden behind clouds. The entire city of Pokhara is visible from this height. The place carries openness, movement, and a strong invitation to rise higher.

Before the teaching begins, feel the openness and expansiveness of this place. Allow the body to sense what height, sky, and mountain energy do to the system.

This is not only a location. This is a living field where the solar plexus can respond to challenge, space, and ascent.

The Open Posture of the Solar Plexus

To open the solar plexus in the Kundalini awakening journey, you have to remain in an open posture. Your diaphragm and solar plexus must not be collapsed, compressed, or closed.

Keep the diaphragm region open as you walk. Let the chest and upper belly remain available to breath, movement, and life.

Walk with normal nasal inhalation and exhalation. Wherever required, open the mouth and release through mouth exhalation.

This is the basic technique. Keep the body open, breathe naturally, and let the movement upward activate the solar plexus.

Climbing Toward the Top

I am coming from below and moving toward the top. There are many steps that lead upward, and the path passes through a village area.

Feel each moment on the way to the top. Do not rush only toward the destination. The climb itself is the teaching.

When you move upward with awareness, your body begins responding. The breath changes, the posture changes, and the energy begins to rise.

The solar plexus opens not through comfort, but through conscious challenge.

The Diaphragm and the Heart Field

As I take a break, I can explain how this works. You have to remain in open posture, and the diaphragm and solar plexus must remain open.

When you move upward, your heart opens. Your electromagnetic field expands. This expansion is happening in me right now as I climb.

Behind me are bamboo shoots, and I am feeling high with this climb. My heart is expanding and opening for expression.

What is my expression? It is the powerful expression I am giving to teach you the highest.

Walking With the Solar Plexus Open

When you walk, try to keep your solar plexus outward and open. Do not collapse forward. Do not walk as if you are hiding from life.

Let the diaphragm have space. Let the breath move. Let the body rise with the climb.

As you walk, you can also use mouth exhalation whenever required. Let the body release pressure, heaviness, and blocked energy through the exhale.

The technique is simple, but it must be practiced with awareness. Open posture, upward movement, and conscious breathing create the shift.

The Raw Structure of the Village

As I continue upward, the village reveals its raw structures. The place carries a completely authentic feel.

Sarangkot is a village-like area that has developed into a place from where people come to see the mighty Annapurna range. But seeing the Annapurna range is not the real purpose here.

The real purpose is to gain the confidence of climbing high in the mountain. The real purpose is to take the challenge and let that challenge open the solar plexus.

When you take challenge, your solar plexus opens. Your actual dopamine and testosterone get released through real action, not through imagination.

Expose Yourself to Real Surroundings

You have to expose yourself to real nature and real surroundings. These environments create energetic changes in you.

When you walk through raw village pathways, ancient structures, plants, stones, and mountain air, the body receives impressions that cannot be produced inside a room.

This is the technique you need to follow. Expose yourself to the real. Let nature, challenge, and movement work on your system.

The solar plexus needs real life to open. It does not open fully through comfort.

The Energy of Old Structures

As I walk, I come across unique and ancient structures. The energy of these old houses is powerful.

The Himalayan rose appears on the path, and tomatoes grow nearby. The Annapurna range is hidden behind clouds, but the abundance of the Himalayan region is still visible everywhere.

There is Ganga Tulsi here, which is useful for opening the nasal passages. The herbs, plants, houses, and mountain pathways all become part of the experience.

When you walk consciously, everything becomes a teaching.

Do Not Be a Dead Person

What I am showing you is exploration. Do not be a dead person doing nothing.

Become someone who explores. Become someone who moves. Become someone whose expression happens through life itself.

If you remain stagnant, your solar plexus will remain closed. If you take challenges, the center begins responding.

Exploration awakens expression. Expression awakens confidence. Confidence opens the solar plexus.

Sunlight, Flowers, and Life Energy

Feel the sunlight with the flowers. Let the color, light, air, and mountain atmosphere touch your senses.

When you create your life while living in the present moment, your solar plexus opens. You get access to the life energy within you.

The life energy in you starts flowing, the way it is flowing in me right now.

This flow is not theoretical. It is felt in the body as openness, expansion, confidence, and joy.

The Himalayan Peach Trees

Here are peach trees, and peaches are growing on them. These are Himalayan peaches, alive and forming directly in the mountain environment.

When you see such natural growth, feel how life expresses itself without hesitation. The tree does not think about its purpose. It grows, flowers, fruits, and expresses.

This is also how your life purpose must become. It must become expression, not mental analysis.

Your solar plexus gives you the confidence to express what is already growing within you.

Reaching Near the Top

I have almost reached the top. From here, I can see the route from where I have come.

This is important. When you climb, you must also look back and see the distance covered. This gives you the experience of your own effort.

You have to take the initiative. Nobody else can climb for you. Nobody else can open your solar plexus while you remain passive.

The guru gives the direction, but you must move.

What Do You Get at the Top?

What do you get when you reach the top? Nothing.

You find yourself.

The climb is not for a reward outside. The climb is to discover the one who has the courage to climb. The climb opens the energy that was hidden inside you.

When you reach the top, the vibe is openness, freedom, and the joy of being nothing.

The Real Purpose of the Challenge

The purpose is not the view. The purpose is not the Annapurna range. The purpose is not reaching a popular place.

The purpose is the transformation that happens while you climb. The purpose is the opening of the solar plexus through challenge.

The purpose is to become confident, open, expressive, and alive.

This is how Kundalini gives access to life purpose: by making you take the challenge that opens your inner power.
