Background
In this discourse, Guru Sanju gives a direct and uncompromising teaching on Kundalini awakening, third eye opening, resistance, ego, purification, and eligibility for true transformation. She diagnoses that Kundalini awakened years earlier, but lower chakra blockages, lifestyle habits, karmic impurities, and ego resistance have prevented deeper progress.
The transformation offered is from spiritual accumulation to real surrender. Guru Sanju makes it clear that Kundalini is not a magic pill, and the third eye cannot open permanently without purification, conscious breath, vegetarian living, pranic discipline, nature walking, and the willingness to face bitter truths.
She teaches that the source is not an idea outside the body. The source is experienced as consciousness in the head when Kundalini purifies the chakras and reaches the center. But this requires the ego to stop standing as the gatekeeper.
This discourse matters because it exposes why many spiritual seekers remain stuck for decades. Knowledge is not freedom. Practices are not freedom. Freedom begins when consciousness takes charge and the ego surrenders to the guru’s surgical truth.
The First Diagnosis
When you come to me for the first session, I first diagnose you. I connect to your energy field and read what is happening in your Kundalini journey, your blockages, and your present state.
In your case, Kundalini awakened much earlier, around the age of twenty-five to thirty. But after that, you did not do much with the awakening.
You became busy with the functions of life and the matrix. Because of that, Kundalini could not progress the way it should have progressed.
Most of your blockages are in the lower chakras: the root chakra, sacral chakra, and solar plexus.
Third Eye Opening Is Possible
You asked whether third eye opening is possible. The answer is yes, it is possible, but it requires much effort.
I can give you a glimpse of the source in the session itself. But for that glimpse to become permanent, you need complete Kundalini purification, cleansing, transformation, energy transmission, and deep work on yourself.
You have to be patient. Your age and health condition are also part of the journey, so the process cannot be forced quickly.
I work on possibilities. Everything depends on how your body, brain, nervous system, and entire energy system respond.
The First Purification Is Food
If you want Kundalini to progress, your food must change. You have to move toward complete vegetarian living.
Kundalini is divine energy. She does not want you to kill animals, consume dead energy, and keep that dead vibration inside your energy field.
The dead energy of animals remains in the field and creates more suffering than most people can imagine. If you want to be free from bad karmas, this is one of the first areas to work on.
This may feel challenging, but if you wish to change, begin slowly and consciously.
Cleansing the Body
If you have consumed alcohol earlier in life, its impact can be removed through cleansing over time. Begin with simple purification.
Take two to three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil with lemon. You can take it before sleeping or during the day.
Consume one lemon a day, and include citrus juices such as lemon juice or orange juice with black salt if suitable for you.
This helps the body reduce inflammation and slowly purify impurities from the system.
Walking in Nature
You must also begin walking. Start with thirty minutes of slow walking in nature for the next seven days.
If it helps you, slowly increase it by ten minutes at a time until you can walk for one hour within a month.
Walking will help your body move energy. Kundalini cannot progress in a stagnant body and stagnant lifestyle.
Walk slowly and consciously, and practice the exhalation technique while walking when possible.
The Thinking Mind Must Become Silent
Your thinking brain is too active. The mind keeps running, and that is one of the reasons you remain stagnant.
Today, I teach you a simple technique to silence the mind. It is simple, but it must be practiced with attention.
Every time a thought comes, do not follow the thought. Bring attention back to the breath.
This is how consciousness begins entering the practice.
The Slow Exhalation Practice
Let the body inhale on its own. Inhalation is a survival function, so the body knows how to inhale.
Your work is to exhale slowly through the mouth, as if life is moving in slow motion. Exhale unit by unit, consciously, until the belly is fully deflated.
You can count in the mind while exhaling. The exhalation may last five seconds, ten seconds, twenty seconds, or more, depending on your present capacity.
The duration is not the main point. The main point is presence.
Do It as If for the First Time
It does not matter whether you have done many practices before. What matters is whether you are present now.
Do the exhalation as if you are exhaling for the first time in your life. Stay with each moment of the breath until the end.
Focus internally on the third eye while exhaling. Let the exhalation continue through the body, but keep the primary awareness inside.
After the exhalation is complete, let inhalation happen on its own and remain silent.
Watch What Arises
After the practice, do not do anything. Keep the eyes closed and feel whatever you are feeling.
Look for subtle movement in the spine, like the movement of mercury. See if deep-rooted blockages are coming out of the belly.
They may come as crying, suppressed anger, longing for freedom, uneasiness, resistance, or old suffering.
Whatever comes, observe it. Do not run away from it.
The Thoughts Are Guests
If thoughts come, see them as a spectator. Watch them as if you are watching a movie.
Thoughts are like guests in a hotel. They come and go.
If suffocation comes, feel the suffocation. If peace comes, feel the peace. If happiness comes, feel the happiness.
Do not resist. Feeling the resistance itself can transform you.
The Ego Does Not Want to Die
The mind does not want to die. The ego does not want to die.
If you become free, what will you do with that freedom? Will you awaken others who are sleeping, unconscious, unaware, and lost in consumption?
Kundalini will free you only if there is a greater purpose. Without a greater vision, the third eye will not open permanently.
All pranayama and all breathwork are incomplete if consciousness is absent.
Breath Opens the Cosmic Universe
Breath opens you to the cosmic universe. In the cosmic universe and the multiverse, everything is invisible energy.
You can feel this energy only when ego is not standing as the gatekeeper. Ego prevents you from feeling life.
When ego dominates, you feel only matter, body, mind, and gross form. You do not feel the source.
The source is right there in your head as consciousness.
The Source Is in the Head
If you want to feel the source, intensify the energy in the center of your head. Give time to that center.
This energy intensifies when the brain is in its best condition. The brain becomes strong when it receives oxygen and prana properly.
Pranayama means management of prana. Prana cannot be managed without consciousness.
From this moment, every breath you take should become a conscious breath.
Kundalini Wants to End Unconsciousness
Kundalini wants to end unconsciousness. She wants to bring you to the center, to your origin, to the source.
The divine is pure. The divine does not kill animals. The divine is not addicted. The divine is conscious of every action it performs.
This is the purpose of Kundalini. She wants to transform you into a different organism.
If you do not transform, there is no real scope of freedom in this life.
The Resistance to Freedom
It is not easy for Kundalini to process in you because there is a lot of resistance. That resistance is the problem.
You may not even know how much resistance you carry. There is resistance toward freedom itself.
The ego has constructs, beliefs, conditioning, and spiritual accumulation that want more suffering.
If you are truly keen for freedom, you have a long way to go, and you must work on yourself.
Not Everyone Is Eligible
Not everyone is eligible to go through Kundalini purification with the guru’s presence. Ego resistance can be too strong.
Too much spiritual knowledge can also become a blockage. A person may have done many spiritual practices and still remain unfree because consciousness is missing.
Kundalini is not a magic pill. It is not only about awakening, opening the third eye, or having experiences.
Kundalini purification is like open surgery in the guru’s presence.
The Guru’s Surgery
When Kundalini moves in my presence, she opens you toward bitter truths you have not wanted to face.
This can feel torturous for the ego and mind. That is why you must be ready before coming to the guru.
If you come to the doctor, be ready for surgery. Otherwise, you are wasting your time and the guru’s time.
The surgery is for unblocking Kundalini, reducing suffering, and exposing the truth hidden behind ego.
Ninety Percent Is Your Work
Ninety percent of your work depends on what you do as consciousness in your life. Ten percent Kundalini will do when consciousness takes charge.
This cannot happen through mind and ego games. It cannot happen through resistance, argument, or spiritual pride.
You must purify the body, purify food, purify breath, purify attention, and purify action.
Only then can Kundalini meet consciousness at the center.
The Core Teaching
The core teaching is that the source cannot be reached by ego. Third eye opening is possible, but not without surrender, purification, conscious breath, and the willingness to face the truth.
You may have practiced many things for decades, but if consciousness is absent, Kundalini remains blocked. The guru does not come to flatter the ego; the guru comes to cut the ego.
If you are ready for truth, transformation can begin. If you resist, suffering itself will continue teaching you.
Freedom belongs only to the one who becomes conscious enough to purify, surrender, and work.
