I am in Pokhara, Nepal. There is Fewa Lake behind me. Look at the sunset view, if you can see it. Look at the freedom in which people are enjoying their kayaking, boating, and wandering here and there.
Look at those clouds. Look at the mountains at the back, where you can see the reddishness of the sunset.
Look at this banana plant here. This is a banana plant where I am standing — full of nature and natural vibes.
Fresh Air, Open Space, and Freedom
This is how I spend my day.
The AQI is below 70, around 70 today. The temperature is 18°C right now. And what else do you need?
Fresh air. Fresh space. Open space. The freedom to be yourself. And much more.
It is just a glimpse of my life that I am living. And you too can enjoy this if you have the intention to create the life of an individual.
Stop Following the Herd
You have to focus on your life.
If you start following what the herd of sheep, what the matrix is doing, you will lose the opportunity to be yourself in this life.
The soul will leave the body one day. So before the soul leaves the body, peep inside. What does your soul want? What does your Inner GPS want from you?

Participate in Life Through Presence
First is through observation. First is through your presence.
Go and participate in such kinds of activities, and you will see that something is shifting in you. Something is coming out of you.
You will start appreciating everything around you.
This is live music. This means the artist is creating the music in the moment. And the dancers are dancing spontaneously. There is no choreography involved.
Everyone is getting free from the inhibition, releasing the energy that is trapped in them.
Come Out of Your Trap
