Pune, India Announcement: Kundalini Coaching and Energy Transmission Program

From Ego to Enlightenment Through Kundalini Awakening

Background

Guru Sanju teaches that the most intense phase of Kundalini awakening begins when the life force reaches the higher energy centers and starts dismantling the ego itself. At this stage, the seeker’s struggle is no longer with relationships, career, anxiety, or external circumstances. The real battle shifts inward, where the awakened Kundalini and the deeply conditioned ego confront each other. What appears as confusion, emotional instability, involuntary kriyas, or overwhelming energetic movements is often the nervous system attempting to reorganize itself around a higher state of consciousness.

In this discourse, Guru Sanju explains how the Freedom Project gradually guides seekers through this delicate phase without overwhelming the nervous system. She reveals that transformation cannot be forced but must unfold through surrender, conscious breathing, energetic purification, and systematic nervous system recalibration. Rather than fighting the ego directly, she teaches seekers to establish themselves in consciousness first, allowing Kundalini to dissolve every layer of conditioning naturally. The journey becomes not one of struggle but of surrendering into one’s true nature.

The Journey Begins with Clarity

Whenever someone comes to me during an intense Kundalini awakening, my first responsibility is not to teach advanced techniques. My first responsibility is to create clarity. A confused mind cannot cooperate with transformation because it continuously reacts to every new experience with fear. Before healing begins, the nervous system must understand what is actually happening.

I first observe your energetic condition, your nervous system, your breathing pattern, your posture, your attention, and the quality of energy flowing through your body. Only then do I decide how the journey should unfold. Every seeker’s awakening is unique because every nervous system carries different conditioning, different traumas, and different energetic blockages.

You do not need to pressure yourself to become enlightened immediately. Transformation is not a race. It is a gradual recalibration of your brain, nervous system, and energetic body. During the Freedom Project, this recalibration happens layer by layer until your organism naturally becomes capable of processing higher consciousness.

The Real Problem Is Not Kundalini

Many seekers believe that Kundalini is creating their suffering. They become frightened by involuntary movements, emotional intensity, strange sensations, or sudden energetic shifts. In reality, Kundalini is not creating the problem. She is revealing what has remained hidden inside the nervous system for years.

Your suffering comes from the ego’s attempt to maintain control while Kundalini is simultaneously attempting to liberate you. The nervous system has spent decades identifying with fear, protection, control, emotional suppression, and survival. As awakened energy begins dissolving these patterns, resistance naturally appears.

The discomfort you experience is not evidence that something has gone wrong. It is evidence that profound transformation has already begun.

You Must First Discover Who You Are

Many seekers ask me how to overcome the ego. Before answering that question, I ask them another one: Who is trying to overcome the ego? If you have not yet discovered who you truly are, every attempt to destroy the ego simply becomes another activity of the ego itself.

You cannot dismantle something while remaining completely identified with it. First, you must experience yourself as consciousness. Only consciousness can observe the ego without becoming trapped inside it.

The moment you recognize your true center, your entire perspective changes. The ego is no longer your identity. It simply becomes another process unfolding within the mind and nervous system. From that point onward, real transformation becomes possible.

External Breath Hold Connects You to the Center

One of the most powerful techniques I teach during this stage is external breath retention after complete exhalation. This practice immediately begins withdrawing scattered energy back toward your center.

Sit comfortably with your spine naturally upright and gently close your eyes. Inhale softly through the nose without forcing the breath. Exhale slowly through the mouth until the lungs comfortably empty and the abdomen naturally contracts. Once the exhalation is complete, gently hold the breath outside while keeping the body completely relaxed.

Maintain the breath hold only within your present capacity. As soon as the body genuinely needs air, release the hold and allow the next inhalation to happen naturally without interference. Rest for a few normal breaths before repeating the sequence again.

Every repetition gradually gathers your scattered life force back toward the center of your being. Instead of continuously flowing outward toward thoughts, emotions, memories, and fears, energy begins moving inward toward stillness. This is why the technique becomes such a powerful doorway into direct experience of consciousness.

Consciousness Must Become Stronger Than the Ego

The purpose of spiritual practice is not to weaken the body or suppress the mind. The purpose is to strengthen consciousness. When consciousness remains weak, every emotional reaction immediately takes control. Every fear appears real. Every thought demands attention. Every sensation creates anxiety.

As consciousness grows stronger, the relationship completely changes. Thoughts continue arising, emotions continue appearing, and sensations continue moving through the body, but none of them possess the same power as before. Awareness remains stable while everything else comes and goes.

This is the foundation of true freedom. You are no longer trying to eliminate experience. You are simply no longer imprisoned by it.

Allow the Body to Respond Naturally

During deep energetic practices, the body may begin producing spontaneous movements, tremors, vibrations, yawning, emotional release, or involuntary kriyas. Many people immediately become frightened because they believe something abnormal is happening. In reality, these movements often indicate that long-held contractions are beginning to dissolve.

Do not suppress these responses or attempt to control them. Remain relaxed and allow the body to complete whatever intelligent adjustments it is naturally performing. Kundalini continuously works through the nervous system, muscles, fascia, and energetic channels to remove years of accumulated holding.

The more completely you surrender to this process, the more efficiently healing unfolds. Every released contraction creates greater space for consciousness to express itself through the body.

The Freeze Mode Begins to Melt

Years of emotional pain, relationship wounds, fear, rejection, and psychological pressure gradually create chronic contraction throughout the nervous system. The body eventually enters a protective freeze response where life force can no longer circulate freely.

As external breath retention, conscious breathing, and energetic practices continue, this frozen energy slowly begins thawing. Blood circulation improves, energetic channels open, the diaphragm becomes freer, and the nervous system gradually releases its constant state of defense.

This is not merely emotional healing. It is biological, neurological, and energetic transformation occurring simultaneously. Kundalini is not attacking your nervous system. She is restoring its original capacity to live without fear.

Kundalini Removes Blockages Through the Nervous System

Every blockage within the body represents frozen life force. Emotional trauma, fear, rejection, guilt, shame, heartbreak, and years of unconscious living gradually create contractions throughout the nervous system. These contractions restrict the natural movement of Kundalini and prevent consciousness from expressing itself freely.

When Kundalini begins rising, she naturally encounters these restrictions. Instead of bypassing them, she starts dissolving them one by one. As each blockage begins releasing, involuntary movements, trembling, yawning, deep breathing, emotional release, or spontaneous body movements may arise. These are not signs that something is wrong. They indicate that life force is once again flowing through areas that have remained contracted for years.

Do not become frightened by these responses. The body possesses immense intelligence. When you surrender instead of resisting, it completes the healing process naturally.

The Heart Chakra Is the Battlefield

One of the most important stages of Kundalini awakening begins when the heart chakra starts opening. This is the point where the ego and the soul appear to move in opposite directions. The ego wants familiarity, attachment, emotional protection, and the continuation of the old identity. The soul seeks expansion, surrender, freedom, and unconditional love.

Many seekers misunderstand this stage because they believe their suffering is still connected to relationships, partners, or external circumstances. In reality, those experiences have simply become the surface through which a much deeper transformation is taking place.

The real battle is no longer between you and another person. It is between the conditioned self that wants to survive and the awakened consciousness that wants to become free.

Surrender Is Greater Than Resistance

The greatest mistake during this phase is trying to control every experience. The ego constantly asks what is happening, why it is happening, and how it can stop the process. Kundalini requires exactly the opposite approach. She responds to surrender.

Allow every sensation to arise without resistance. Allow every emotion to move without suppression. Allow the body to breathe naturally. Allow the nervous system to reorganize itself according to its own intelligence.

The more deeply you surrender, the less energy is wasted in internal conflict. Healing accelerates because consciousness is no longer divided between acceptance and resistance.

Kund Breathing Deepens the Transformation

Once the nervous system begins relaxing through external breath retention, the next stage is Kund Breathing. Lie comfortably on your back with both knees gently bent and your feet resting naturally on the floor. Place both hands below the navel and allow your entire abdomen to soften completely.

Without forcing the breath, allow the belly to expand naturally during inhalation and gently return during exhalation. There should be no strain anywhere in the body. The breathing gradually becomes slower, deeper, and increasingly effortless.

As this relaxation deepens, Kundalini begins moving through the nervous system without resistance. The body often knows exactly what needs to happen. Sometimes muscles release, sometimes breathing changes, and sometimes spontaneous movements arise. Allow everything to unfold without interference.

Release the Pelvic Armour

The pelvic region stores enormous amounts of suppressed life force. Years of fear, emotional suppression, shame, guilt, and unresolved experiences often create deep muscular contraction throughout the pelvis, hips, and lower abdomen. This contraction prevents energy from flowing naturally through the entire body.

Bring your attention gently into the pelvic region while breathing deeply into the lower abdomen. Feel every inhalation reaching the pelvic floor. As you exhale, allow unnecessary holding to dissolve naturally. Do not force relaxation. Simply continue breathing with awareness.

As consciousness reaches the pelvis, energy gradually begins releasing from the deepest layers of the nervous system. Areas that have remained frozen for years slowly regain vitality and movement.

Attention Directs Energy

Wherever attention goes, energy follows. This principle governs every energetic practice. If your attention continuously remains trapped inside fearful thoughts, your life force remains trapped there as well. If your attention consciously enters different regions of the body, energy naturally begins flowing into those areas.

This is why every breathing practice becomes an exercise in conscious attention. As you place awareness upon the abdomen, pelvis, thighs, heart, or any other region, life force gradually awakens dormant energetic pathways.

Transformation therefore depends not only upon breathing correctly but upon learning how to direct attention consciously throughout the body.

Movement Restores the Natural Flow

Gentle shaking, vibration, and natural movement help dissolve deeply rooted muscular holding. When the legs, arms, pelvis, or spine begin moving consciously, stagnant energy slowly loses its grip over the nervous system.

These movements should never become forced exercises. Instead, allow the body to participate naturally. Sometimes deliberate shaking gradually becomes spontaneous as deeper energetic layers begin releasing tension stored over many years.

Every movement restores circulation, awakens dormant muscles, improves energetic flow, and reminds the nervous system that it is no longer trapped in survival.

Your Worldly Problems Are No Longer the Real Problem

As Kundalini reaches higher stages, many external problems begin losing their importance. You may initially believe your greatest suffering comes from relationships, career uncertainty, family conflicts, or emotional pain. Gradually you discover that these were only expressions of a much deeper spiritual process.

The real transformation is taking place within consciousness itself. Kundalini is preparing you to outgrow the old identity completely. Once this process is understood, you stop fighting individual problems and begin cooperating with the larger movement of your evolution.

This realization brings tremendous relief because you no longer feel trapped inside temporary life circumstances. You begin recognizing that every experience has been preparing you for spiritual freedom.

Protect Your Work While Healing

Although your inner world is changing rapidly, your external responsibilities must continue receiving conscious attention. Continue performing your professional work with sincerity. Do not allow awakening to become an excuse for abandoning responsibility.

Your work provides psychological stability, routine, and a sense of groundedness while the deeper transformation unfolds. As long as your essential responsibilities remain balanced, the nervous system feels safer, making Kundalini integration much smoother.

Spiritual growth does not require escaping ordinary life. It requires bringing extraordinary consciousness into ordinary responsibilities.

The Final Stage Is Freedom

There comes a stage when Kundalini is no longer fighting the ego because the ego has gradually surrendered. Thoughts become quieter. Fear loses its authority. Relationships are no longer driven by attachment. Life begins flowing naturally without constant inner conflict.

This freedom is not created through force. It is born through surrender, disciplined practice, conscious breathing, nervous system healing, and unwavering trust in the intelligence of Kundalini. Every layer that dissolves reveals another level of your true nature.

Remain patient with the process. Continue practicing sincerely. Allow consciousness to become stronger each day. Kundalini already knows the destination. Your only responsibility is to surrender completely and allow the journey toward freedom to unfold.
