Does Kundalini awaken only in one in a million people? Is this truth or myth?

There is no fixed formula, no rigid rule, no mental logic that decides in whom Kundalini will awaken and when. The mind loves statistics. The ego loves measurable ratios — one in ten, one in a thousand, one in a million. But Kundalini does not function according to the mathematics of your conditioned intellect.
There are multiple factors in the evolutionary journey of Kundalini herself that determine when she will awaken. You must understand something fundamental: every being, every species, every form — including you as a human being — is part of an evolutionary journey that has been unfolding for millions of years.
Who Decides the Moment of Awakening?
Who decides when your evolution will move to the next level?
It is Kundalini.
It is the primordial energy within you that decides when she wants to awaken from her dormant state and rise to the next stage of evolution. Not your mind. Not your beliefs. Not your spiritual theories. Not your internet research.
There is no egoic formula.
All the knowledge you have gathered from spiritual books and philosophies cannot determine whether your Kundalini is active or dormant. In fact, you may not even know that she has begun moving within you.
Kundalini Awakening Is Not Enlightenment

Kundalini awakening is different from spiritual enlightenment.
When Kundalini reaches her peak, when she completes her ascension, that is the state of highest enlightenment. But when she is in the process — when she has just begun to move — you may not recognize it at all.

This is not chaos. It is energy seeking upward movement.
Age Does Not Matter
Kundalini does not follow age restrictions.
She may awaken in a child. She may awaken in an old person. She may awaken in a young adult.
There is no fixed demographic.
And most importantly — you will not know.
