Background
In this discourse, Guru Sanju diagnoses a first-session student who is going through Kundalini awakening but is still trapped in fear, ego, matrix identity, family roles, spiritual confusion, and scattered attention. She reveals that he is an ancient soul, but his egoic hold is strong and his consciousness is still only a small percentage of his present functioning.
The transformation offered is from matrix man to conscious man. Guru Sanju teaches that Kundalini cannot free a person who remains addicted to knowledge, social conditioning, family identity, desire, fear, and the benefits of the matrix.
She gives the student a glimpse of pure consciousness by moving Kundalini toward the center. This glimpse brings light, stillness, blankness, safety, and the confidence that freedom is possible.
This teaching matters because it shows that Kundalini progress requires surrender, purification, health, attention, effort, and direct guidance from the guru. Freedom is not escape from family. Freedom is the rise of consciousness within life itself.
The First Session Begins With Diagnosis
When you come to me for the first session, I first diagnose you. I read your energy field, understand where you are in the Kundalini awakening journey, and then guide you according to what your system can receive.
Since this is the first session, the energy transmission begins in a sitting position. Later, if you feel that the energy work has worked for you, you can receive deeper sessions in the lying-down position where the impact becomes more powerful.
You must first recognize the power in me. When you recognize the power in me and connect to me, my power begins working in you automatically.
The Guru Avatar Breaks the Ego
My purpose is to break, kill, and dissolve the ego. I free people by doing this energetically.
Nothing much is in thinking. Everything is in action. Energetically, I have the power to move your Kundalini from the blockages it carries.
I also have the power to break the ego that has identified you with the body, name, role, mind, fear, conditioning, and matrix identity.
This does not apply only to this birth. The egoic hold may come from many lives, many habits, and many accumulated impurities.
You Must Know Where You Are
If you do not know where you are in the Kundalini journey, you will waste decades reading and talking about Kundalini while doing nothing real with your life.
I am stopping the wastage in your journey from this point onward. If you understand what I am saying, you will know that the direct path toward freedom has opened.
You are an ancient soul, and this is your last birth. Meeting the guru is not an easy thing on the path.
Your soul somehow knows that I am the one who can free you, and that is why your field is responding.
The Ancient Soul Must Purify
You have done many good things in past lives, and that is why fortune comes in this life. Meeting the guru is also a result of past spiritual efforts.
But there are still many impurities in you. You have to purify layer by layer, body by body, energy by energy.
Jealousy, anger, lust, fear, and lower energies keep the soul trapped in the lower chakras. These must be purified before Kundalini can rise in a clean way.
Some actions you will take on your own. Some actions will happen through my guidance, energy transmission, and power transmission.
The Fear of the Unknown Divine
The main resistance in you is fear of the unknown. You do not want to break free completely because you do not know what you will do after freedom.
It is as if the known devil feels safer than the unknown divine. But Kundalini is the unknown divine.
With freedom comes responsibility. The responsibility is to live consciously.
Your ego is deeply bound, and it will not break on its own. It will require powerful techniques, breathwork, energy work, and steady effort.
Two Years of Transformation
From my reading, it may take at least two years for you to go through this process of transformation. If your energy channels were already pure, the movement would have been faster.
Right now, you are almost one percent consciousness and ninety-nine percent unconscious ego, mind, belief, conditioning, and matrix identity.
You think you are the name and the body. But the name is only a label, and the body is a biological cluster of millions of cells held together by life intelligence.
This understanding will not become real through intellect alone. It must become true to you energetically.
The First Glimpse of Consciousness
In this session, I take you to your center so that you can receive a glimpse of consciousness. Once you know that the unknown is not dangerous, the ego may begin releasing its hold.
Your brain has been taking this unknown journey as a threat, and that creates freeze mode. You must feel that consciousness is safe.
Your attention is the power of consciousness. Your attention has gone into too many dimensions of matrix life.
You are married, you have a child, and you are already a matrix man. Now the time has come to come out of that inner prison.
Freedom Does Not Mean Leaving Family
You do not need to leave your wife. You do not need to leave your child.
For now, you only need to raise your consciousness. In the future, detachment will happen on its own if it is meant to happen.
If your karma is bound to be with your wife and child, you will physically take care of them. Freedom does not mean becoming a saint, baba, hermit, or wearing a costume of spirituality.
Stop the nonsense of unnecessary interaction with people. You need only one person: the guru who can dissolve your ignorance.
The Energetic and Intellectual Path
There are many paths toward freedom. My path is energetic and intellectual.
I teach you, empower you, educate you, and dissolve what is wrong in you. Whatever is right comes back to you naturally.
As consciousness rises, Viveka rises. Discrimination rises. You begin seeing what is true, what is untrue, what is right, and what is wrong.
This is what I infuse in you through my power.
Surrender Makes the Transmission Work
Whenever someone comes to me, it is through destiny. You have done spiritual practices in past lives to manifest the guru in this life.
If you recognize this and surrender to the guru, something can be done. But if resistance comes and you want to remain who you are, my power will not work on you.
A teacher cannot teach someone who remains a backbencher in life. The student must be responsible for learning.
When you receive this understanding, that itself becomes energy transmission.
Drop the Burden From the Shoulders
Close your eyes and drop your shoulders completely. Shake the shoulders gently as if you are dropping all childhood burden and egoic weight toward the ground.
Move your hands, shake them, and let the body feel that the burden is leaving. Do it intentionally.
Place your hands on the thighs and remain relaxed. Keep the eyes closed and observe the breath.
This simple movement begins telling the body that the egoic hold can be released.
Removing the Spiritual Garbage
I am removing the blockages from your head that you have accumulated over the last two to three years. Much of this has come from fear about the unknown Kundalini journey.
Ego cannot free you. Ego only collects information, creates confusion, and makes you feel like one among many.
You are not one among many. You are born for a specific purpose, even if that purpose is still unknown to you.
I have the power to take you to the state where you discover your life purpose yourself.
I Do Not Give the Fish
From my reading, I know your life purpose. But I will not simply tell it to you because I am a guru who does not give the fish.
I teach you how to catch the fish. My teachings are designed to make you discover yourself.
The bigger purpose of the soul is to free you from lower energies, negative energies, Maya, and the illusionary field of the universe.
At the center, you are pure. At the center, you are conscious. At the center, you are the witness of everything.
The Shiva in You Must Rise
Being born in a male body comes with responsibility. The Shiva in you must be empowered.
Right now, Shiva is in a disempowered state because you have become mostly ego. Only here and there, one percent of consciousness is working in you.
Through my powers and through Kundalini movement, you will discover that you are much more powerful than you are right now.
You have to discover that potential through a real process of transformation.
The Lost Masculine Energy
Over the last twenty to thirty years, you have lost the masculine energy you had as a young man. As a child and young man, you were sharper, more energetic, more youthful, and purer.
Slowly, you gave your attention to the matrix. You began doing everything other people asked you to do.
In this journey, you became like a donkey with no free will and no confidence to do anything on your own.
At work, at home, with the child, with parents, and in society, you began doing what others expected. You became a sheep in the herd.
From Sheep to Lion
You are no longer the lion if you keep living as the herd wants. The matrix does not want lions because the lion is the king of the jungle.
The matrix is designed to create sheep that can be monitored, controlled, and fed with desires.
Transformation requires patience, hard work, effort, and the decision to change destiny. Destiny has been created through past deeds, but the future can be created through effort now.
The effort is to become free from addictions, including the addiction to knowledge, talking, thinking, and matrix identity.
Enough Is Enough
If even one percent of consciousness has awakened in you, you will know that enough is enough. You are wasting your life.
If this life is gone, you lose the opportunity to be free. If you lose this opportunity, another birth will come, and the same mistakes may repeat.
This cycle of birth and death has continued for millions of years. Kundalini wants to break that loop.
When you understand this, you realize that you know nothing about life. True energy is universal.
You Are the Quantum
We are in the quantum. As consciousness, you are the quantum.
In the quantum, all possibilities exist. From the formless, form takes birth to fulfill a purpose.
I have the power to take you to the quantum, to consciousness. But it is a continuous process of shedding what you are not.
Physical purification, energetic purification, pranic purification, and neural pathway transformation are required.
Reverse the Matrix Man
You have learned to become a man of the matrix. That is your neural pathway.
To become pure consciousness, to become childlike, and to become innocent again, a reversal process is required.
This is not easy because blockages will come from your egoic identity as the matrix man.
Still, the process is possible if you surrender, practice, and stop collecting spiritual garbage.
The Light in the Third Eye
As Kundalini moves toward the center, you may see a flash of light in the third eye. This happens because Kundalini has reached the center.
This is a glimpse of what you are in this moment. If you observe deeply, there is no thought.
There is pure light, blankness, stillness, and no fear. The brain feels safe.
For the first time in many years, confidence returns. You feel that you can put in effort.
Begin With the Body
The first effort is simple. Start walking in nature for two to three hours.
Start focusing on your health. Begin with the body because the body is accessible to you right now.
Make your body healthy. If going to the gym works for you, join a gym and focus on becoming healthy first.
If you do not want to go to the gym, then take responsibility for exercise, sleep, movement, and health on your own.
Become Healthy Before Spiritual Complexity
Remove all spiritual garbage you have collected over the years. Go back to who you were before Kundalini confusion began.
From there, start the journey of becoming a healthy man. First become a healthy body.
When the body becomes healthy, Kundalini will progress on her own. Consciousness will begin entering your life.
You can become a younger version of yourself if you focus seriously for one year on health.
Your Ojas Must Return
Right now, your energy field feels like that of an older, dull, stale man. This is not about the beard or appearance.
It is because your ojas is low. You do not feel sexual, energetic, youthful, or fully healthy.
If you focus one year of your life on becoming healthy, much of Kundalini will progress naturally.
You will see that many other ideas were illusions created to keep you like a donkey or sheep in the matrix.
Choose a Conscious Natural Life
The present world floods you with information. Your brain is overloaded and hangs by the end of the day.
Twenty or thirty years ago, life had more groundedness. Today, social media and artificial intelligence make grounding even harder.
You have to choose your own path. Choose a conscious life, a healthy life, a natural life, with the least unnecessary interaction with the outside world.
Go back to the simplicity of older days, when communication was limited and attention was preserved.
Bring Attention Back to the Center
Kundalini needs a lot of attention because where attention goes, energy flows. If attention is distracted, energy is distracted.
You must bring all attention back to the center for Kundalini to progress and free you.
If you progress through the guru, freedom can happen in the next two years. If not, only the universe knows whether you will be free or not.
There is much consciousness work that needs to be done on you, and effort is your responsibility.
After the Transmission
After the session, do not open your eyes immediately. Lie down on the bed and remain in the state for some time until the body naturally wants to get up.
For three days, introspect on what you want for yourself. Let the answers come from within you.
If the session works for you, book another session for deeper energy transmission. After a few sessions, you will know in which direction you need to move.
I want the answers to evolve from you. You must discover what your soul wants.
The Matrix Has Nothing Left
There is nothing left in the matrix except satisfying unlimited desires. The matrix gives you work, money, marriage, children, consumption, and exhaustion.
By forty, many people become old, stale, addicted, and depleted in ojas. The matrix itself is the biggest addiction.
Mind is the biggest addiction. Mind is the biggest matrix.
Until you put in effort, this game never ends.
Destiny and Effort
Fifty percent of destiny plays a role in the life you are living now. But fifty percent is effort.
You have forgotten effort because you distributed your attention to satisfy the benefits of the matrix.
If you do not want the drawbacks of the matrix, you must also leave the benefits of the matrix.
At thirty-eight or forty, as a man, the question is simple: what is your purpose?
The Matrix Cannot Give Purpose
Your inner GPS is guiding you again and again: find your purpose. But the matrix cannot give you your purpose.
The matrix is an unconscious video game. You are a part of that game until you come out and ask why you were born.
As a human being, you are the highest creation of the universe with the highest quality brain.
If you do not work on your brain and nervous system, nobody can change your life.
Conscious Management of Kundalini

The core teaching is that the matrix man must become conscious man. Kundalini will not free you while your attention is scattered, your body is unhealthy, your ego is strong, and your mind is addicted to knowledge and desire.
You must purify, walk, regain health, preserve attention, surrender to the guru, and stop hiding behind spiritual information.
The unknown divine is not dangerous. It is the doorway to freedom.
When Kundalini reaches the center, light appears, fear dissolves, and the Shiva within begins to awaken.
