The Second Chance – Choosing to Live Life Now

Background

This discourse was delivered by Siddha Guru Sanju during a spontaneous reflection at an airport. Surrounded by travelers, movement, and the pulse of life itself, she transformed a mundane waiting moment into a profound teaching on living fully. Speaking amidst the crowd, she guided listeners to feel life through breath, gratitude, simplicity, and awareness. Every gesture and pause became part of a living meditation. This discourse invites readers to awaken from the slumber of mind, to break through egoic resistance, and to embrace life as it unfolds — not as a concept but as an immediate, breathing reality.

The Discourse

If life gives you a second chance, what will you do? What is your choice of life?

Life is here — always giving you a chance. The universe is giving you a chance again and again, every single day. You go to sleep, you wake up, and every morning you are given a new opportunity to live. But what are you doing with that chance? Are you truly taking it? Are you willing to do something meaningful?

No one ever taught you how to live. And neither have you shown any real interest in learning how to live. You are only interested in the mind — in the games the mind plays. You are interested in cheating others, being jealous of others, never realizing that your own life force is calling you to live the life you deserve.

Every time life knocks, asking you to wake up, you reject it. And a day will come when life will reject you. Then there will be no new chance, no new morning. There is enough of everything in existence — enough opportunities, enough energy, enough grace. Yet you suffer, because you do not live.

Life is given to you to be lived now. If you do not live this moment, it is gone forever. There is no manual on how to live. No one will teach you how to breathe. No one can teach you how to feel life. You have to feel it from your heart — right here, right now.

Begin by feeling gratitude. Feel how real life is. Feel how vibrant, how pranic, how beautiful this very breath is. Be grateful that this message has come to you. Be grateful that I am writing these words for you to awaken. Be grateful that you can still breathe, see, and feel.

This is abundance. The true abundance of life is not in possessions, but in your ability to feel. Feel it right now. What are you waiting for? Which birth are you waiting to take to finally start living? This one is enough.

Get out of your home. Get out of your closed doors. Step outside. Use your legs. Feel your body. Sit down simply as I sit — cross-legged, relaxed, open to existence. If you can sit like this, if you can breathe like this, you will be transformed.

Let your body be loose. Relax your shoulders. Release all the tension in your muscles. Lie down if you wish. Close your eyes. Take a deep mouth exhalation — haaa — and let go. Press your feet into the ground. Hold them with your hands. Feel your toes. Wiggle them. Exhale again. Feel how the breath releases what was trapped inside.

This trapped energy within you creates heaviness, illness, and emotional storms. Release it by tapping gently on your body, by sitting comfortably and letting yourself be.

To break your ego, let me tell you this — I am doing this at an airport. Amidst people, lights, announcements, and movement, I am sitting here, breathing, and relaxing. If I can do it and you cannot, it is because your ego is stopping you. Your ego is what keeps you from living life.

I do not have identification with anything. I am comfortable with myself. I do not care about appearances or judgments. I am free.

You, however, are waiting for something big to happen — some grand event that your mind and ego have defined as “success.” But that big event will never happen. Not in this life, nor in any other, because life does not wait for the mind’s drama. Life happens now.

Stop giving attention to your mind and start living. If you want to win, you must win now — or never.

This is life, and I am living it right now. The noise around me is the matrix. The rush, the chaos, the comparison — that is the matrix.

It is extremely difficult to be simple. Simplicity comes with a cost. The cost is that you must become nothing. Be nothing. Be like this breath — free, flowing, and humble.

If you connect to this energy, you will be transformed. You will feel a movement in your spine, a living current rising within you, telling you to stop wasting your life. Get out. Live. Eat what you love. Sleep deeply. Have fun. Enjoy the sun and the earth.

Now I am enjoying barefoot walking — feeling the ground beneath my feet, the coolness of the floor, the raw touch of the earth. It’s so alive. So simple.

When you carry heavy downloads of energy — thoughts, ambitions, expectations — grounding becomes difficult. The only way to ground is through simplicity.

In front of you, I show that it is possible. Only when you are not identified with any character or imagination can you live freely. There is no end to the rush of the world, but you can step out of it.

I am free. I have all the time in the world to invest in myself, to live, to experience, to feel. It depends entirely on your choice. I have chosen life — that is why I am alive. You, however, are trapped in your mind, in pain, wishing, “I wish I could have lived that life.”

Nobody is watching you. Look around — nobody cares what you do. It is all in your head that people are judging you. Nobody has time or energy to think about you. They are all thinking about themselves. So live freely.

Wherever you are, you can begin walking. You can breathe out — long, deep mouth exhalations — as you walk. This one technique, when done with awareness in nature, will heal you completely.

Let me share a small moment. It was late at night at the airport. My flight was due soon. I went to the washroom and saw a cleaner, dozing off from exhaustion. I offered her a small chocolate cake — a gift. The sweetness lifted her energy; she smiled. I smiled back. That simple exchange filled me with joy.

Such surprises awaken life in others — and the universe will, in turn, surprise you. The universe doesn’t always give you what you want, but it always gives you what you deserve.

So first, become deserving. Live life. Feel life. Then you will see the magic unfold. In my life, magic happens every moment. Everywhere I travel, experiences blossom like flowers.

Now my flight time is near. I will leave from here, but remember this moment — these words are given to you in real time, to make you live in real time.

Keep your attention within yourself, and you will discover your power.

After every journey, there comes a destination — but for me, the destination never ends. My journey continues endlessly because I will never stop living life.

This is the secret — life continues for those who keep living it.

Feel the beauty of nature, the abundance around you, and the life flowing through you.

Now go — live it.

Bye-bye. See you soon in life itself.
