You Exist Others Adjust – Secret to be the Phoenix

Garry sat across from me on the WhatsApp video call, his energy flickering between hope and hesitation. I could see it—not just in his eyes, but in the aura surrounding him. His frequency was shifting, but the weight of doubt and conditioning still clung to him, holding him back from fully stepping into his power.

“Guru Sanju,” he began, his voice laced with uncertainty. “The more I evolve, the more resistance I face. My family, my friends—they don’t understand me. They mock me. It feels like every time I try to rise, something pulls me back down.”

I smiled gently, sensing the perfect moment to realign his energy. “Garry, when you raise your frequency, you stop matching the vibrations of the people around you. It’s not that they don’t care about you—it’s that they don’t recognize the new you. And that makes them uncomfortable. Their resistance isn’t about you; it’s about their own fear of change.”

He nodded, absorbing my words. “So, I’m outgrowing them?”

“Yes, and that’s natural. Think of yourself as a phoenix. The old you must burn away to make space for the new. And when you rise, you no longer belong to the ground. Your flight is at a higher elevation, among the eagles—not among the crows. People who operate in lower frequencies will not celebrate your rise; they will try to pull you back down because your ascension exposes their unwillingness to change.”

Garry exhaled sharply, his frustration evident. “But why do they feel the need to bring me down? Why can’t they just let me be?”

I held his gaze, feeling the energetic entanglements that were still keeping him tied to old cycles. With intention, I began shifting his energy, dissolving the cords of guilt and external validation that bound him. “Because your transformation shines a light on their darkness. They see in you what they have refused to become. It is not you they resent—it is their own inaction, their own complacency.”

He looked away, lost in thought. “So what should I do? Should I just cut them off? Walk away from everything?”

“Not necessarily,” I said. “But you must master the art of detachment. If you continue to lower your frequency just to fit in, you will betray your own evolution. Instead, you must stand in your truth, unwavering. You must radiate so brightly that those who are meant to evolve will be drawn to your light, and those who cannot handle it will naturally fall away.”

Garry ran a hand through his hair, his frustration beginning to shift into contemplation. “But what about the guilt? The part of me that feels like I’m abandoning them?”

I softened my voice. “Garry, would you blame a lion for no longer walking among sheep? Would you tell an eagle to clip its own wings so the crows don’t feel inferior? No. Nature does not apologize for its design, and neither should you. Your purpose is not to dim your light to make others comfortable. Your purpose is to exist in your highest frequency and allow those who are ready to rise with you.”

His energy wavered, and I felt another layer of resistance surfacing. He was holding on to an old identity that no longer served him. I closed my eyes for a moment, summoning the power to help him release it. The energy in the space between us shifted, his aura crackling with new possibilities.

He sat back, exhaling deeply. “This makes so much sense. It feels like I’ve been trying to hold onto something that isn’t meant for me anymore.”

I nodded. “And that’s the lesson of the phoenix. The old self must be dismantled. You cannot carry everything and everyone with you as you ascend. This is the secret to true transformation—letting go of resistance and surrendering to your own expansion.”

His shoulders relaxed, and I knew he was beginning to accept it. But there was still one final thread to clear. I focused my intention, channeling a stream of energy to recalibrate his frequency. He shivered slightly, his eyes widening as he felt the shift.

“What was that?” he whispered.

I smiled. “You felt it, didn’t you? The release?”

He nodded slowly. “I feel… lighter. Like something heavy just lifted off me.”

“That was the energetic weight of your past self. It no longer belongs to you.”

A slow smile spread across his face. The shift was complete. His frequency had recalibrated. He had been given the key; now it was his choice whether to use it.

I placed my hand on my heart. “You exist, Garry. And others? They will adjust. Or they won’t. But that is not your concern. Your only responsibility is to keep rising.”

He met my gaze, his energy stronger, more certain. “Thank you, Guru Sanju. I understand now. It’s time for me to rise.”

I smiled. “Yes, Garry. Rise. The universe is waiting for you.”
