How to Stay Powerful After Kundalini Awakening

Background

In this discourse, Guru Sanju reveals the power of consciously creating life from the center of consciousness. She teaches that true power does not come from personality, mental force, or external control. Power comes from the center, and the center is consciousness itself.

Speaking from the powerful energy vortex of Phewa Lake in Pokhara, she explains how the quality of nature, sunlight, blue sky, mountains, still water, and high-quality air support deep physical energy transmission. Her student, who has come from Singapore after completing the Freedom Project, enters a deeper stage of real freedom through the Physical Project in the presence of the guru.

The discourse shows how consciousness moves from Guru Sanju to the student, from the student to a dog, and then through the dog as protective, responsive energy. This living example becomes a direct demonstration of how power, healing, receptivity, and consciousness are transferred through an energized field.

At its core, this teaching is about remaining powerful after awakening. Guru Sanju explains how pure consciousness is accessed, how Kundalini moves through the energy channels, how external breath hold opens the system, and how repeated practice stabilizes a human being at the center.

The Power of Consciously Creating Life

Power comes from your center. Power comes from your consciousness. If you are conscious, you are powerful. If you are not conscious, you are not powerful.

This is the foundation of consciously creating your life. You cannot create your life powerfully from the mind. You cannot create it from fear, distraction, or unconscious patterns. You create it from the center of consciousness.

When you are connected to your center, energy flows differently. Your presence changes. Your ability to create changes. Your life begins responding to consciousness rather than to confusion.

The Energy Vortex of Pokhara

I am in Pokhara, where the air quality is high and the sun is shining brightly. The blue sky is open above, the mountains stand in stillness, and Phewa Lake carries a deep silence. This place is filled with powerful energy.

This is an energy vortex where I conduct my physical sessions with students who have completed the Freedom Project. The stillness of the lake, the brightness of the sun, the mountains, and the quality of the air all support the transformation that happens here.

My student has come from Singapore, and this project is for real freedom. Real freedom can happen only in the presence of the guru. The physical energy transmission sessions have brought her to the point where she can experience the shift directly.

Today she experienced freedom. She experienced the shift from being a coward, from being part of the herd, into becoming a lion.

From Herd to Lion

The shift from herd to lion is not a mental idea. It is an energetic shift. It happens when the student receives the power, becomes energized, and begins feeling the change inside the body and consciousness.

I energized her with my energy, and she could feel it. Once she received that energy, even the dog could feel the shift. The dog could sense the consciousness that had been transferred from me to her.

This is how energy works. It does not remain limited to words. It is sensed by living beings. When consciousness is transferred into a student, another organism can receive that energy through the student.

The dog became receptive because the energy was real.

The Dog Responding to Consciousness

My student began healing the dog because she had been energized by me. She was carrying a higher level of consciousness transferred from me to her. That transfer was sensed by the dog.

The dog responded to her like it was responding to a familiar field. It allowed healing. It received the touch. It wanted more of that energy.

Can you touch a strange dog like this? Can you heal a dog like this if the dog does not know you? Normally, no. But when healing energy is present, receptivity happens.

When the dog came into an open posture, it showed surrender to the energy. It was not resisting. It was receiving. The body of the dog showed that the energy had entered and that it wanted to go deeper into the experience.

The Process of Healing

All this is possible if you know the process of healing. Healing does not happen through force. Healing happens when consciousness moves through the field and the organism becomes receptive.

The dog stayed for a long time because it was receiving. When the healing was over, it moved away and found its own place to sit. This is how organisms respond naturally when their process is complete.

They know when to receive. They know when to move away. They know when the energy has entered enough.

This is the intelligence of life. Consciousness can be sensed by animals because animals are not as mentally complicated as human beings.

How to Remain Powerful

The power that comes to you is the power of consciousness. The question is how to remain powerful. How do you remain in this state for as long as possible?

If you want to remain powerful, you have to learn the technique of remaining conscious. Remaining conscious is not automatic. You have to do many practices to stay in the state of consciousness.

The first requirement is purification. You have to purify your channels. Without purified channels, Kundalini cannot move properly toward the center of consciousness.

Power remains with you only when consciousness remains active in you. Otherwise, you fall back into the mind.

The Three Energy Channels

You have three major energy channels through which Kundalini flows. These channels guide the movement of energy toward the center of consciousness.

The prime energy channel is the Sushumna Nadi. In the physical body, Sushumna Nadi can be related to the central channel of deep nervous system integration. This is the path through which Kundalini rises toward the center.

The other two channels are Ida Nadi and Pingala Nadi. Ida Nadi is the channel through which Kundalini flows in a cooling direction. Pingala Nadi is the channel through which Kundalini flows in a heating direction.

When Kundalini flows through Pingala, the quality becomes hot. When Kundalini flows through Ida, the quality becomes cool. Without activating Ida and Pingala, you cannot activate Sushumna.

Activating Sushumna

All the techniques that I teach are meant to activate Sushumna and help you remain in that state. Sushumna is essential because Kundalini must move through the central channel to reach the center of consciousness.

If the channels are blocked, consciousness cannot stabilize. If the energy is moving only through cooling or heating directions, the system does not become centered. The energy has to enter Sushumna.

The external breath hold technique is one of the techniques I teach for this purpose. It opens the energy channels and helps Kundalini move into the central pathway.

This is not casual breathing. This is powerful energetic work.

Preparing for the External Breath Hold

Before practicing, first notice your state. Become aware of how you are feeling before entering the technique. This awareness is necessary because transformation can be recognized only when you know the state from which you are beginning.

Let yourself observe the stillness around you. Feel the stillness of the lake, the mountains, the sky, and the natural space. The same stillness will come to you when you begin radiating with the same energy.

First, do a few rounds of mouth exhalation. Exhale through the mouth with full intention. Let the breath empty slowly, deeply, and completely.

The purpose is purification. You are flushing away toxicity from the body and energy field.

Flushing Out Toxicity

As you exhale through the mouth, feel that all toxic gases from the belly are going out of your system. Let the belly move inward as the breath empties. Continue until you feel lighter and lighter.

Do not exhale casually. Exhale to the highest extent possible. Let the body release what it has been holding.

When the exhalation is complete, hold the breath. Keep the breath held until the urge to breathe rises to the highest extent. This means you hold until you feel you cannot hold any longer.

At that point, release the hands and let the body inhale and exhale on its own. Do not force the inhalation. Let the body take over naturally.

The Power of the External Breath Hold

This is the external breath hold technique. It is extremely powerful for opening the energy channels.

When you do it ten times or twenty-one times continuously, you can reach a state of pure consciousness. But it must be done with intention, attention, and presence. It must be done without disturbance.

This technique must be learned in my presence and under the guidance that I give. When practiced in the right way, it can take you toward the center.

Before doing this practice, you are in a certain state of mind or consciousness. After doing it, you can directly see how your state changes.

Accessing Pure Consciousness

Getting access to pure consciousness is the first step. This is the self-realization state.

Self-realization means that you touch the center and experience yourself beyond the mind. You know consciousness not as a concept but as a living state.

But once you are in the state of pure consciousness, the next step is more important. You must learn how to remain there.

How do you remain powerful as consciousness? You return to the center again and again.

The First Step of Remaining Powerful

To remain powerful, you first have to receive my powerful energy transmission directly in the Physical Project when you are eligible and when your time has come.

Through my clairvoyant powers, I come to know when the time has come. At that time, I call my students for the Physical Project.

After you are physically energized by me, I free you and take your Kundalini to the center. I have the power to move your Kundalini.

I move Kundalini by clearing blockages, purifying you, transforming you in the process, and cleansing your system.

Kundalini Meeting Consciousness

Kundalini meets consciousness at the crown chakra. In that moment, in one way, you are free. In one way, you are enlightened.

But you will not remain enlightened unless you do what I guide you to do. You must practice what I energize you to practice.

The techniques must be energized by me, the guru. These techniques work best when I teach them directly and when they are practiced in the way I have guided.

Energy is not transferred through mere information. It is transferred through the living field of the guru.

The Second Stage of Stabilization

After the first stage is over, you have to practice the techniques again and again. I am teaching my student one technique to go to the center at will.

With practice, this may need to be done one hundred times, one thousand times, or one lakh times. I will guide her according to what is required.

A stage will come when she will remain at the center. Again and again, she will experience the consciousness that she is.

This stage is extremely powerful when it is done under my guidance and in the method I have taught.

The Time Required for Self-Stabilization

The stage of self-stabilization can take years. Remaining powerful is not a one-day event.

In my student’s case, it will take at least five years to come to the consciousness level, remain there, and remain energized. For another person, the time may vary.

Sometimes it may take more time. Sometimes it may take ten years or more. The journey depends on the person, the system, the blocks, the practices, and the level of commitment.

Self-stabilization means that consciousness becomes your natural state, not just a temporary experience.

The Dog as a Guard of Energy

Something happened in the background while my student was doing the sadhana. The dog started barking.

Why was it barking? Because my student was practicing there, and one person was looking at her. The dog did not want that person to disturb her.

This is the power of my energy work on any organism. When I energize a person, even the dog can take my powerful energy and become powerful too.

If a dog can become energized and sense the negative or disturbing energy of a person, then imagine what can happen to a human organism that has been energized by me.

I Create Powerful Beings

I create powerful beings. I bring transformation. This is my special power.

My power is to transform you into a powerful individual. Without the power of consciousness, there is no power.

The dog behaved like a guard dog because it did not like that someone was disturbing the field. It wanted to chase that person away. It expressed through barking that the field should not be disturbed.

This is how consciousness protects itself. When an organism becomes energized, it begins sensing what belongs to the field and what does not.

The Mind That Steals Attention

The person in the background was continuously stealing attention unnecessarily. This is exactly what happens with the mind.

The mind keeps stealing attention in the background. It is always there, interfering, distracting, and pulling your consciousness away from the center.

Just as that person remained in the field and disturbed the energy, the mind remains in the background and disturbs your inner field.

That is why attention must be protected. Consciousness must be guarded. The field must remain clean.

Kundalini Moving Into Sushumna

After the practice, the student felt very quiet. The energy movement was very active.

This active movement means that the breath hold has worked. It means Kundalini has moved into Sushumna.

The experience of deep energy movement after the external breath hold is the movement of Kundalini directly into Sushumna. This is why the technique is powerful.

I will later give the protocol to follow, but the experience itself shows that the channel has opened and energy has begun moving.

Energy Moving From Guru to Student to Dog

I energized my student. Then she energized the dog. I energized the dog too, through the field.

The dog then had our consciousness. It became energized by the same field of energy that had moved from me to her and then into the dog.

While my student was doing sadhana, the dog recognized the disturbance in the environment. It started barking at the person who was stealing attention.

The dog became like a guard dog, sitting in the background and making sure that we remained in a good condition.

The Seductive Power of Consciousness

The power of consciousness is seductive energy. When you taste it, it is more powerful than orgasm in sexual activity.

When you experience the center, you want to return to it again and again. You feel the seduction of reaching the center. You begin to know that nothing else can replace this state.

Once you taste that inner orgasm of consciousness, you know that you do not want to leave it. You may leave the world, but you cannot leave the feeling of remaining powerful.

Remaining powerful means being in one hundred percent consciousness all the time.

The Beauty of the Conscious Field

As the practice comes to completion, the beauty of the place reveals itself again. The bird flies through the open sky. The lake remains still. The mountains hold their silence.

The energized dog continues to function in the field, demonstrating how consciousness moves through life. Everything becomes part of the teaching when you are aware.

The power of consciousness will remain with you if you practice what I guide. It will remain with you if you take the effort to stay powerful through conscious effort all the time.

Power is not accidental. Power is practiced. Power is stabilized. Power is consciousness returning to itself again and again.
