Background
Guru Sanju explains that every individual possesses an Inner GPS that naturally guides life when the mind becomes quiet and consciousness begins leading instead of habitual thinking. As awareness expands, hidden talents, creativity, purpose, and intuitive intelligence start expressing themselves naturally. Rather than forcing a career or copying others, she encourages the student to discover authentic expression through writing, observation, creativity, and continuous evolution.
In this discourse, she guides her student to strengthen the throat chakra through writing, reclaim authority from the thinking mind, cultivate creative expression, and gradually prepare for a purpose-driven life. Every activity becomes practical training—not to produce perfect work—but to evolve consciousness until authentic expression flows effortlessly.
Writing Is the Voice of Consciousness
Your recent writing is no longer coming from ordinary thought. It is emerging from much deeper within you. The purpose of this assignment was never to improve grammar or language but to connect you with your Inner GPS.
When writing flows effortlessly, it is no longer the thinking mind expressing itself. It is consciousness observing life and allowing those observations to become words. This is your first step toward authentic expression.
Continue writing exactly from that state. The moment you begin thinking excessively, the flow weakens. Your responsibility is simply to remain available so that consciousness can express itself through you.
Your Purpose May Express Through Writing
I see tremendous potential for writing becoming one of the major expressions of your life purpose.
Throughout history, enlightened beings, masters, and teachers have preserved wisdom through writing. Their experiences continue transforming lives because authentic expression carries living energy.
Your words should arise from your own transformation rather than borrowed knowledge. When someone searching for truth reads such writing, the energy itself reaches the reader.
Writing therefore becomes much more than communication. It becomes energetic transmission.
Organize the Flow Without Losing It
As your writing evolves, begin giving it a simple structure while preserving spontaneity.
- Write in the first-person perspective.
- Speak directly to one person rather than a crowd.
- Begin with an introduction that emotionally connects with the reader.
- Address one real-life problem at a time.
- Conclude with a practical learning or insight.
Imagine speaking to a single individual struggling with one challenge. That one person represents thousands of others facing the same difficulty.
Do not generalize. Speak intimately, naturally, and personally.
Use Analogies, Examples, and Stories
Powerful writing communicates through experience rather than abstract philosophy.
Allow suitable analogies to emerge naturally from your consciousness. A flower, an animal, nature, science, or any ordinary object may become the perfect metaphor for explaining a deeper truth.
You may also include:
- Real-life examples.
- Personal observations.
- Case studies of people whose lives illustrate the teaching.
These examples should never be forced or copied. They must arise from your own understanding of life.
Practice Different Topics
This week, experiment with several different themes.
Select a different topic each day or remain with one topic if it continues unfolding naturally. The objective is not to produce a perfect article but to discover how your consciousness expresses itself through different subjects.
Each topic will reveal another dimension of your own evolution.
If the flow stops naturally, move to another subject without forcing completion.
Do Not Depend on Technology
At this stage, write directly from yourself rather than depending upon technology.
If you genuinely need help finding a specific word or refining language, use available tools only for that limited purpose. The ideas, insights, and observations themselves must always remain your own.
Technology may later assist in editing and publishing, but consciousness must always remain the source of creation.
Writing Opens the Throat Chakra
Your throat chakra opens through authentic expression.
Speaking is one pathway.
Writing is another.
As you continue expressing yourself honestly, accumulated emotional charge gradually dissolves. You become lighter because suppressed energy transforms into conscious communication.
You have already noticed that genuine solutions emerge while writing. This happens because the higher self already knows the answer. The thinking mind focuses upon problems, whereas consciousness naturally reveals solutions.
Reclaim the Power from the Mind
Imagine that your mind is a servant who has been managing your life for many years.
Gradually you begin reclaiming responsibility from that servant and returning it to the true owner—your consciousness.
Initially the owner appears inexperienced because the servant has handled everything for so long. With continued practice, however, consciousness naturally regains its confidence and intelligence.
In the same way, every writing session strengthens the owner while reducing unnecessary dependence upon the thinking mind.
Share Your Writing and Keep Improving
Once you complete a piece of writing, read it yourself first. If it genuinely helps you, it will likely help someone else as well.
You may then share it with people close to you, such as your daughters or your husband, and invite honest feedback. Listen carefully, write their suggestions down, and reflect on them. Accept what genuinely improves your expression and leave aside what does not resonate with your deeper understanding.
The purpose of feedback is refinement, not approval. Your authenticity must always remain greater than other people’s opinions.
You Are Becoming a Writer First
I know there is a writer within you. That is why I am beginning your journey with writing.
Later you may become a teacher, coach, or guide, but first you must learn to express yourself clearly. Writing develops clarity of thought, depth of perception, and confidence in your own consciousness.
The professional writing skills you already possess will support this journey, but this writing is fundamentally different. It does not come from professional communication. It comes from your lived experience, your observations, and your evolving consciousness.
Develop the Eye of a Creator
Your next practice is learning to observe life differently.
Whenever you notice something that deeply touches your awareness—a butterfly, a flower, a tree, light, rain, or any ordinary moment—capture it first through photographs.
Gradually begin recording short videos of those moments. Do not think about publishing them. The purpose is to train your attention to notice life more deeply.
Review your recordings at the end of the day, learn from them, and if they are not required, simply delete them. The practice is observation, not collection.
Videography Is Conscious Observation
As your awareness develops, you will naturally learn how to record, frame, edit, and eventually express your understanding through video.
Do not force this evolution. Allow it to grow gradually alongside your writing.
Writing and videography together become complementary ways of expressing the same consciousness. One communicates through words; the other communicates through observation.
Become Camera Friendly
I also want you to become comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
This is only training.
You are not creating YouTube videos or publishing content.
Place your phone horizontally, record yourself speaking for one or two sentences, and look directly into the camera lens instead of the screen. Afterwards, watch the recording and observe your presence.
Gradually increase the duration whenever speaking begins flowing naturally. Some days it may be one minute. Other days it may become five or ten minutes. Let the duration emerge naturally rather than forcing it.
Your confidence will grow through repetition.
Multiple Skills Create Freedom
I am preparing you to become a life coach with multiple skills rather than dependence on one profession.
Writing, observation, videography, communication, and authentic expression gradually combine into one integrated way of serving others.
The purpose is not merely earning money but creating meaningful impact through your own transformation.
When your expression comes directly from lived experience, it naturally reaches those who are searching for exactly that wisdom.
Build a New Career Gradually
Do not leave your present job impulsively.
Remain practical while your new direction develops naturally over the next few years. Continue earning, continue learning, and invest your income into your own evolution and new experiences.
Kundalini is guiding you toward greater freedom, but freedom must be built patiently rather than emotionally.
As your skills mature, dependence upon external employment gradually reduces, allowing your authentic work to emerge organically.
Explore the Unknown
Your next practical assignment is exploration.
Choose unfamiliar areas of your city that you have never explored before. Travel there by any convenient means, then spend one or two hours walking without hurry.
Observe everything with fresh eyes.
- Walk through unknown streets.
- Notice the environment.
- Eat or drink something there.
- Experience the place fully.
- Allow yourself to feel like a traveler discovering a new country.
Repeat this practice regularly over the coming weeks. Every unfamiliar environment expands your nervous system, strengthens confidence, and accelerates your evolution.
If practical, explore alone. Otherwise, take a family member and observe how each of you experiences the same place differently.
Evolution Happens Through Action
Every activity I assign builds upon the previous one.
Last week you learned to enter flow. This week you are learning structured expression, observation, creativity, and exploration. Each stage prepares you for the next.
Keep me informed every few days about your progress, your experiences, and your discoveries. As you evolve, I will continue raising the level of your assignments so your transformation remains progressive.
Tune into the Higher Frequency
The purpose of every practice is to help you tune into your Inner GPS and allow consciousness to lead your life instead of habit.
When you consistently take action, writing becomes expression, observation becomes wisdom, creativity becomes service, and your life gradually aligns with its true purpose.
Transformation does not happen by collecting knowledge. It happens by living it. Continue taking action, trust the process, and your evolution will unfold naturally and rapidly.
