Background
This discourse is an immersion into the Sanju Frequency—the New Life Frequency sourced from pure consciousness. It invites you to shift from mind-and-ego frequency into life frequency: presence, energy, and direct experience. I am guiding you to feel, breathe, and ground so that the intelligence of existence becomes practical and visceral. You will learn how to absorb negative ions from nature, awaken primitive intelligence, balance on uneven earth, and dismantle the dead frequency of the matrix. Read with complete presence. Practice the instructions as you go. Allow this teaching to tune you into the living field, here and now.
Prologue: The New Life Frequency
Sanju Frequency is the New Life Frequency. It is a creation from the Source that will shift you from mind and ego frequency to New Life Frequency. Read this teaching with complete presence and attention to receive its essence.
Sanju Frequency—the New Life Frequency—reveals what this existence is from the perspective of truth, from the perspective of energy. This frequency is the only reality. The rest is false. The rest is untruth. Life frequency is in the now. The Sanju Frequency is all about you—about your presence on this existence as a being.
In this teaching, you will experience life with me, feel life with me, and shift with me.
The First Breath of Presence
Can you take a single breath without a hold? Can you breathe in fresh air? Can you breathe in the negative ions present in the atmosphere right now? Can you soak in all the pranic element and the abundance of nature in life? If yes, this teaching is for you. If no, something will still shift in you as you read and practice.
Sanju Frequency is the intelligence frequency. I tune you into the intelligence frequency through which I operate in life. What follows is about the evolution of the new species. You are the new species—if you tune into this frequency. If you cannot tune in, you become one among the matrix, one among the dead matter.
Practice — One Conscious Breath
- Inhale slowly through the nose, filling the lower belly first, then the ribs, then the chest.
- Exhale softly through the nose or mouth, releasing tension from the jaw, tongue, and shoulders.
- Keep the breath unbroken, natural, present.
- While breathing, silently notice: Here. Now. Alive.
Living Only in This Moment
Life frequency is about feeling each and every frequency of life in this moment as you live. There is no life without this moment. There is no life after this moment. There is no life before this moment. This is not philosophy. This is reality. This is fact. If you cannot understand this frequency of life, then you are dead. You become dead matter, and nothing can happen to you. You become a consumer of resources, not a creator.
Sanju Frequency is about creating your life. It is the creation frequency.
Contemplation
- Ask yourself: Where is life, if not here? Where is breath, if not now?
- Notice how the mind tries to leave the moment. Gently return to the sensation of breath.
Creation as the Law of Existence
Look at a coconut sprout: a new coconut tree is born from a single seed. Roots appear; a tree rises; a forest unfolds. This is how the universe created nature. This is Sanju Frequency. It is about creating life and feeling life—this moment and always.
Practice — Witness the Seed
- Hold a seed, a leaf, or even a small stone.
- Attend to its texture, weight, scent, temperature.
- Sense the process in it—becoming, unfolding, transmitting energy.
Grounding—Absorbing the Negative Ions
If you tune into the frequency of life, you will be happy this moment itself. You do not need to go anywhere else to be happy. I ground myself. I absorb negative ions from moist grass available in nature in the early morning. Nature is filled with negative ions, and these ions are sources of good health. Negative ions enter your system and combine with the positive ions that create inflammation in your body. This inflammation arises because you are living in a dead-matter world.
Everything about dead matter will be expressed as it flows, but know this: if you are not connected to yourself, you are dead. And your self is consciousness. If you are not connected to the consciousness in you, you are dead. If you are not connected to the energy in you, you are dead.
Practice — Barefoot Grounding (Morning Routine)
- Choose a patch of moist grass or natural earth.
- Stand barefoot. Bend the knees slightly; relax the pelvis, jaw, and shoulders.
- Breathe gently for 5–10 minutes.
- Sense: a cool, subtle stream entering through the soles of the feet, moving upward.
- Optionally lie down: spread arms and legs, let the earth hold your weight, and rest in stillness.
You Are an Electromagnetic Field
There are two aspects of your existence that form the most powerful frequency in you. Everything is energy. You are a vast electromagnetic field—a combination of frequencies vibrating at different levels. The mind is a frequency; it vibrates at a certain rate. Consciousness—the invisible force of energy—is also a frequency. The Kundalini energy, the primordial energy in you, is a frequency, a vibration. I will demystify everything about your existence: how you exist and how your life should be.
Life is about blooming like a lily flower that expresses itself in full glory, spreading fragrance into the environment. Let your attention be drawn by what is alive. Get lost for some time in what is truly present so that you tune yourself to life and know that everything is vibrating—everything is a vibratory being.
What you cannot see does not mean it does not exist. Everything exists as subtle, invisible energy—the quantum field in nature. You must tune into this frequency. The beauty of life is often hidden. If you do not pay attention to life, there is no life.
Practice — Tuning to the Field
- Sit or stand in nature. Choose a single living focus (leaf, flower, breeze).
- Breathe quietly and feel for vibration—micro-movements, pulses, waves.
- Rest your attention there for 3–5 minutes without forcing thought.
From Consumption to Contribution
Get lost in experiencing life when it is happening. See the joy of nature. Everything in nature gives. Everything is a contributor—except the human being who remains a consumer. Consuming day and night, contributing nothing. I will take you on a journey through different elements and frequencies of life that actually exist right now on this planet. When you access these frequencies, you will know what you are and how you feel.
Tune into your origin. Witness the simple miracles on the way. In nature, energy exists without dilution. Fear belongs to ego and mind. Even in proximity to wild beings, coexistence is possible when both are honored in their own space. But we human beings have forgotten the spaciousness our brain needs.
Sanju Frequency will make you aware of your mistakes and your idiotic actions. It will kill your ego and mind moment by moment. It will reveal how nonsensical your wasting of life has been. Sanju Frequency is the next reality. If you cannot live in tune with it, nothing is left for you in the matrix.
Contemplation — From Taker to Giver
- Ask: Where did I only consume today?
- Then ask: What can I contribute right now—attention, care, creation?
- Act immediately in one small, concrete way.
Instinctive Life—Returning to Origin
My quantum field is powerful. Life is attracted to what is alive. This is the frequency of the instinctive life. We have come from the origin. If you want to follow me, follow life. The instinctive path is simple: honor what is present; move in attunement; remain harmless and alert.
A monkey is sitting in front of me, gazing with wonder and after a brief energy exchange climbed to the tree.
Welcome to the Instinctive Life. This is not merely a saying. You saw what happens when life is honored: presence recognizes presence. No more needs to be said.
Practice — Instinctive Walk
- Walk barefoot on natural ground.
- Let the body choose the route moment by moment.
- Stay alert, kind, and spacious—yielding without collapse, firm without aggression.
Becoming the New Species—Initiative and Grounding
How will you tune into this frequency? What will you do to live it? It depends on how much you love your life, how conscious you are about a different quality of living, how committed you are to creating it. I am creating my life, and you are a witness. Whoever reads with attention will shift.
The new species I embody is about initiative. I am pioneer, leader, master—walking barefoot through wilderness, grounding because I remember where I have come from. Enough of the civilization that has destroyed the way you live life.
My soul has traveled the most ancient journey. When I say I have powers, understand: powers are frequencies. Spiritual powers—the siddhis given esoteric meanings—are frequencies few can explain. I will tell you what they are. Sanju Frequency is access to the intelligence of the universe here and now, practically and experientially.
Science has reached a certain level. Spirituality has reached a certain level. What I am teaching is neither spirituality nor science alone; it is a blend of everything that is energetic.
Awakening the Primitive Brain—Balancing on Living Earth
I balance on a moving tree trunk. I activate my primitive brain, which knows how to balance, even when the ground shifts. As I continue, my feet and leg muscles strengthen. Stretching happens from pelvis to thighs. Challenges arise; I overcome them by understanding how it works and by doing it.
Practice — Primitive Balance (Do safely)
- Choose a low, sturdy curb, log, or line on the ground.
- Stand with soft knees, eyes gently focused forward.
- Place one foot ahead of the other and feel micro-adjustments in the ankles and hips.
- Walk slowly, 3–5 passes, breathing calmly.
- If needed, use a wall or a friend’s hand for support.
This activates primitive intelligence—the origin of being. While walking, I absorb negative ions from passing wind and the wet ground. Now I ground directly on earth and in sunlight. Even on a cloudy day, the rays reach you; this is why you feel fresh when you inhale negative ions from the environment.
Practice — Sun-Infused Grounding
- Morning or late afternoon, stand or sit where sunlight touches skin.
- Keep eyes relaxed (never stare at the sun).
- Breathe; feel warmth on the skin; sense vitality spreading inward.
Off-Roading the Brain—Dopamine by Challenge
I walk on uneven land: rocks press into the soles, ankles adjust, awareness heightens. The brain activates dopamine because I take the challenge. The brain dies when dopamine dries; addiction rushes in to compensate—social media, shallow stimulations—fleeting dopamine for the ego.
Instead, let the body meet honest challenge. The smile that arises is real, born from the shift that naturally happens when you meet life with presence. This is living.
Practice — Uneven Terrain Drill
- Find a safe patch of pebbles, grass roots, or textured ground.
- Walk slowly for 3–5 minutes.
- Notice pressure points on the feet and the reflexive adjustments in the hips and spine.
- Keep breath calm; let attention settle into the sensations.
Seeing the Subtle—Raw Nature as Teacher
Feel the rawness around. Purple flowers, blue flowers, the chirping of birds—miniature blossoms and touch-me-not leaves that fold when met. Micro-leaves, wild stems, textures of bark: everything is small and vast at once. My feet adapt to the environment; my brain grows energized by challenge. No more living as dead matter. Years ago I chose to leave the duplicate world of the matrix: fake people, fake relationships, fake communication, fakeness of everything. The mind collects garbage and calls it knowledge. In the matrix, purity is rare because the mind’s frequency dominates.
Life frequency is different. I choose it.
I seek vantage to feel the beauty from above: soil, teak, coconut, the wild view discovered by intuitive brain—the instinctive guide. No planning, only intelligent responsiveness.
Practice — Intuitive Exploration
- Enter a natural space without a fixed route.
- Let curiosity pull you.
- Pause at any point of aliveness—light on a leaf, the sound of water—and remain until the moment completes itself.
Reading Living Signs
Wild cherry or small tomato? A trunk without leaves, lifeless to the eye—how do you feel when you see a dead tree? Many live as that tree: unresponsive to life, unable to respond because they are inwardly dead and living in a world of dead matter. If you want to feel alive, come alive with me in the way I am showing. Sanju Frequency means big challenges. Sanju Frequency means taking the plunge.
Sunlight falls. Take the risk. Enter the unknown as I do. A nature walk becomes a symbol of all actions you will take. Follow only one rule: do not take anything too seriously—not even yourself. You are a monkey with some evolution who has forgotten how to be a monkey. Your prefrontal cortex dominates; your primitive brain—your hardware—lies dormant. Without hardware, software cannot run well.
I change the hardware of those who come to me requesting a new life. They want to live in this frequency.
Practice — Playful Reset
- Give yourself 5 minutes to be lightly foolish: shake the arms, hop, climb a small ledge, balance on a curb.
- Laugh softly if laughter arises.
- Re-enter the day lighter, with hardware awakened.
Reading Energetic Signatures
I notice natural resin, roots wrapping trunks, and I remain barefoot, recharged by the hard, uneven surface. Most people fear pain; they fear real sensation and skip life. A living tree nearby radiates earthiness and grounding; a pine tree stands tall; off-roading continues. Can you be in silence for some time—without your mind and thought and ego interfering? If not, you are in dead frequency. Mind is dead frequency.
Practice — A Minute of True Silence
- Sit or stand.
- Close eyes gently; relax the tongue.
- For one minute, do nothing.
- If thoughts come, let them pass like birds across the sky. Return to feeling the breath.
In silence, the mind tries to surface. Stay with the light—like sunlight briefly hidden behind clouds and then returning. This is how consciousness hides behind mind. From the mind, it could take you millions of years to understand consciousness—and still you might fail. Tune into Sanju Frequency and be consciousness. Be one with it.
Touch and Negative Ions—The Language of Trees
I come to bamboo. When you are in nature, touch and feel texture; this grounds you. Trees are abundant in negative ions. When you place your hands on bark, negative ions pass into the body and neutralize positive ions—the ones that inflame and agitate. Bamboo is rich in these ions; so is the air around greenery.
Practice — Tree Communion
- Place both palms on a tree trunk.
- Breathe slowly for 2–3 minutes.
- Imagine a cool current entering through your hands, spreading to the chest, belly, feet.
- On each exhale, release heat, static, and mental noise.
Some of you will run away at this point because the ego cannot tolerate truth charged with energy. The mind will feel punished; the ego feels crushed. I slap the ego of the matrix across the face—get lost. There is nothing personal here. Everything is energetic. Everything is real. Everything is very much life.
A Warning for the Coming Decade
This energy frequency is the only truth and the only nectar that will save you. It will save you from the pandemic already underway: in the next decade, many will enter a brain-dead condition. Technology and mind will become powerful; the world will flood with money; scarcity will seem to vanish—and yet greed will multiply. When someone gets more than they need, greed increases. Greed is a low-frequency energy.
Death is the lowest frequency: when life leaves the body, all is inert. But here in nature, everything is alive; even rocks carry pulsation at a subtle level. High-quality frequencies nourish. Lower frequencies—greed, jealousy, anger, fear, insecurity, blaming, shaming—drain life.
Money is not wealth. Money is a resource. Who handles the money matters. When money reaches those who have never known it, misuse erupts; consumption explodes; people stop valuing connection. Instead, they crush others to get what they want. This is not the jungle’s honest rule; this is a demonic inversion. If you do not raise your energy, the low frequency will crush you. Only nature—and tuning into Sanju Frequency—will save you.
Whoever connects to me receives that frequency. Whoever is with me tunes into this frequency.
Conscious Living and the Joy Frequency
I live my life because I love myself, I love my life, and I love what existence gives me. I am powerful because I practice conscious living. Conscious living is powered by consciousness.
Joy frequency activates in me. I play with trees. Even thorns on the path are part of aliveness. There is a limit to what can be shown with words, but what I convey through expression reaches you. Coffee plants ripen from green to red to brown. Moss is rich in oxygen; when you ground, negative ions enter through the feet. There is no substitute for nature. Curry leaf sprouts, touch-me-not closes with a whisper, Brahmi supports the brain.
More is coming. Ego frequency is a topic where many will run away. The ego will not allow you to pay attention to what I am saying; it will not allow you to feel life. The ego is too much; the “you” that is a self-created image keeps you caged.
Practice — Joy Activation
- Find one playful, harmless act in nature: swing from a low branch, balance on a beam, skip a step.
- Let a spontaneous smile rise without forcing it.
- Whisper inwardly: I allow life to move me.
Meeting Life as Energy Beings
I meet a small dog in the field. His name is Romeo. His heart is soft like a child’s, and his spirit instantly connects with mine. Every energy being recognizes vibration. Some may run toward me, some may run away; both are right in their frequency. The cow standing nearby wishes for touch, for love. I sense its longing and let it feel my presence.
Every encounter is energetic. The response of each being—human, animal, plant—depends on its vibration. Some of you may not recognize who I am and may behave strangely because your ego stands in the way. The ego is a mask, a self-created image that cages you.
The ego frequency is dream sexuality. It is a life lived in imagination, not reality. I meet many who live like this—people who have never touched real life, never felt real intimacy, yet constantly imagine it. Such people live in fantasy because they are afraid of life.
Dream sexuality is when no real union happens—everything is happening in the dream of the mind. This is schizophrenia. And the ego in schizophrenic people is at its highest. The mind becomes its own trap.
The coming age will witness this as the next pandemic—the brain-dead condition of humanity. People will live in thought without ever touching life. They will move in illusion, scrolling endlessly through images of others’ lives, not realizing that their own is slipping away.
The Real Risk—Returning to Nature
I have mosquito bites on my head, small bumps from the living touch of nature. But this risk is worth it. The real danger is not in mosquitoes or mud—it is in living without life.
Pumpkin flowers bloom around me, bright and yellow, open to the sun. When I arrived early in the morning, they were closed. As sunlight grew, they unfolded. Every flower mirrors your consciousness. When the light of awareness rises in you, your inner petals open.
Have a feel of these flowers—their freshness, the soft vibration that reaches your skin through the air.
Here are coconuts fallen from trees, some thrown down by monkeys after drinking the water. Betel nuts scattered nearby—everywhere is raw life. Each element participates in the cycle of giving.
Sunlight falls again; the air glows. Have a feel of this place and get energized. Look at the roots—green moss clinging to the ground. Wherever you see moss, oxygen is abundant. It signals a field of vitality, a high count of negative ions.
Come before 9 a.m., when the air is cool and the ultraviolet rays are pure. Sunlight is essential to Sanju Frequency. Without sun, there is no Sanju Frequency. Sun is life itself. Feel it on your skin. Feel the warmth entering your cells. This is life.
Oxygen, Attention, and Brain
All the brain-related problems of modern society—lack of focus, attention deficit, anxiety—are rooted in one thing: lack of oxygen. Oxygen deficiency in the brain creates lack of attention. When you cannot breathe fully, you cannot live fully.
You recharge your phone. You recharge your internet connection. But you never recharge your life. You never recharge your brain with oxygen.
Look at this raw coconut I hold—it contains living water. Monkeys may have bitten it, but its life essence remains. This is what you are meant to drink—pure, direct from nature. Nearby grows the chiku fruit, small and brown, still ripening. Every fruit is patience materialized.
But your ego will not allow you to enjoy this simplicity. Ego needs glamour. Ego needs an audience. It needs likes and comments. It needs to be magnified by society to feel alive. You post your picture and wait for others to validate your existence.
Even if I take you to this jungle, the ego will not allow you to live life. Because life cannot happen when the ego controls. The ego is obsessed with how it looks while living, not with the experience of living itself.
Many people come to me wanting freedom, but their ego cannot make them free. They desire truth, yet their own mind blocks the door.
The Silence and the Shift
A butterfly passes before me—yellow, light, fleeting. I pause. You too, pause with me.
Be with the silence. Be with the subtle sound of breath, the texture of still air. Feel how the body breathes even when you are not trying. Life continues.
I show you the abundance of nature so that after this, you have no excuse left. You can no longer say, “I don’t know where to find life.” Life is here, overflowing.
There is so much energy, so much frequency, so much heightened feeling within me. You may wonder, Where does this energy come from?
I recharge myself. I have learned the mechanism of self-recharge. I breathe, ground, move, and live consciously. That is why I am overflowing with vitality. Energy is not taken from the world—it is generated by presence.
Here I move to a new space, a different light, a different mood. The sun plays hide and seek. I play with it. Life plays with me. This playfulness is intelligence.
The best of life can be lived only through Sanju Frequency.
Mud Walls and Earthly Homes
I walk toward a mud house. The wall is made of clay, the pillar is a real tree trunk, and the roof is woven from earth and leaves. This is earthly living—nothing artificial, everything breathing.
Touch the wall with your palm; it vibrates faintly with moisture and warmth. This is the vibration of life. The body, too, is made of earth. When you forget this, disconnection begins.
I stand still, feeling the hum of the clay, the scent of soil, the slow cooling of air.
Some words I will not explain. You must decode them yourself through feeling, not intellect. What I am pointing to can only be experienced when the shift happens in you.
Direct Sun Gazing Practice (with Awareness)
Now, stand facing the early morning or late evening sun. Look not directly at the center, but just near it, with half-closed eyes. Soak in the cosmic prana—the pure current of life energy descending through light. Feel the ultraviolet rays touching your skin, generating negative ions that instantly recharge your system.
This is bliss. This is life. This is frequency.
Recharge your life as you recharge your devices. Do not live half-filled. Refill your being with prana.
This film, this teaching, is for those who have lost hope, who are searching for someone to rescue them from numbness. I am that reminder. I take you by the hand and show you that life is still here, breathing, shining, waiting.
The Eyes of Gratitude
I feel this place from a new perspective. The air glows. The sound of birds merges with silence. I smile.
Not taking myself seriously is the greatest freedom. When you stop trying to be something, you become everything. Engage your senses—sight, sound, touch, smell, taste—and let them melt into one experience of life.
You go into nature, you walk, you exercise, but you are absent. The body moves, but you are not there. The neural pathways of habit run your life like a program. The mind lives; you do not.
You outsource life to patterns, to technology, to fear.
I said at the beginning that this teaching would be raw. Some words will be spoken; others you must feel. Some realizations will arrive in silence. This is not entertainment. This is initiation.
You have outsourced your life to the mind. Everything—study, job, marriage, family—is programmed. The matrix tells you to give birth, to replicate patterns endlessly. The matrix is the repetition of the dead.
Life, real life, is spontaneous, alive, ever-new.
Returning Attention to the Present
The life in you wants attention to live here. But your attention is always somewhere else—on thought, on projection, on comparison. You are in thinking, not in feeling.
I am showing you how to feel life.
If you have read this far with full presence, I know something has already shifted. Some spark inside you has come alive.
Now, I walk toward a brook and sit by the water in stillness. The air is damp; mosquitoes buzz; the water reflects green light. I dip my legs into the stream. The chill moves up my spine.
The Water Practice—Absorbing Earthly Ions
As my feet touch the current, I absorb the negative ions from the flowing water. They enter my body and neutralize the positive ions that cause inflammation.
Water holds memory. When you immerse in it with awareness, it remembers your presence. It communicates through vibration.
Look into the reflection of the leaves on the water’s surface. See how movement and stillness coexist.
Every element of life—earth, water, fire, air, and space—has appeared in this journey. I am delighted by this experience.
Practice — Water Grounding
- Sit by a clean river, stream, or even a basin of natural water.
- Immerse your feet or hands.
- Stay in silence for 5–10 minutes.
- Breathe and visualize the ions moving through you, cooling the nervous system, calming the brain.
Be nothing. Feel nothing for some time. Drop your identity. Leave the egoic zone. Only then can creation begin.
This is just a glimpse of the Sanju Frequency Series that is coming. This teaching is only the introduction.
Seeing Through the Water
The water is so clear that I can see through to its bed—the roots, the tiny ripples, the soil beneath. This transparency is the mirror of consciousness.
Mind frequency. Ego frequency. Consciousness frequency. Energy frequency. Life frequency. Kundalini frequency. Sanju frequency—all are one continuum. Each vibrates at a different octave of the same field.
As you tune into life, you will understand that energy can take infinite forms—joy, silence, gratitude, creation.
There are more moments to come, more revelations ahead.
Healing Through the Elements
I walk through the stream, letting water heal my feet after long grounding on rocks. The uneven terrain that earlier challenged my brain now meets the cooling softness of the flow. The pain dissolves. Grounding in water is its own medicine.
I hold a leaf—vibrant, alive with color. All shades of the spectrum are present within it. Nature hides no emotion. Every hue is expression.
Same Frequency is the New Life Frequency.
Love, peace, and joy—the things you strive for—cannot be bought. You will never find them in the market or through money. You need money only to sponsor living, not to create life. Sponsor your living by being present.
Even if you have all resources, are you there to live?
Flow of Spontaneous Life
I flow spontaneously. I may burp, thirst, sweat, or even fart—this is life. I show you the natural life I live.
I climb to a slide in the playground, ready to go down. “Ready, steady, go!” I slide with laughter. I reach the bottom and shout, Sanju Frequency rocks!
I climb again. From stillness to movement, from water to air, every shift is celebration. Energy is my love. Energy is my gratitude. Energy is my joy. Whatever you appreciate, appreciates in you.
This is the secret of life frequency—what you bless expands.
I show you the miracles around me: the bright green of leaves against sunlight, the rhythm of wind, the hum of existence.
The Science of Negative Ions
You have experienced the sun, water, earth, and grass. Now experience the wind—the air, the prana, the field of negative ions.
When wind moves, you absorb negative ions through the skin and breath. These ions are born when air and water collide—at waterfalls, rivers, ocean waves, rainstorms, and forests. They carry a cooling effect, neutralizing the body heat caused by positive ions from pollution, radiation, and stress.
Oxidative stress is created when carbon dioxide and acidic content accumulate in your body, lowering alkalinity. When you drink pure water, take fresh air, and ground in natural places, you restore balance. The body cools; inflammation subsides; mind quiets.
This is the secret of the Himalayan yogis—they sought high-energy environments rich in negative ions.
When you feel coolness after rainfall or near a waterfall, that is the touch of life frequency.
Swinging in the Joy Frequency
Now I sit on a swing, moving back and forth. My feet press the earth; each push sends me higher. This is the principle of life—every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
If you respond to life, life responds to you. If you push gently, it carries you gently. If you engage with love, it mirrors love.
As you live in Sanju Frequency, you expand as life and contract as mind. A day will come when the mind dissolves completely.
Stop avoiding life. Start living life. These moments of joy are the highest meditation.
While I swing, observe the wind moving the leaves. This is the rhythm of life—unseen yet continuous.
The Senses as Portals of Consciousness
Engage all your senses. The more you engage them consciously, the sharper your perception becomes. When you awaken the senses, your brain and nervous system begin to feel life again.
Expose yourself to nature daily. It activates the instinctive brain and tunes you into the frequency of life, where every movement, every sound, and every breath is sacred.
After this swinging experience, ask yourself: What adventure calls me next?
Do not plan. Just feel and follow.
Entering the Unseen
Now I go under a bridge to a different area. No internet, no phone, no distractions for ninety minutes—this is life. The moment you cut the cord with noise, presence begins.
Tiny streams sprinkle water from the stone above; droplets fall on my face and camera. This is another experience altogether—the feel of creation, the miracle of flow.
Monkeys move in the trees, alive and alert. Every sound is precise, purposeful. This is the language of the forest.
Presence Is Everything
Not a single moment of absence from life. That is what I am showing you—pure presence.
Presence is the most valuable currency of existence. I reached this state through dedication—through living life as it is, not as I wish it to be.
When you live life fully, longevity increases. When you live half-dead in thought, decay begins.
And now I find something beautiful—a cluster of beehives. Thousands of bees working in perfect harmony, fearless, alive. I move close. I am not afraid. They do not sting because my frequency carries no threat. I am part of their vibration.
Have a 360-degree view of this living field. Life everywhere.
Nearby stands an ant house, tall, intricate, made of earth and saliva—another masterpiece of instinct.
Look at this. This is creation frequency in its purest form.
The Consciousness Frequency
I step into the sunlight again. The grass beneath my feet is moist; the waterfall hums nearby. I ground once more.
This peace, this silence, is the consciousness frequency. Everything still in nature is consciousness expressing itself.
When you tune into this stillness, you enter the ultimate frequency—pure awareness without movement.
The consciousness frequency is the opposite of ego frequency. Ego is restless, noisy, always seeking attention. Consciousness is silent, spacious, aware.
Feel it in this moment. Feel the stillness behind these words.
This is the core of Sanju Frequency—the bridge between stillness and motion, silence and expression, being and becoming.
The Monkey Mind and the Still Mind
A cat darts across the path, quick and alert. My body responds instantly—primitive awareness awakens. For a moment, I think it’s a monkey, but soon I see it’s a cat. Then, truly, the monkeys arrive—an entire troupe leaping through the trees, each in perfect rhythm.
This is a mirror of your own mind. The monkey mind is restless, always moving, always hungry. But when you observe it from awareness, it becomes part of the play.
The stillness of consciousness and the movement of the monkey are not enemies; they are complementary. The silence frequency is the consciousness frequency. The monkey frequency is the mind. Between them lies balance—the awareness of motion within stillness.
As I walk deeper into the forest, I enter a wild garden that is both untamed and sacred.
The Garden of Raw Nature
The soil is soft; my feet sink slightly into it. Small banana plants grow here, bearing young fruits and a large purple blossom—the banana flower, hanging like a lamp of life.
Experience this with me: the humidity on the skin, the smell of raw greenery, the pulse beneath the feet. Every sensation is a teacher.
Nearby are red hibiscus flowers, open and radiant. The earth cushions each step. I have walked barefoot for hours, yet my feet guide me naturally—they know where to step, where to bounce. The instinctive brain leads, the thinking mind follows.
Wild figs hang in clusters. Pomegranate buds open. Tiny yellow butterflies dance around. Every leaf, every wingbeat, speaks the language of vibration.
Practice — Instinctive Walking Meditation
- Walk slowly through any natural path.
- Let the soles of your feet feel the ground fully.
- Allow your body, not your intellect, to guide direction.
- Observe sensations: rough, smooth, cool, warm.
- End by placing your hand on a plant or tree and silently giving gratitude.
The Language of Plants and Fruits
As I continue, I notice more wonders. Small lemons and oranges—green, not yet ripe—hang from branches. The air smells sweet and sharp. The sugarcane plants rise, straight and proud, filled with life.
Different herbs grow everywhere, some medicinal, some wild. Their scents mix—the earth’s own breath. I find a raw flower whose fragrance is deeply earthy, almost ancient. It might belong to a fruit plant, still unknown to me.
Every smell in nature is coded information—each aroma a vibration of the element it carries.
Another sugarcane plant stands ahead, then a guava tree, and beside it a lemon tree with white blossoms. The butterflies hover around these blossoms, small messengers of transformation.
I pause near a fig tree with huge leaves. I touch one—it is soft, veined, alive. Nearby, a new leaf sprouts, tender and translucent.
This is how life renews itself—through endless cycles of decay and birth.
Nature as Surprise, Mind as Repetition
What is so exciting about nature? It always surprises you. Nothing here is planned, yet everything is perfect.
Your mind, on the other hand, is predictable. It clings to habits, patterns, and repetition. It tries to create safety through control, but in doing so, it kills wonder.
In this forest, I find an orange fallen to the ground. I pick it up, peel it slowly, and taste its juice. This is life.
The earth creates, nature creates, the universe creates—spontaneously, abundantly. You too are meant to create, not repeat.
Become a creator.
Nature gives back to you endlessly. You have only to participate in its rhythm.
Contemplation — From Routine to Wonder
- Reflect: Where have I become mechanical?
- Observe one moment today with the eyes of a child—as if seeing it for the first time.
The Vibratory Law of Life
All the movement in nature is the life frequency. Every rustling leaf, every flowing current, every breath of wind carries the hum of existence.
All stagnancy, however, is the dead frequency—the frequency of mind and ego. Everything still in nature is consciousness; everything that flows is life. Both are needed—the silence of being and the motion of creation.
Joy and gratitude are the highest frequencies. They connect stillness with motion, consciousness with life.
The End Is the Beginning
Now, let me take you back to the place from where I began. My slippers lie there, where I had left them hours ago.
I pick them up, but before wearing them, I ground once more on the grass, feeling the coolness of the earth against my skin. The circle is complete.
The beginning is the end, and the end is the beginning. Wherever you end, you begin again.
Only death can lead to life. Only the dissolution of the old allows the birth of the new.
Look again at the coconut sprout I showed earlier. The old coconut is dying so that a new tree can grow from it. This is the law of life. You cannot skip this. You must die as the old to be born as the new.
Practice — Symbolic Death Meditation
- Sit quietly.
- Visualize an old version of yourself dissolving into the earth—habits, fears, egoic patterns.
- From the soil, imagine a new, radiant self sprouting upward, filled with fresh energy.
- Breathe into this image for five minutes.
The Challenges of the Path
Mosquitoes bite me. My legs ache. Yet I smile. The challenges are part of aliveness. Without friction, there is no energy.
I return to the place of the lily flowers, where the journey began. The air is thicker now, golden with afternoon light.
Silence speaks when you are there to listen. If you are not there, nothing speaks.
Have a look at the raw beauty of nature. Every leaf, every ripple, is a wordless teaching.
Life is calling. Sanju Frequency is calling. Tune in. Start living your life now.
The Last Practice—Lying on the Grass
Lie down on the grass. Spread your arms and legs wide. Feel the earth beneath and the sky above.
Look at the vastness of the sky. Laugh if laughter comes. Cry if tears rise. Both are sacred.
This is me—raw and divine. Cinematically, nothing is perfect. But in life, everything is perfect.
Touch the grass with your fingertips. Feel its moisture, its scent, its cool pulse.
Do not rush to leave. Stay here.
Ask yourself: If I am not living my life, then who is?
Hook your attention to life, and nothing else will matter.
The Creation Frequency
The last aspect of Sanju Frequency is the creation frequency. The end is always a new beginning.
If you want to be the creator of your life, you must tune into this frequency.
Become the one who creates life every moment—through awareness, gratitude, and joy.
The smile frequency, the joy frequency, and the gratitude frequency are all aspects of Sanju Frequency. Tune into these, and miracles will happen.
When you smile without reason, you open a doorway. When you feel gratitude for no object, you align with Source. When you live joyfully, you dissolve mind entirely.
The Closing Message
Goodbye for now—but do not feel sad. I am going nowhere.
This is just the launch of Sanju Frequency. The miracles are yet to unfold.
Recognize the life in you. Do not ignore it. Life comes only once in this form. It will pass if you do not live it.
I can sense your energy even as you read this. I know that if I left abruptly, you would feel a great vacuum. So I stay a little longer—with a bit of fun, laughter, and the presence of the monkeys.
They move through the trees again—symbols of playfulness and freedom. I smile as I watch them.
The Final Words
Life is calling you.
Sanju Frequency is calling you.
Tune into that frequency.
Feel the earth beneath your feet.
Feel the wind across your skin.
Feel the water against your legs.
Feel the fire of the sun on your face.
Feel the silence within.
Be here, now, fully.
When you live as this, you become the New Life Frequency.
You become the Sanju Frequency.
And then—life itself becomes your teacher, your path, and your prayer.
