Background
In this discourse, Guru Sanju confronts the real reason life does not change: no action is being taken. She explains that mediocrity is not accidental. It is chosen through stale living, stuckness, toxicity, unhealthy habits, addictions, and a refusal to participate passionately in life.
Speaking from Pokhara, surrounded by Himalayan wilderness, maize plantations, flowers, herbs, mountains, lake views, peach trees, bamboo, and raw natural ambience, she shows how life becomes alive when one steps out of the house and enters direct contact with nature. Her freedom is not imagined. It is created through daily action, movement, exploration, and conscious choice.
She teaches that addictions steal attention, maintain mediocrity, and keep the mind operating like a destructive background app. The transformation she offers is from passive consumption to conscious participation, from couch-bound stagnation to walking into the unknown, and from failure to deliberate creation.
This discourse matters because it reveals that change is not a magic pill. Life shifts when one takes action, exposes the body to raw nature, chooses new routes, opens the heart to challenges, and becomes available to life.
Nothing Changes Without Action
Nothing is changing in your life because you are not doing anything to change it. You are living the same old stale life filled with stuckness, toxicity, unhealthy lifestyle, and many addictions.
Your addictions are keeping you mediocre. You are choosing mediocrity because you are not choosing excellence. You are not taking the actions that can break the old structure of your life.
Mediocrity is not something that happens to you from outside. It is something you keep choosing every day through your habits, your comfort, your addictions, and your lack of passion for life.
The Freedom I Am Living Now
Today I am in Pokhara, where the air quality is around sixty to sixty-two. Feel the freedom I am experiencing right now. My life is interesting, alive, and filled with liveliness.
I create this liveliness with my powers by participating in life. I am not sitting and waiting for life to happen. I participate, I move, I explore, and I create my experience.
I am showing you the life I am living in this moment in abundance. While I transform you through my teaching, feel this moment that I am experiencing right now.
At my back is a maize plantation, and around me is the wilderness of the Himalayas. There are beautiful flowers, grounding nature, and mountains carrying the rawness of life.
You Have Chosen Mediocrity
You are mediocre because you have chosen mediocrity. You have chosen a life that is comfortable to you, and comfort has made you weak.
No one tells you as a child to get addicted. You become addicted one by one because you live from an incomplete state. Since you do not feel complete as life, you try to fill the gap with addictions.
Every addiction is an attempt to fill an inner incompleteness. But instead of making you complete, addiction keeps you stuck, dull, and dependent.
The more you feed your addictions, the more mediocre your life becomes.
Feeling the Grounding Power of Nature
As I move ahead, I show you the wonders of grounding nature around me. Experience the teaching with this real feeling, not as an idea in the head.
Feel the wind moving the flower. Feel how the flower moves with the wind without resistance. Feel its softness, its aliveness, and its direct connection with nature.
There is Ganga Tulsi here, mostly found in the Himalayan region. It is a medicinal herb that cleanses the nasal passage. Even the buds carry life, freshness, and the intelligence of the earth.
Feel life with me as I am living it and showing it to you.
Where Your Attention Is Going
Where is your attention going? Your attention is going toward addictions. To maintain one addiction, another addiction begins taking over.
You are actually moving toward disaster because you are not excited enough and passionate enough to create your life. You are only following what has been given to you.
You have accepted that you are a failure and that nothing can be done with you. This acceptance itself has become your prison.
But life is not asking you to remain there. Life is asking you to take action.
The Sunflower and the Miracle of Life
Here is a sunflower, blooming beautifully. Feel its presence. Feel the natural ambience around it.
The maize plants are there, the blue sky is above, and everything here feels like a miracle. I am here living my life in the middle of this miracle.
Life becomes miraculous when you start participating in it. If you remain on the couch, the miracle cannot reach you. If you remain addicted, the miracle cannot enter your system.
You have to come out and meet life directly.
What Actions Do You Take Daily?
Ask yourself: what actions do you take every day to change your life? Not what thoughts you think. Not what dreams you imagine. What actions do you actually take?
Right now, I am making my student, who has come from Singapore to Pokhara for the Physical Project, do an activity to open the heart chakra. I am making her work directly with her heart center.
How will your heart center open? It will open when you take the initiative to accept the challenges that life gives you every moment.
Your heart does not open by remaining safe, passive, and comfortable. It opens when you take the challenge of life consciously.
Do Not Feed Attention Seekers
Someone was seeking attention from me, and I did not give attention. I am showing you how not to pay attention when something is meaningless to your mission.
I am on my mission. I am on my journey. I do not get distracted by distractions from anyone.
If a mind is continuously speaking in your background, your background app is on. That background app is causing disaster to you.
This is what distraction does. It steals your attention, weakens your focus, and keeps you away from the action that can transform your life.
The Rawness That Changes You
Keep feeling the rawness of this place and everything around. You cannot ask for more when you receive this kind of freedom to live your life.
I am living this life right now, and I can see so many wonders of nature. You too must feel them.
There are peaches growing here. There is a peach tree and a bamboo tree. The place has a raw and wild ambience, far from the developed and civilized cities.
This rawness gives you a grounding experience. It changes you when you come out of your house and expose yourself to nature in its natural form.
Be Available to Life
You cannot decide in advance which activity will shift you. You have to be available to life.
When you become available to life, you begin seeing that many things are happening around you. Life starts revealing itself through flowers, trees, wind, roads, lakes, people, birds, and unexpected experiences.
This practice itself makes you a conscious being. This practice changes you. This practice brings the shift in you.
When you live like this, you do not need to remain addicted. Life itself begins filling the space that addiction once occupied.
Get Out and Walk Every Day
Get out of your home and start walking every day. Every day, walk in a different place, in a new dimension, into the unknown.
This is the practice I do every day. Every day I take a different route. I do not repeat the same dead path unconsciously.
If you are always going to the right, choose the left. After that, choose right again, then left again. In this way, choose different kinds of experiences for yourself.
Different routes create different experiences. Different experiences create different energy. Different energy creates transformation.
There Is No Magic Pill
If you are stuck in the mind, nobody can change you until you decide to change. There is no magic pill for change.
This is why people remain stuck in the matrix for lives. They keep waiting for something to happen, but they do not take the action that can make it happen.
They cannot transform on their own because they need a powerful force to work on them. That is why it is important for you to be with me.
I am powerful. I work with my powers to transform you. I work with my powers to shift you.
The Plunge Into the Unknown
When you take the plunge and the initiative to come into the unknown, you enter a different ambience that you never expected.
Feel the diversity this earth gives you. When you become diverse in your choices and consciously select different kinds of experiences, you reach places that open something new within you.
This is what I am capturing for you to experience. The purple flowers, the lake, the people rowing boats, the mountains, the cloudy sky, and the possibility of rain are all part of this living field.
You do not find this by remaining in the same room. You find it by moving into life.
The Lakeside as a Living Teaching
I have come to the lakeside, and you can experience the wonders of this place with me. Feel everything that is visible to you.
Look at the purple flowers. Look at the people in the lake rowing boats. Look at the mountains. Look at everything that is unique.
This is life. It is not hidden. It is here, but you have to be present to receive it.
If you want to change your life and come out of mediocrity, you have to experience life fully in this moment.
Come Out of Mediocrity
To come out of mediocrity, you must stop living only through addictions, comfort, and old patterns. You have to experience life fully with your senses.
It is a cloudy day, and soon it may rain. But this too is part of the experience. The weather, the lake, the mountains, the flowers, and the movement of people all create the living moment.
Feel the vibe of this place. Enjoy the experience now. Do not postpone life.
Life changes when you begin participating in it.
I Took the Initiative
I took the initiative to change everything, and everything changed with the action I took for my life.
This is the real teaching. Action changes life. Not complaint, not imagination, not waiting, not scrolling, not addiction, and not passive hoping.
Ask yourself why you are stuck. Ask yourself where you are stuck. Ask yourself what you can do to change.
If you do not want to change anything in your life, then nothing will change. But if you take action, life will begin responding.
