Background
In this discourse, Guru Sanju reveals that there is no real freedom without consciousness. She explains that enlightenment or freedom can happen as an experience, but unless consciousness is practiced in daily life, the transformation cannot stabilize or become one’s lived reality.
Speaking from Pokhara, surrounded by high-quality air, greenery, rain, mountains, and a dreamy field of life energy, she teaches the art of consciously creating life. She does not present consciousness as an abstract idea, but as a practical way of moving, choosing, walking, deciding, sensing, and living every moment.
She exposes the matrix as the mind and the mind as the matrix, showing that as long as life operates through unconscious patterns, freedom remains impossible. Through simple actions such as lifting the hand, crossing the road, walking in nature, and choosing where to go, she demonstrates how consciousness must enter every movement of the body.
This teaching matters because it offers a direct movement from couch-bound addiction, social media unconsciousness, and dead mechanical living into passion, presence, neural rewiring, freedom, and the creation of a conscious life.
There Is No Freedom Without Consciousness
There is no freedom without consciousness. Without a conscious life, there is no freedom. You can become enlightened, you can become free, but if you are not practicing consciousness in your life, then nothing can happen to you.
Freedom cannot remain alive if consciousness is absent from your daily movement. A moment of awakening is not enough. A glimpse of freedom is not enough. You have to practice consciousness again and again until it becomes the way you live.
What I am making you experience is the practice of remaining conscious all the time. This is not a teaching meant only for the mind. This is a practice that must enter your body, your choices, your movement, and your life.
The Freedom I Am Living in Pokhara
As I teach you this practice, feel the freedom I am enjoying right now in Pokhara. The air is high quality, and the energy of this place is dreamy, alive, and filled with life force.
Nature here is not passive. It is full of movement, greenery, freshness, and subtle energy. The place itself supports the state of consciousness that I am teaching you.
I am teaching you the art of creating your life consciously. If you get the knack of it, something will shift in you. Once that shift begins, you will start taking action instead of remaining trapped in unconscious living.
This is why I keep showing you life directly. Not as theory, not as philosophy, but as lived experience.
Stop Living Dead on the Couch
Stop sitting on the couch and being addicted to social media and other things that are making you dead every day, every moment. This deadness is not always visible from outside, but it is felt in the loss of energy, passion, movement, and aliveness.
When you are absorbed in unconscious consumption, you are not living. You are being used by the matrix. Your attention is taken, your time is taken, your energy is taken, and your life becomes weaker every day.
Start living the real life that I am living right now. Look at the places where I travel. They are filled with nature, greenery, and the highest quality of life.
This is not entertainment. This is a direct contrast between unconscious existence and conscious living.
How I Consciously Created My Life
As I walk, experience this with me. Feel how I consciously created my life outside the matrix.
My life did not become this way accidentally. I created it through passion, choice, awareness, action, and the practice of consciousness. I chose not to remain trapped in the same dead patterns that most people call normal life.
This is the path of conscious creation. You do not wait for life to change. You choose, you move, you practice, and you create the life that matches your consciousness.
The Matrix Is the Mind
The matrix is the mind, and the mind is the matrix. As long as you are in the mind, you cannot be free.
Your mind is the system through which you operate. It has become your hardware. Through this hardware, you cannot truly understand consciousness because the mind has become the default operating system inside you.
If the default operating system remains unconscious, then everything you do will come from the same old pattern. Even when you try to change, the old system will keep operating from behind.
The operating system can change consciously if you put in the effort. But it cannot change by wishful thinking. It changes through practice.
Apply Consciousness in Every Move
If you want to change anything in your life, you have to apply consciousness in every move. Not only in meditation. Not only in spiritual practice. Not only in moments of crisis.
You have to apply consciousness while walking, choosing, moving, eating, speaking, crossing a road, going somewhere, and doing the smallest actions of life.
Today I am doing this practice because I am the master. I am the guru. My student is practicing this with me.
When I do the Physical Project, I handhold my student to do the practice in my presence and under my guidance. Once they learn it, they go and practice it on their own.
Learn the Knack of Consciousness
If you want to practice consciousness, remain with the teaching until you learn the knack of it. Consciousness is not difficult, but the mind makes it difficult because it wants to continue operating through patterns.
Whatever you do in life, start observing from where you are operating. Are you operating from the same old patterns, or are you operating from a conscious state?
This question must become alive in you. Before every action, during every movement, and after every choice, you must see whether the movement came from consciousness or unconscious habit.
This observation itself begins creating a shift.
The Movement of the Hand
Each moment of your life, observe how you move the body. For example, when I lift my hand, I can see that the hand has lifted. Now I keep the hand lifted, and I observe the action.
Did this lifting happen on its own out of pattern, or did it happen through a conscious decision? This is the question that reveals whether consciousness is present.
If my hand cannot move without my conscious decision, then how can anything else happen in me or through me without my awareness?
In your case, everything is happening without consciousness. In my case, nothing happens without consciousness.
The Conscious Decision to Cross the Road
Now I take the decision to cross the road. Who took this decision? Why did my body begin following my decision?
The decision came from a conscious state. Because the decision came consciously, the body moved swiftly. I came from one side of the road to the other side, and I knew that I had chosen it.
I consciously chose to be on this side of the road. I consciously chose to travel the journey toward a conscious life.
This is how life must be lived. Even crossing the road becomes a teaching when consciousness is present.
Nothing Moves Without Consciousness
Nothing can move without the presence of consciousness. You may believe that things are happening automatically, but that only means unconscious patterns are controlling the movement.
For consciousness to become embodied in the physical body, you need continuous practice. The body must learn to obey consciousness instead of unconscious habit.
You have to create neural pathways to live the life of a conscious person. These neural pathways are created by repetition, attention, and deliberate action.
When consciousness enters movement again and again, the body begins becoming a conscious instrument.
Freedom Comes Through Deliberate Action
The freedom that comes with consciousness happens when you deliberately choose actions in this moment and practice this every moment. Freedom is not accidental. Freedom is practiced.
Every moment of my life is a conscious life. That is why I am experiencing this high quality of freedom right now.
As I continue living this way, I will experience more and more freedom. The more consciously you live, the more the quality of life expands in you.
You add more life to your years by living this way. You add more years to your life because conscious living expands your energy, your intelligence, and your vitality.
The Smile of Freedom
This has to be conscious practice. It has to be deliberate practice to live life.
The smile that I am able to feel comes from that intelligence. It comes from the confidence of living the life of freedom.
When you have chosen a path and you can walk it deliberately, nothing in the universe can stop you from living that life.
I have chosen this life, and that is why I am able to feel expansiveness in my energy. I can feel the opening of all my chakras in this moment.
The Expansion of Conscious Energy
When consciousness is practiced, energy expands. The body does not remain dull. The senses do not remain sleepy. The chakras do not remain closed.
Because I have chosen this life, I can feel the expansion happening in me. I can feel my energy opening. I can feel my system responding to life.
This is not imagination. This is the result of conscious practice. When the body, mind, energy, and consciousness are aligned through action, life opens.
You cannot fake this state. You have to live it.
Practice Alone, Away From the Crowd
This conscious practice has to be done alone. It cannot be done properly in public or in a crowd.
The crowd carries its own unconsciousness. The crowd pulls your attention outward. The crowd makes you perform instead of experience.
You have to consciously choose where you want to be. You must choose places that support your consciousness, your practice, your freedom, and your expansion.
This is why environment matters. Conscious life requires conscious selection of space.
The Himalayan Path Toward Brunch
Here I am in a beautiful place. Behind me are the Himalayas and the mountains. I am walking toward a place to have my brunch.
Even this movement is conscious. Even this ordinary act of going to eat becomes a part of the practice when it is chosen with awareness.
It is raining a little, but that does not matter. I am free to take the experience I have decided to take.
Freedom means that the small rain does not stop the experience. Freedom means that life is still lived because the decision has come from consciousness.
Feel the Place Around
Have a feel of the place around. Enjoy whatever you see. Let the greenery, the rain, the mountain air, and the freshness of the landscape enter your senses.
Do not just look mechanically. Feel what the place does to your body. Feel how nature changes the breath, the attention, and the state of energy.
The more you are present, the more life becomes available. The more you feel, the more consciousness enters the moment.
This is the practice of creating your life consciously.
Act on Your Passion
Take the first step toward consciousness by acting on your passion. Passion is not a mental fantasy. Passion becomes real only when you take action.
I worked on my passion, and that is why I am able to live this life. I did not sit and dream about freedom. I acted. I moved. I created.
You too can enjoy this freedom if you take the plunge of your life. You cannot remain on the couch and expect life to open.
You have to move toward life. You have to choose consciousness. You have to practice deliberately.
The Life Outside the Matrix
The life outside the matrix is created through conscious action. The matrix keeps you in the mind, and the mind keeps you away from life.
Once you begin practicing consciousness in every movement, the matrix starts losing its grip. You begin choosing instead of reacting. You begin observing instead of being controlled.
This is how a new life is created. Not through one sudden miracle, but through every conscious decision repeated again and again.
Conscious life is freedom. Without conscious life, there is no freedom.
