Background
Guru Sanju explains that chronic neurosis, schizophrenia-like symptoms, freeze mode, excessive thinking, and loss of natural breathing are not merely mental problems but consequences of long-term contraction in the nervous system. When the body remains controlled by fear, the diaphragm, chest, spine, and breath lose their natural movement, disconnecting a person from life’s innate intelligence.
In this discourse, she introduces a practical system to restore the body’s natural posture, dissolve egoic control, and activate what she calls the Inner GPS—the innate intelligence that guides life effortlessly. Rather than forcing breathing or meditation, she teaches the student to remove unnecessary control, allowing life itself to breathe, move, and heal the body. The entire process shifts the nervous system from survival into flow, where healing, purpose, and Kundalini naturally unfold. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}
Healing Begins with the Spine
Before trying to improve your breathing, correct your posture because breathing follows posture. Roll a towel into a firm cylinder and place it beneath the lower spine around the L4-L5 region while lying on your back. Do not use a pillow during this practice.
As the lower spine is supported, the chest naturally opens, the diaphragm begins relaxing, and the body’s alignment improves without force. Your task is not to stretch aggressively but simply to remain in this position for about thirty minutes, allowing the body to reorganize itself naturally.
The moment you enter this posture, do nothing. Drop every effort, every expectation, and every egoic attempt to control the body.
Drop the Egoic Hold Over the Body
The greatest obstruction to healing is not the body but the ego’s constant control over it. You have held your diaphragm, belly, muscles, breath, and nervous system in continuous contraction for years. This prolonged control has created trauma, neurosis, and freeze mode.
I want you to let go completely.
Drop the belly. Relax the diaphragm. Release every muscular contraction and allow the body to breathe on its own. Do not intentionally inhale or exhale. Do not interfere with the body’s intelligence.
If coughing, shouting, growling, trembling, crying, or spontaneous movements arise, allow them without fear. They are signs that the nervous system is releasing years of accumulated holding.
Allow the Nervous System to Heal
When you stop controlling the body, the nervous system naturally begins reorganizing itself. The rib cage opens, breathing deepens, and the freeze response slowly dissolves.
You do not heal by controlling more. You heal by removing unnecessary control.
If emotional sounds need to emerge, allow them. If you are concerned about disturbing others, place a cloth gently over your mouth so the sound is muffled while the energetic release continues uninterrupted.
Your responsibility is simply to allow the body’s natural intelligence to complete what it has always wanted to do.
Correct Sitting Posture
The same principle applies while sitting. Place a rolled towel or tissue roll in the natural curve of your lower spine against the chair. If the chair does not provide adequate support, use a cushion first and then position the roll in the lumbar curve.
Once seated, let the belly relax completely. Open the chest, gently tilt the head and neck slightly backward, and remain in an effortless posture. This is not a rigid military position but a deeply relaxed one.
Again, do nothing.
Simply observe how your body feels without trying to achieve anything.
Attention Creates Freeze Mode
Do not pay attention to your breathing, thoughts, coughing, or bodily sensations. Excessive attention itself creates holding. Whenever attention contracts around one object, the nervous system returns to freeze mode.
Instead, dissolve attention.
Remain present without concentrating on anything. As attention relaxes, the nervous system gradually shifts into rest-and-digest mode. Yawning, relaxation, spontaneous breathing, and a sense of openness naturally begin appearing.
This is not imagination. It is your nervous system returning to its original state.
Walk Like Life Is Happening
Your posture should not change only while sitting or lying down. It must become the way you walk.
While walking:
- Relax the belly completely.
- Open the chest naturally.
- Allow the buttocks to move slightly outward.
- Tilt the head and neck gently backward.
- Walk slowly while looking toward the ceiling or slightly upward.
- Forget how you appear to others.
This posture immediately begins releasing egoic control, opening the chest, reducing contraction, and shifting the nervous system away from survival.
As I observed during your practice, your coughing almost disappeared once you entered this posture correctly. This shows that the problem is not your lungs but the long-held contraction of your nervous system.
Entering the Flow Frequency
Once your posture is corrected, the next step is to activate what I call the flow frequency or life frequency. This is not achieved through effort but by removing effort. First, drop the egoic hold over the belly and diaphragm. Second, maintain the open posture. Third, do absolutely nothing.
Remain in this relaxed position with your eyes closed and simply observe your present state. Do not think, analyse, or expect anything. Your task is only to exist. As your body settles, yawning, relaxation, spontaneous breathing, and inner openness begin appearing naturally. These are signs that the nervous system is entering a healing state.
The Inner GPS Awakens
When the nervous system relaxes completely, your Inner GPS begins functioning. It is located around the solar plexus and becomes accessible only when the body is free from excessive control and contraction.
In this state, life starts guiding itself. Small intuitive signals begin appearing naturally. You no longer need to think constantly about what to do. Instead, you learn to listen to life itself.
Initially these signals may guide simple daily actions. Gradually they expand into larger life decisions, your purpose, and your future direction. This is practical intuition born from a relaxed nervous system rather than intellectual thinking.
Flow Is the Natural State
Your present suffering has not come from life but from trying to control life. The ego, personality, excessive thinking, and years of nervous system conditioning have disconnected you from your natural state.
When you stop interfering, life functions by itself. Breathing happens. Healing happens. Decisions arise. Creativity appears. Energy moves. Everything begins unfolding naturally.
I do not live by controlling life. I live in the happening mode where life itself performs every action. That is the frequency I am introducing you to.
Lower the Brain’s Stress Frequency
As the body relaxes and the posture opens, the heart and nervous system gradually shift out of chronic stress. The overactive beta state begins calming, allowing deeper states of awareness to emerge.
This relaxed state is the flow frequency. From here the nervous system no longer reacts through fear, contraction, or survival. Instead, intelligence, creativity, intuition, and healing begin operating together.
Do not force this state. It appears automatically when you stop interfering with the body’s natural intelligence.
Stop Living Through Labels
Your brain does not know that you have been called schizophrenic, neurotic, or mentally ill. These are labels collected by the mind. The nervous system only knows whether it feels safe or threatened.
Stop identifying yourself with diagnoses, past experiences, and old stories. You are not a patient. You are life itself expressing through a human body.
As the nervous system relaxes, these old identities gradually lose their influence and life begins expressing itself naturally.
Live Through Practical Intelligence
When the Inner GPS awakens, you become increasingly practical. You naturally understand where to live, how to earn, what decisions to make, and when to move forward.
Instead of remaining trapped by how other people see you, begin living according to your own life’s intelligence. Whether society accepts you or not becomes irrelevant. Your responsibility is to live your own life, not the life expected by the matrix.
You were born alone and you will leave alone. Therefore, live authentically rather than trying to satisfy the expectations of the crowd.
Move Beyond the Patient Identity
I do not want you to continue seeing yourself as a patient. I want you to become a student.
A patient waits to be rescued. A student learns, practices, and transforms.
I can teach a student. I cannot build a life for someone who refuses to practice. Therefore, approach every session as a learner committed to transformation rather than someone identified with illness.
Your goal over the coming hundred days is to dissolve the old personality so that only life remains.
The Physical Project
My intention is not simply to reduce your symptoms but to prepare you for the Physical Project. Before that happens, your personality, fear, victim identity, and nervous system conditioning must become much lighter.
If necessary, I will extend your preparation until you become ready. I do not want the same fearful personality to arrive. I want life itself to arrive, free from unnecessary psychological baggage.
As your solar plexus and heart chakra continue opening, Kundalini will naturally rise toward the higher centers without force.
Practice Without Effort
Your daily practice is simple:
- Lie for thirty minutes with lumbar support and no pillow.
- Sit with proper spinal support and an open chest.
- Walk with relaxed posture, an open chest, relaxed belly, and a gently tilted head.
- Drop all egoic control over the body.
- Do nothing intentionally.
- Allow life to breathe, heal, and guide you.
- Use mouth exhalation only when genuinely needed, but prioritize effortless living.
- Report your progress regularly and refine the posture continuously.
Doing Nothing Is the Highest Sadhana
The most difficult spiritual practice is doing nothing. The ego constantly wants to interfere, control, analyse, and improve. True mastery begins when the ego stops acting and life begins acting.
From the outside, it appears that many things are happening. Internally, there is no doer. Life simply unfolds.
This is the life frequency. This is the Inner GPS. This is the state where Kundalini, healing, intuition, purpose, and effortless action become one continuous flow. Continue practicing until this way of living becomes your natural state.
