Background
Guru Sanju guides her student through a difficult stage of Kundalini awakening where confusion, restlessness, sleep disturbance, emotional surges, and mental instability are being processed through the brain and nervous system. She explains that what the student calls inner guidance may still be ego, old conditioning, or stagnant mental patterns, and that true Inner GPS awakens only after the mind dissolves deeply.
In this discourse, she brings the student back to practical reality. She teaches that the first priority is health, not relationships, fantasies, dating, or esoteric interpretations. Through acceptance, daily communication, mouth exhalation, food support, sleep healing, and real-world exploration, she helps the student understand this phase as a long metamorphosis. The student is not asked to live a normal matrix life, but to accept her unique journey and become gentle with herself while Guru Sanju leads the process.
True Inner GPS and the Trick of the Mind
First, I want to give you clarity about what you are calling the Inner GPS. What you are feeling right now is not the true Inner GPS. The real Inner GPS is a very high-quality energy that becomes active only when the mind is deeply dissolved.
What is speaking in your head may still be the ego acting like a guru. It uses information already stored in your mind and adjusts itself according to old desires, fears, and patterns. If it keeps you stagnant, confused, inactive, or trapped in repetitive thinking, it is not true guidance.
My guidance reaches you differently. It comes as freeing intuition. It will always move you toward life, action, energy, and flow. It will never keep you stuck.
Think Practically, Not Esoterically
For now, forget all esoteric meanings and schizophrenic interpretations. Ask yourself only one thing: does this guidance make practical sense?
If you are a healthy female with a healthy body and stable brain, then you can enter a healthy relationship with a healthy man. A relationship includes physical, emotional, mental, psychological, and practical dimensions of life. But until you are healthy enough to choose what is right and wrong for you, relationship should not be your focus.
Drop infatuation. Drop temporary attraction. Drop the idea that every surge of energy must be acted upon with another person.
Do Not Impose Your Kundalini Energy on Others
In Kundalini awakening, many energies arise within you. Sometimes love energy comes. Sometimes lust energy comes. Sometimes anger, jealousy, attraction, fear, or confusion appears.
These energies are part of your Kundalini process. The other person is not going through your process. Therefore, do not impose your energy on another person.
You may communicate with people on a human level. You may be friendly. But do not become intimate, dependent, or emotionally entangled. Do not waste your life or another person’s life when your own nervous system is still unstable.
Health Comes Before Relationship
Your concrete solution is simple: focus only on your brain, nervous system, mental health, and becoming healthier day by day.
This may take one year, two years, three years, four years, or five years. Forget the time. Your only responsibility is to heal.
Until you become a healthy woman with a stable brain, clear judgment, and strong body, there is no relationship for you. This is not punishment. This is protection.
You Are in the Womb of Transformation
Right now you are like a child in the womb, still forming. You are not yet ready to live like others. Your metamorphosis is not like a butterfly that changes in a few weeks. You are like a dinosaur egg; your transformation will take longer.
Give yourself that understanding. You are a different kind of person, and you are going to take time. Once you evolve into a new being, you will live your life.
Until then, accept this truth: the so-called normal life is not for you right now.
Accept That You Cannot Live a Normal Matrix Life
When I accepted that normal life was not for me, I evolved. I left the matrix, and that became the best decision of my life.
When you leave the matrix, no one tells you what to do with your life. You no longer seek permission. You do what feels true from your consciousness. You speak what is true for you.
I understood that I was a different species, born to do different things. For almost a decade, I have lived freely. Universal grace flows through me because I have become aligned with that universal power.
Stop Judging Yourself
Your biggest torture is not the outside world. It is your inner critic.
Your mind constantly judges you, watches you, and creates fear. This inner vigilance makes your life more painful than it needs to be.
From today onward, stop judging yourself. Be like a small child doing nothing. Whatever naturally happens from you, allow it. Whatever flows, do that.
- If work flows, do the work.
- If eating flows, eat.
- If walking flows, walk.
- If music flows, play music.
- If you need a flute, buy a flute.
- If you need new clothes, get them.
- If you need simple pleasure, allow it.
Live one day at a time.
You Have Outsourced Your Life to the Guru
In this phase, your brain does not work in the usual way. This is not only your condition. Many of my students going through Kundalini awakening cannot use their own brain clearly during this phase.
Even older students ask me small things because their old belief systems and old neural pathways are dissolving, while the new pathways are not yet formed.
So stop victimizing yourself. Understand what is happening. Your conditioning is breaking down. Your brain is blank because the old is gone and the new is not yet fully built.
For now, accept this: without Guru Sanju, your life has no clear direction. You have outsourced your life to me, and I will guide you. If you follow the guidance, life will become less torturous and more peaceful.
Ask for Daily Guidance
Use communication wisely. Every day, for three to five daily-life decisions, you may ask for guidance if you cannot process them yourself.
You can ask, “I am unable to process this. Can you guide me?”
This is not weakness. This is the phase of your metamorphosis. You are learning how to live again from a new consciousness.
Sleep Disturbance and Restlessness
Your sleep disturbance is happening because you are restless inside. You are not fully in rest-and-digest mode. Your sympathetic nervous system is alert, and your mind is always watching.
This will improve as you accept your life. Understand that you are in the infancy stage of a new birth. If your transformation takes until the age of forty-five, let it take that time. Do not fight the timeline.
There is no future to chase. Every moment becomes present, then passes. Live the moment and leave the moment.
Be Ready to Die Every Night
Ask yourself practically: what is the worst that can happen? You may die. Then be ready to die.
Every night, when you sleep, allow the soul to leave the body. Say inwardly, “Let me die.” The next morning, when you wake up and find yourself alive, celebrate that day again.
This readiness for death will free you. It will improve your sleep. When sleep improves, the brain heals and the nervous system recovers.
You Are on a Sabbatical from Life
Understand that you have taken a sabbatical from life. A sabbatical is a period where someone steps away from repetitive work or routine to rest, learn, renew, and return with greater productivity.
You were not living the optimum quality of life. You were living a robotic life. Now life has given you a sabbatical so you can learn how to live.
During this time, many of your talents will return. Skills you have learned are not lost. Like swimming, they remain in your neural pathways. Later, they will become part of your expression, whether you become a filmmaker, life coach, healer, teacher, or something else.
Accept the Suffering Period
This is your suffering period, and you have to bear it with understanding. Once this period is over, you will be in a better place. You will explore life differently.
I am with you. Do not worry. Your responsibility is to accept, relax, stop judging, and keep moving one day at a time.
Digestion Improves When the Nervous System Relaxes
Your gas problem and foul smell show that complete evacuation is not happening. This means constipation is present, and constipation is connected with sleep, digestion, and nervous system contraction.
Good sleep will support good digestion. Good digestion will support proper evacuation. Until then, continue using the fruit salt formula when needed and focus more on relaxation.
Do not overjudge your body. Overjudgment creates contraction. Contraction worsens digestion, circulation, breathing, and nervous system symptoms.
Use Mouth Exhalation During Fear and Contraction
Whenever fear, autistic-like contraction, or nervous system stiffness appears, immediately begin mouth exhalation.
Make the exhalation long, slow, and elongated. Continue until the energy begins releasing. Drop the fear and stop identifying with old labels.
Understand the practical reason behind this practice. When you are contracted, vasoconstriction happens. Blood vessels tighten. Mouth exhalation supports vasodilation by releasing carbon dioxide and supporting nitric oxide activity in the body.
Vasodilation helps the system relax, circulate, and open. That is why slow mouth exhalation is one of your main tools.
Support the Body with Warm Foods
Cold climate affects every human body. Do not make it your personal weakness. Anyone living in cold conditions can experience contraction, stiffness, and circulation issues.
Support your body with warming foods and ingredients.
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Black pepper
- Hot soups
- Warm cooked meals
Use garlic in your meals, chutneys, sauces, or swallow it with water if that suits you. Garlic, ginger, black pepper, and hot foods support warmth and vasodilation. Stop victimizing yourself and understand that the climate itself influences the nervous system.
Involuntary Movements Are Positive Signs
When you relax in Shavasana or Kundalini breathing, twisting, turning, shaking, and spontaneous movements may happen. This is a positive sign.
In energetic language, these are kriyas. Kriyas are involuntary movements that occur when Kundalini energy passes through contractions and knots in the nervous system.
Imagine a pipe with a knot. When water or electricity passes through it forcefully, the pipe vibrates and stretches. Similarly, when Kundalini moves through blocked channels, the body may twist, shake, or move on its own.
This means the contractions are being released. The more you allow these releases, the better Kundalini gets processed.
Relaxation Allows Kundalini to Process
When you are contracted, you hold Kundalini in the body. The nervous system remains knotted, and energy cannot pass smoothly.
The moment you drop attention, relax the body, and sit in an open position, the nervous system begins releasing naturally. Thoughts reduce, the body moves if needed, and the present moment opens.
When there is no thought, nothing is troubling you. You are here and now. That is the state where healing begins.
Your Energy Has Shifted
Today I have shifted your energy. Now enjoy, dance, eat, walk, explore, and do what naturally arises from life.
Much of your energy has remained trapped because proper sexual expression has not happened in your life. That is a different chapter and will come later.
First comes health. Then comes relationship.
When the right time comes, I will teach you how to date a man, how to speak to a man, how to approach, how to communicate, and how to have real conversation—not drama, but the real you speaking.
Health Before Sacral Chakra
First your gut and root chakra must be cleared. Until the root chakra stabilizes, you cannot move safely into the sacral chakra.
Sex, pelvic energy, and relationship belong to the second chakra. Before that, your body must stop victimizing itself and begin accepting life fully.
Acceptance is the key. The more you delay acceptance, the more time your transformation will take.
I am giving you seven days to enter deeper acceptance so you can evolve from this stage.
The Himalayas Will Come After Recovery
I will call you to the Nepal Himalayas only when you recover from this stage. I am confident about your recovery, but the timing depends on your nervous system.
If you cannot do Kundalini breathing alone, it is not a problem. You will do it in my presence. I will heal you from neurosis.
Coming to the Himalayas does not mean you must immediately perform intense physical activities. In my presence, the same practices will work differently, and you will recover gradually.
Do not pressure yourself. If you cannot do something, leave it. I will take care of what needs to be taken care of.
Explore Your City as a Healing Practice
This week I am giving you a new challenge. Go to different parts of your city using a vehicle, cab, auto, tuk-tuk, or any available transportation. Reach a new location and then walk around that area.
The area must be new to your brain. It should be a place you have not explored on foot before.
Walk for fifteen minutes, thirty minutes, or one hour depending on your stamina. If you get tired, stop. Drink tea, coffee, juice, or eat something. This is not punishment. It is exploration.
Make January a Month of Exploration
Dedicate this month to exploring your city.
- Choose a new area every time.
- Do not repeat the same direction.
- Use your brain more and Google Maps less.
- Walk, observe, eat, drink, and enjoy.
- Let the activity remain pleasurable, not mechanical.
- If you feel like extending the walk, extend it.
- If you feel like eating outside, eat outside sometimes.
Move as though you are a traveler entering a new city. Even if you have passed through that area by vehicle before, walking through it will create a new relationship with life.
Walking Heals the Brain and Nervous System
This challenge is for your brain and nervous system training. Unknown places create new impressions, new neural pathways, and new confidence.
You will recover faster because life will become new to you. Insights will come. You will see the madness of the world from a new perspective. You will also begin feeling that your own life is becoming new.
First explore your city. Later you will explore another city, then another city, and slowly, the whole earth becomes your path for life.
Keep Communication Open
Do this practice for at least three days first and update me daily. Remain in communication because this activity is new for you, and my presence will support you in doing it consistently.
Do not make it time-restricted. If pleasure is arising, continue. If you do not want to return home early, remain outside longer and wander safely until you feel complete.
The purpose is healing with pleasure. Transformation does not have to be dull. It can be exciting, alive, and enjoyable.
Real-Time Healing Through Action
This is how I heal the brain and nervous system in real time. I introduce life-transforming activities that are practical, pleasurable, and powerful enough to shift old patterns.
You are not healing by sitting in fear. You are healing by walking, exploring, breathing, eating, observing, accepting, and living.
If you take action, transformation happens. If you remain stagnant, the same patterns continue. Therefore, choose life, choose movement, and let this month become the beginning of a new relationship with yourself and the world.
