I Clear Kundalini Paralysis Through Breath and Power

In this discourse, Guru Sanju teaches that Kundalini progress requires a strong aura, a centered nervous system, and continuous connection with the guru’s power. The Need to Come Back to Center

You have gained much clarity by going into nature, watching my teachings, practicing Kundalini yoga postures, and observing yourself more often. Still, you feel that coming back to the center is required more consistently. This will not happen on your own because of the energy field in which you are presently living.

Right now, many students who come to me are facing the same issue. They are not able to come to the center because there is chaos in the field. Their consciousness is being disturbed by forces outside them.

The Earth’s energy field is in a mess due to wars, crises, and lower energies active in different parts of the world. If the strength of your soul is not high and your aura is not strong, these energies affect you.

When your aura is weak, you cannot experience yourself as pure consciousness. You feel distracted, disintegrated, and unable to stay rooted in your life purpose.

The Guru Strengthens the Aura

If you feel that this is the right time to stay in touch with the guru, then take the energy transmission and become strong. When you are more connected to my power, it becomes easier for you to concentrate.

The Freedom Project exists for this purpose. For thirty days, six sessions are given to strengthen your aura and bring you back to your center.

Every few days, I give powerful energy transmission, quantum transformation, empowerment, techniques, and answers to your questions. The purpose is to raise your consciousness and lift you from the state of disintegration.

If you do not choose the full project, then also keep taking regular sessions for the coming months. Until your graduation completes and your life direction becomes stable, you need power, clarity, and repeated centering.

Your Unconventional Life Requires Strength

If you choose not to take a job after graduation and instead want to start your own business or become a mental health coach, you will need tremendous aura strength. No external force is going to promote your unconventional way of life.

Whether you are in the United States, Asia, or anywhere else in the world, there is chaos in the environment. It is difficult for the soul to remain centered in life purpose.

Many are lost because powerful worldly forces are creating confusion. But the powerful forces of the universe are greater than the forces of the world.

You connected to me at the right time. Now you have to connect to me as power so that more intense energy transmission can work in you.

Dropping the Burden of Anxiety

When I diagnosed your field, I could see a lack of joy in the last few months. More seriousness had entered you. More maturity toward life had come, but it also brought anxiety.

You have unnecessarily burdened yourself with anxiety. I will drop that anxiety from your field.

You will do the same work, but with a joyful attitude and a freedom attitude. You do not need to overburden yourself by trying to do everything at once.

You have to prepare yourself for the next course of action, the road less traveled, one day at a time.

Follow the Inner GPS

Do not overburden yourself with future thinking. Do not keep thinking whether you will do a job, start a business, or become a mental health coach.

Consciousness practice is important because it brings you to the center. From the center, you live one moment at a time in your presence.

Create an approximate blueprint of what you want to do, write it down, and then forget it. Nothing is beyond the energy GPS in you.

The way to live that blueprint is to follow your inner GPS. The plan is only a support; the real guidance comes from the energy within you.

Preparing for Mental Health Coaching

If you want to become a mental health coach, definite steps will be involved. Write those steps down, but do not push yourself into them through pressure.

Let the process happen automatically while you study, research, and understand what mental health coaches actually do. Learn the formal path in your country and understand what kind of certification may help you in the long term.

When you study something formally, you get access to deeper reports, frameworks, and professional knowledge that may not be available from the outside.

Before jumping into the water, expose yourself to workshops, seminars, conferences, and interactions with experts in mental health coaching.

Facing the Field You Once Feared

One of the most challenging suggestions is to go to a mental hospital or psychiatric environment when the time is right. I know this is difficult because you have gone through schizophrenic impact and trauma yourself.

But if you are choosing mental health as a profession, you have to know in depth what other people go through. You have to understand bipolar patterns, schizophrenia, memory loss, psychic episodes, hallucinations, addiction, and mental health suffering.

I am not telling you to do this immediately. I am showing you that if you want to go deep into this field, you must someday face the fear upfront.

When you face the fear in my presence, I can bring the remaining remnants of that energy to the surface and free you from it.

The Unknown Path Is Not Easy

You are entering a deep ocean. This is a journey into the unknown, and it is not easy.

You can choose the easy path now, but after a few years that easy path will become extremely challenging. If you take a job or follow only what your parents want, after two or three years you may realize that you took the wrong decision.

When you knowingly enter the unknown path, your brain and nervous system are trained to take challenges. You become always ready, always on the go.

The most challenging part is to master your senses, your brain, and your nervous system. This is brain and nervous system training for survival in this odd world.

Training for the Worst

The evolutionary journey you are going through is one of the most difficult phases of Kundalini. I am taking you toward the next species, toward survival of the fittest.

This means I am going to train you for the worst. The worst that can happen is death, so you must overcome the fear of death.

The next worst thing is that your parents and family members will someday go away. Everyone is going to die. I am also going to die.

Before death comes, you must take something challenging. You must do something that releases real dopamine, builds testosterone, and gives you the sense that you have achieved something.

Challenge Creates Achievement

A real sense of achievement does not happen until you take challenges. There are mental challenges and physical challenges, and I will expose you to both.

Your comfort zone is making you sick. You have to feel that you cannot remain there anymore.

Watch a challenging movie in one sitting and identify with the lead character. Let your senses experience what it feels like to enter danger, challenge, thrill, and the unknown.

The point is not entertainment. The point is to awaken something powerful in you that wants to get out of comfort and face life directly.

Mouth Exhalation for Returning to Control

Now I guide you into mouth exhalation. Close your eyes, relax completely, and let the body inhale and exhale naturally.

Begin exhaling through the mouth while counting in your mind. Take the exhalation to the end. If your count reaches thirty-five, that is a good count.

Do not limit yourself to one count. Every time you practice, do it as if you are doing it for the first time.

After three rounds, open your eyes and look around. You will feel more in control, more centered, and more present in the room.

Control the Breath to Control Energy

If you want to control your energy, you have to learn to lead your breath through the right techniques. Even external Kumbhak follows the same principle.

After complete exhalation, hold your breath. Wait until the body begins to resist the breath hold.

This means you must reach the point where the body feels it cannot hold longer, but you do not panic. You stay present and release only when the body truly reaches its limit.

During the breath hold, keep your focus on the third eye. During exhalation, keep your focus on the exhale.

External Kumbhak for Kundalini Movement

External Kumbhak is powerful for the brain stem and for Kundalini movement. It helps Kundalini move upward and come toward the center.

When you do it in my presence, Kundalini can shoot up toward the crown chakra and unblock the energy channels. This is why the practice becomes more powerful in the guru’s field.

Exhale until the belly is completely deflated. Hold the breath and keep your attention on the third eye.

Every time you do external Kumbhak, try to extend the breath hold slightly longer than before. This builds immunity and strengthens brain power.

Testing Your Breath Hold Capacity

The first breath hold you do after waking up can show your present breath-hold capacity. If it is ten seconds, that is your current level.

If it goes to thirty seconds, it indicates a healthy capacity. If it reaches forty seconds, that is more like athlete-level stamina and immunity.

Below thirty seconds means there is something to work on, but even two to five seconds is fine in the beginning if it is consistent.

Do not push beyond the body’s true resistance. Reach the point where the body says no more, and then release.

The Fifteen-Minute Daily Practice

For now, devote at least fifteen minutes throughout the day in focused tranches. In that time, do twenty-one rounds of mouth exhalation through counting.

Also include external Kumbhak. You may do three rounds, five rounds, or ten rounds depending on your capacity.

The number is not as important as the quality of attention, presence, and intention. During those fifteen minutes, your consciousness must be at its highest.

This practice will wash away impurities from your system and prepare your energy channels for deeper transmission.

Kundalini Paralysis and Neurosis

Kundalini paralysis leads to a neurosis-like condition in the body. This is one of the major things I work on, and many people going through Kundalini face this issue.

If you are experiencing such symptoms, you need me. In the next session, or in the Freedom Project, I will work to free you from this paralyzed condition.

You do not need to worry. You do not need to carry tension in your head.

This is connected to prana, apana, energy movement, and my power. I work with such conditions regularly and know how to deal with them energetically.

The Commitment of a Student

This session was about a student who had suffered from brain and neurosis-like conditions before. He had earlier joined the Freedom Project for one hundred days, practiced, received my energy transmission, and healed from that condition.

But Kundalini is a long journey. Kundalini needs consistent power transmission from the guru so that the aura remains strengthened and practices can be done in a meaningful way.

Today I cleared the distractions from his field, brought him back to the center, and addressed the Kundalini paralysis he is facing now.

The Core Teaching

The core teaching is that you cannot remain centered in a chaotic world without power, practice, and a strong aura. Kundalini awakening requires more than insight. It requires training, breath mastery, energy transmission, discipline, and action.

Your life purpose will demand courage because no outside force will promote your unconventional path. You must strengthen your aura, face your fear, master your breath, and trust the inner GPS.

The guru’s power brings you back to the center, but your commitment keeps you moving. Through energy work and your actions, the path becomes clear.

This is how you prepare for the unknown: one breath, one action, one transmission, and one conscious decision at a time.
