Background
In this discourse, Guru Sanju teaches the sacred science of sleep hygiene for Kundalini awakening. She explains that sleep is not merely physical rest; it is the time when Kundalini works deeply, the energy body disconnects from the gross body, and universal downloads begin entering the system.
She guides the student through practical preparations for sleep: silence, earplugs, eye cover, palming, wool cap, wool shawl, grounding, child pose, reverse posture, side-body breathing, pelvic breathing, and navel-based energy transmission.
The transformation offered is from unconscious sleep to conscious sleep. Guru Sanju shows that attention leakage through eyes, mind, sound, and ungrounded energy weakens the sadhana, while protected sleep preserves power and centers consciousness.
This teaching matters because it prepares the student to become a healer. Through discipline, surrender, Sankalp, and deep sleep practices, the student begins moving from ego identity into energy, vibration, frequency, and the quantum field of consciousness.
Sleep Is Not Just Sleep
Today I am teaching you everything connected to sleep. When you are going through Kundalini awakening, sleep is not only about the number of hours you sleep.
The real question is the quality of sleep. How do you feel when you wake up in the morning? Do you feel restored, centered, and new?
When Kundalini is active, sleep becomes a sacred field. Most of the time, while you are sleeping, Kundalini is doing her work.
The Night Work of Kundalini
There is a field beyond your ordinary energy field that is connected to universal energy. At a certain time of the night, when you enter deep sleep, Kundalini begins functioning beyond the physical body.
In the Turiya state, Kundalini can move beyond the body. The physical body remains on the bed, but the energy body can leave the body and connect to a deeper universal field.
Right now, because the energetic downloads are not very intense, you are still able to live a normal human life. But as I give you energy transmission and Kundalini starts processing more, your sleep will also begin changing.
Every morning, you may begin feeling as if you are starting a new life.
Create a Silent Sleep Field
The first rule is silence. You must sleep in a peaceful environment.
Use earplugs while sleeping and also during meditation. They should fit properly and reduce unnecessary sound entering your system.
Sound leakage disturbs the energy field. When the outer world is cut off, the inner world becomes stronger.
This is sleep hygiene for Kundalini, not ordinary sleep hygiene.
Cover the Eyes and Protect the Soul
Use an eye cover while sleeping and meditating. It should be thick enough so that no light or energy passes through the eyes.
The eyes are the windows to the soul. The energy of consciousness is inside, and much energy leakage happens through the eyes.
Observe this in daily life. When you look continuously into the world, see how you feel. Then close your eyes for a few minutes and feel the difference.
You will know how much attention and energy are leaking through the eyes.
The Power of Palming
Whenever you are tired, place both palms gently over your closed eyes. Before doing it, notice the quality of attention and energy in the head region.
Cover the eyes with the palms for two minutes and remain aware of the incoming and outgoing breath. Do not force anything.
After two minutes, slowly remove the hands, keep the eyes closed, and then gently open the eyes. Look around the room and feel the difference.
This simple technique activates Sushumna and the vagus nerve. It calms the system and brings immediate peace.
Your Hands Have Healing Power
Palming looks simple, but it is extremely powerful. Your hands carry healing energy, but most people do not know it.
When you place your palms over the eyes, your brain receives biofeedback that healing is happening. This activates parasympathetic breathing and eventually the vagus nerve.
Everything slows down. The head region becomes protected, preserved, and nourished.
On an advanced level, touch yourself with loving energy, as if you are caring for a child. This will give deeper benefits.
The Wool Cap for Energy Preservation
Use a wool cap, preferably pure sheep wool, especially during sleep, meditation, and when you are at home. If pure wool is not immediately available, use a warm woolen or synthetic cap until you find the right one.
As Kundalini progresses, you may feel more withdrawn from the world and more inward. This withdrawal can create disintegration if the energy built through sadhana leaks through the head.
The wool cap helps preserve the energy inside. Whatever energy you build through meditation, sleep, and sadhana remains more centered.
This is not fashion. This is preparation for power.
Attention Is the Currency of Consciousness
Your attention is extremely important. Everything is based on attention.
The Energetic Mastery Method is based on attention. Even if you sit for hours in meditation, nothing may happen if your attention is scattered.
But if you pay attention to yourself for five minutes, two minutes, or even one minute, you gain more. This is the game of attention.
Attention is the currency of consciousness, and if you are not paying attention properly, your attention is always leaking through the mind.
Disconnect Before Sleep
At least one hour before your usual sleep time, disconnect from everything around you. Enter meditative mode before you enter sleeping mode.
You should not collapse into sleep unconsciously. You must slip into sleep consciously.
This one hour is not wasted time. It is the bridge between the matrix and the quantum field.
If you prepare properly, sleep becomes sadhana.
The Wool Shawl and Grounding
Use a woolen shawl during meditation and sleep. Place it on your chair, yoga mat, or bed wherever you sit or lie down for practice.
Your energy is electrified in nature. It needs grounding and insulation.
Just as a house needs earthing to pass electrical energy safely into the ground, the body also needs a supportive field. The nervous system is like a circuit, constantly passing electricity.
If you are ungrounded, nervous system and brain-related problems can arise. The woolen shawl helps keep the energy grounded.
The Child Pose Before Sleep
Before sleep, practice child pose. Sit in Vajrasana, bend forward, and stretch the arms in front of you.
Let the head move down toward the ground. Stay there and observe how your breathing changes.
Then bring the hands near the body and fold them in a protected position, like a baby in the womb. Feel yourself inwardly drawn and held.
Finally, take the hands toward the back and rest them there if the body allows. Stay gentle and do not force the posture.
Return to the Womb State
Child pose helps you return to the state of a baby in the womb. It makes the nervous system feel safe, protected, and inward.
Start with two minutes and slowly increase up to ten minutes, depending on your body’s capacity.
If bending feels difficult, it means there is constriction in the nervous system and muscles. Slowly, as you practice, the body will loosen.
This posture prepares the system to withdraw from the world.
The Reverse Resting Posture
After child pose, reverse the position and lie down on your stomach. Place a pillow or bolster under the chest, not under the belly.
Let the body rest downward with the chest supported. Spread the legs comfortably and remain in this posture for a few minutes.
This is a reverse sleeping posture. It helps release held energy and gives a different signal to the nervous system.
Stay there quietly and feel the change in your state.
Side-Body Breathing
After the reverse posture, lie down normally on your back. Place your hands on the sides of the body near the waist.
Start breathing normally and try to inflate the side body where your hands are placed. At first, you may only inflate the belly, but slowly bring attention to the sides.
Feel as if the body is a balloon inflating in all directions. Let the side waist and back body begin receiving the breath.
Your hands give biofeedback to the brain, and slowly the body learns how to breathe into those regions.
Pelvic Breathing
Now place both hands below the navel, in the pelvic region. As you inhale, try to inflate that part of the body gently.
Most of the time, the pelvic region does not receive enough breath and prana. This affects the reproductive organs, lower body, urination, kidney function, legs, and circulation.
When you breathe into the pelvic region, blood circulation, lymphatic function, pranic circulation, and intra-abdominal pressure improve.
This is pressure therapy through conscious breath.
Navel Breathing and Energy Transmission
After side-body and pelvic breathing, place both hands on the navel. Combine the hands and rest them there.
Now allow the body to breathe while you receive energy transmission. Cover your eyes and relax completely.
Let the body weight drop into the bed. Let gravity pull out lower energies, toxic energies, dark energies, and the unconsciousness stored in the body.
If sleep comes, sleep. If deep stillness comes, remain in it.
The Fight Between Consciousness and Maya
From today, know that this path is the fight between unconsciousness and consciousness. Kundalini is the positive energy of the universe.
Consciousness is the neutral energy of the universe. Maya, the illusionary force, is the negative energy of the universe.
When this comes down to the gross body, the negative energy is like electrons, the positive energy is like protons, and the neutral energy is like neutrons in the atom.
When you go deeper into matter, there is empty space. That empty space is the quantum field, the intelligence of the universe.
Sleep as Entry Into the Quantum Field
When you go into deep states and the body becomes distant from matter, you tune into the quantum field of consciousness. From this field, everything is possible.
It does not matter whether you are a program manager, businessman, or anything else. Whatever potential you were born with can be made possible through this field.
The process I lead you through involves deep meditation, deep quality sleep, deep conscious life, conscious breathing, and not allowing the mind to steal your attention for even a moment.
You have to unlearn everything.
Become the Phoenix
You have to dismantle and become a phoenix. The phoenix burns into ashes and creates itself again.
This must be done with the help of the guru and the process she leads you through. Surrender completely.
Do not judge. Do not show distrust toward the process.
On the surface, these practices may appear simple, but at the core they carry deep energetic meaning that you will discover on the way.
Become Simple Like a Child
You have to become as simple and innocent as a child who does not know anything. The one who does not know anything can learn everything slowly.
The guru rewards those who are diligent, committed, trustworthy, and disciplined. The good qualities you learned as a child will now become useful.
The world may not value these qualities anymore, but the guru is creating a new universe of conscious beings.
If you walk the path, every moment will bring something new to learn, wonder, experience, and discover.
The Guru as Frequency
Slowly, you will know that the guru is an intelligent force of the universe. The guru is not merely a female body operating in front of you.
She is not the form that appears to the eyes. She is beyond the body, beyond gender, and beyond ordinary form.
When this understanding deepens, your ego surrenders completely to the process.
Then you begin living life from the dimension of energy, vibration, and frequency.
Sankalp Before Sleep
Before sleep, you need Sankalp. Sankalp is a strong determination, a strong will.
Take the Sankalp to become a healer, an energetic healer. Only then Kundalini will make you free.
Many souls are on the edge of freedom, but Kundalini does not free them because they are not surrendered and they do not have a purpose.
Kundalini does not want to create egoic people. She frees only those who are surrendered to a higher purpose.
Trust, Gratitude, and Surrender
Live with one hundred percent trust and one hundred percent gratitude. Let not even a single ounce of doubt dominate you.
The divine forces have given birth to you. The way you have come so far, you will go beyond this also.
But the ego cannot go. The person cannot go. The frequency within you will go.
Let the soul become free from all expectations.
The Morning After Transmission
After this strong Shaktipat, do not get up immediately. Remain in the state until the body naturally feels ready.
After waking, observe the quality of your sleep and your overall state of consciousness. Do not remain alert in a forced way; simply remain present.
If something feels different, report that difference. The shift may be subtle or strong.
This is how you learn to read your own transformation.
The Core Teaching
The core teaching is that sleep must become conscious. Kundalini works deeply at night, and the student must protect the energy field through silence, darkness, grounding, wool, breath, posture, and attention.
Sleep is no longer unconscious collapse. It is preparation for the quantum field.
When attention is preserved, the nervous system is grounded, and Sankalp is planted, Kundalini can process more powerfully.
This is the sleep discipline of a future healer.
