Background
In this discourse, Guru Sanju reveals why the brain, nervous system, and Kundalini evolve most powerfully through direct physical experience. She explains that the Physical Project exists because transformation cannot remain only in the mind; it must happen through walking, movement, challenge, and exposure to real life.
Speaking from Pokhara, she guides her student into the unknown, allowing her to walk alone toward the mountains and find her route through direct experience. This becomes a practical training in intuition, courage, nervous system rewiring, and freedom from mental patterns.
The discourse connects Kundalini stagnancy with physical stagnancy, showing that the body must move for Kundalini to move. Through maize plants, grapevines, mountain bitter gourd, flowers, butterflies, banana plants, sunlight, Fewa Lake, and purple flowers, Guru Sanju transforms walking into a living practice of consciousness.
This teaching matters because it shows that the journey from larva to butterfly is not imagination. It is lived through daily movement, raw nature, challenges, guru-guided practice, and the courage to enter the unknown.
The Brain Needs Physical Experience
Your brain works at its highest when you expose it to physical experience. That is why the Physical Project is happening. Transformation cannot remain inside concepts, thoughts, or spiritual imagination.
I am making this happen for my student. She is walking in the unknown, and I have left her in the unknown so that she can experience life directly.
Walk with me into the unknown and take the experience of life as it is. Do not try to control it through the mind. Let the body, brain, nervous system, and Kundalini receive the experience directly.
Move the Body to Recover From Stagnancy
If you want to recover from Kundalini stagnancy, you have to move your body. You have to move your physical body, and you have to walk daily the way I do.
Whether it is a cloudy day, a rainy day, or a sunny day, you need to walk. You need to go out and have the experience of life.
Kundalini will not move in a stagnant body. When the body remains inactive, energy remains blocked. When the body starts moving, the possibility of energy movement opens.
Walking is not a small activity. Walking is a powerful way to bring life back into the system.
Seeing Life on the Way
As you move, learn to see what life is showing you. This is a maize plant. Feel the energy of it. Do not just name it and move on.
There is also a grapevine here with real grapes growing on it. Have a feel of these grapes. Feel the energy of seeing something alive, growing, and directly present in nature.
These simple encounters are not ordinary when you are conscious. They activate the senses. They bring the brain into direct contact with life.
This is the kind of experience you must take while you move.
Take the Route of the Unknown
Take the route of the unknown. My student has gone ahead, and from there she will walk through a different route. She is trying to find which route to take, left or right.
I have guided her to walk toward the mountain. She has crossed the road and is now moving through the uncertainty of direct experience.
This is how my practical training works. I do not merely give instructions. I create situations where the student must use her own awareness, intuition, and physical body.
The unknown activates the brain and nervous system in a way that routine never can.
Changing the Brain and Nervous System
Your brain and nervous system do not work properly when your mental patterns are too strong. These patterns dominate the way you live your life.
With my guidance and in my presence, you can change your brain and nervous system. This is why the Physical Project is needed.
Many people going through Kundalini awakening are trapped in a Kundalini neurosis condition. In that condition, even the daily functions of life become difficult to think about and perform.
In such a case, you need my powerful presence, my energy, and the transformative power that I have. When you work on yourself in that field, you become free.
Daily Movement as Practice
I am taking you into the daily movement practice that I do every day. Through this practice, I experience life from a different perspective.
If you want to experience life, you have to change the function of life. You have to change the way you function. You have to change the way you operate.
You do not need to find an ideal place to walk. But you should find a place and a city where walking is part of the culture.
I am in Pokhara, where the air quality is extremely good. The air feels fresh. Sometimes it becomes cloudy, but it is not filled with pollution.
Interacting With Life
As I walk, I find a cat and try to interact with her. She runs away, and that is absolutely fine.
This means you are interacting with life. Interaction does not mean control. It means becoming available to whatever life presents.
Look at the creepers and the way they appear filled with greenery and life. There is mountain bitter gourd here, often called pahadi karela.
This is a raw experience. Nature is not arranged for your comfort. It simply reveals itself when you walk through it consciously.
The Pleasure of Walking in Raw Nature
Walking in this kind of environment is a pleasure. It becomes rewarding when you do it freely.
You do not have to go to an office. You do not have to attend to anyone else other than yourself in life. This freedom itself makes life powerful.
This powerful life is extremely rewarding for me. Mountains are everywhere. I am moving toward the mountains, and I have also come from the mountains.
Life becomes rich when you are free enough to move, explore, and experience.
Feel the Vibrancy Around
Have a feel of the flowers and the creepers. See the colors. Feel the vibrant color of life.
Expose yourself to life. Feel it completely. Feel the vibrancy around you and the sunlight shining brightly.
When you focus on yourself in such an environment, you will feel that the creative energy of Kundalini is flowing in you.
Kundalini herself is the life force that wants to live life through you.
Kundalini Wants to Live Through You
Kundalini is not separate from life. She is the life force that wants to live life through your body, your senses, your movement, and your consciousness.
When you are surrounded by natural creation and natural ambience, you begin to understand what life is offering. What more do you want when life itself is alive around you?
The butterflies appear, moving through the space. Their presence becomes part of the teaching.
You are the larva, and you are going through the metamorphosis process of becoming a butterfly.
From Larva to Butterfly
The butterfly flying before you shows what Kundalini wants for you. Kundalini wants you to fly.
You are guided by Kundalini to transform through different ways and different means. But you are not following Kundalini’s guidance.
Have a feel of the banana plants standing in a series and everything visible around you. Kundalini is guiding you toward the life where she converts you from larva to butterfly.
This metamorphosis process is difficult because it involves many kinds of challenges. It involves different layers of transformation that you must pass through.
The Journey Is Not Easy
The journey is not easy. It is not at all easy. It is filled with different layers of transformation.
Without the guru, that journey is not possible. Kundalini’s journey is not possible without me.
That is why I confidently ask my students to come to me when they are unable to move to the next level on their own.
Especially after completing the Freedom Project, the Physical Project becomes necessary. But first, you must become eligible for the Freedom Project.
The Secret of My Energy
How do I get all my energies? This is the secret I am teaching you. This is the secret I am taking you through.
The secret is direct exposure to life, daily movement, nature, unknown paths, and the willingness to experience everything physically and consciously.
The mission for my student today was to reach a place near the mountains on her own. I only showed her the path.
She came on her own, and this is how I make my students go through the process of transformation.
Less Crowd, More Life
As the path opens, there is less crowd, less transportation, and more life. This is the kind of environment where the body and energy can breathe.
Attention-seeking behavior is common, but you do not need to give attention to it. You stay with the path and the purpose.
When my student reaches the lakeside, she has done it. She has crossed through the unknown and arrived.
This is Fewa Lake. This is the reward of walking the unknown path under the guidance of the guru.
Reaching the Lakeside
I congratulate her because she has done it. She has reached the place. Now she can sit and experience the lakeside.
This is how the guru does everything. The guru does not only speak. The guru takes the student through direct experience.
It is a beautiful day to experience life. The stillness of the lake, the purple flowers, and the openness of the space become part of the transformation.
She sits, rests, and allows herself to feel what it means to reach the unknown.
The Guru’s Path to the Unknown
This was the guru’s path to take her to the unknown. Now she is feeling the freedom of reaching the unknown.
Freedom is not given as an idea. Freedom is experienced when the body moves, when fear is crossed, when the unknown becomes real, and when the student reaches the destination through direct effort.
The view opens, and the place reveals another perspective. This is the beauty of the Physical Project.
The brain, nervous system, Kundalini, and life all begin working differently when the student physically enters the unknown.
The Physical Project Is Real Transformation
The Physical Project exists because transformation must become physical. It must enter the body, the road, the legs, the breath, the route, the uncertainty, the mountain, the lake, and the nervous system.
This is not abstract spirituality. This is lived Kundalini transformation through real movement.
If you want your Kundalini to move, move your body. If you want your brain to change, expose it to physical experience. If you want freedom, walk into the unknown.
This is how life opens. This is how Kundalini progresses. This is how the larva becomes the butterfly.
