Background

The First Diagnosis
This is the first session, and the first thing I do is diagnose you. I connect to your energy field, read your present state, and then I give you the clarity required for your Kundalini awakening journey.
Your energy is stuck in the sacral chakra and root chakra. The sacral chakra is below the navel, and the root chakra is at the base of the spine.
Kundalini has awakened in you, but it is stuck in that lower region. That is why you feel confused, disconnected from people, and unable to relate normally in relationships.
You may find it strange to connect with others. You may feel that people, relationships, and life itself are difficult to access because the lower centers are blocked.
The Child Who Never Felt Safe
You have been carrying childhood trauma for a long time. The child in you has not grown up because that child never received the comfort, safety, and parental guidance required to become a stable adult.
You are twenty-four in age, but energetically you are still carrying the wounded child who learned to survive alone. You have taken everything on your shoulders since childhood.
This trauma has impacted your adulthood. If you keep carrying it, it will continue affecting your life, studies, focus, relationships, and future.
You need to release this past. You need to stop holding what was never meant to be carried for so long.
Your Past Cannot Define Your Future
Your past cannot define your future. Whatever happened in your childhood cannot be allowed to decide the rest of your life.
You have a great life ahead. But to create that new life, you have to burn your karmas and release the suppressed emotions stored in your body and energy field.
Karmas are the carried-forward energies from past births and past experiences. These energies create certain family patterns, suffering, and relationships.
But when you release them consciously, you begin creating a new future from the present.
The Mother Wound and Family Chain
Your mother’s energy has been controlling, dominating, and narcissistic. That energy has kept you emotionally trapped and energetically drained.
If you are not dependent on your family and they are not dependent on you, then you have to break the chain with them. You have limited energy to live your life, and that energy cannot keep being extracted from you.
You have survived on your own until now. Now the time has come to make a strong decision for your own life.
You must stop allowing the same victimization to continue through family patterns that keep feeding on your energy.
The Brain in Survival Mode
Your brain is under too much pressure. It is like you have come from a war zone.
This is equivalent to war trauma because you have lived with the fear of dying, surviving, and not being safe. That is the most dangerous mode for the nervous system.
You have been in survival mode for years. Your nervous system has remained in fight, flight, or freeze, and this has affected your brain, attention, focus, and ability to study.
This is why you are not able to concentrate even for one second. Obsessive thoughts keep running because the thinking brain is overactive.
Neuroinflammation and Restlessness
Your condition is like neuroinflammation. Your prefrontal cortex is too active, and there is no rest-and-digest state available to you.
Your sympathetic breathing is highly activated. This means your system is always on alert, always preparing for danger, always reacting.
This creates OCD-like obsessive thinking, mental war, shallow breathing, fear, and the inability to focus on study.
Before anything else, your nervous system needs to feel safe.
The First Healing Practice
To begin healing, place one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest. Your chest should not move because your breathing is shallow and chest-based.
Focus on exhalation in slow motion. As you exhale through the mouth, push the belly gently inside and release the air till the end.
Do this one round at a time. Do not begin the next exhalation until the first one is complete.
Keep your eyes closed throughout the practice. If crying comes, let it come. If emotion comes, let it release.
Blow Out the Pain
Feel the harshness you have carried from your past and blow it out through the mouth. Feel the pain and release it.
Do not hide. Do not control. Do not suppress. Let the body release what it has been carrying for years.
This exhalation will cleanse you, purify you, and free you from the stuck energy in the body.
Do ten rounds like this. Slowly, your system will begin feeling safer, lighter, and less trapped in the past.
Tell Your Brain You Are Safe
Tell your brain that you are safe. Tell yourself that you do not need to worry and you do not need to remain in fight and flight.
Tell yourself, “I love myself. I am with myself. I will take care of myself.”
The little child in you needs this assurance. That child needs to know that no matter what happens, you will fight back and give yourself a good life.
This loving assurance is medicine for your nervous system.
The Comforting Hug
Give yourself a loving presence by hugging yourself. Place your arms around your body and hold yourself with care.
You are like an orphan in your energy field. You have lived without the emotional safety that a child needs.
But now you have a guide. The guru is here to guide you toward life, provided you are willing to become a student of the process.
You do not need to take overload anymore. You only need to live one moment at a time.
Heal Before You Study
You can study. You can learn new skills. You can do many things. But first, you have to heal.
If the inner child is not healed, you cannot grow into a mature adult. You will keep trying to study with the brain of a frightened child.
So first, devote this time to healing the inner child. This is like a rehabilitation process for the brain, nervous system, emotions, and energy field.
Once healing begins, focus, attention, concentration, and study will become possible again.
Do Not Remain Stuck in the House
Right now, do not take overload. Take a break from everything for a while.
Go out, have good food, walk around the city where you live, and give yourself the freedom to feel free.
Do not remain stuck in the house. Go into nature. Spend more time in open space.
Let your body feel that life is still available. Let your nervous system learn that Earth is not only danger.
You Are Not the Trauma
You are too identified with the trauma. Your mind has been created in such a way that you feel all your problems are you.
But you are not that. You are not the traumatic character. You are not the girl whose past has been painful.
Inside you, pure consciousness exists. That consciousness is missing from your present experience because you are too identified with the wounded character.
I am going to bring you back to your center. The power is in you, but you do not yet know that it exists.
Strengthening the Energy Field
Your energetic field is weak right now. Your willpower is low because the field is weak.
I will strengthen it through techniques and powerful energy transmission. When the energy field becomes stronger, you will be able to work on yourself.
Right now, I am treating the child in front of me. This child has not grown beyond a certain emotional age because survival took over.
But once the field strengthens, maturity will begin returning. The adult self will begin forming from safety.
One Breath at a Time
You do not need to go into the past again and again. You do not need to worry about the future.
Focus only on the present, one breath at a time. Keep breathing, keep relaxing, and keep telling yourself that you are safe.
The mental war must end. The inner child in you needs love, comfort, and healing.

The New Beginning
Your bad destiny is over if you take the right steps now. You do not need to keep living from the same old trauma.
You have come to the right place because your brain is still working to save you. You are still in your senses, and that means healing is possible.

Your past will be over when you stop feeding it and start creating your new present consciously.
The Case Behind the Teaching
This session was with a young student who had not been able to study for five to six years due to OCD-like patterns, neurosis, fear, and lack of attention.
She had migrated from Egypt to Australia and was living by herself. Her background was traumatic, with a controlling and narcissistic mother, absent father, and a family structure that did not provide safety.
Because she lived in survival mode throughout childhood, her brain and nervous system never developed in a stable way. She remained trapped in fear, insecurity, and unsafe mode.
Kundalini had awakened, but it had thrown her out of comfort without proper grounding. That is why healing, grounding, inner child work, and the guru’s comforting presence are required.
The Core Teaching
If you cannot focus on your life, cannot study, cannot concentrate, and feel trapped in fear, there is a possibility that Kundalini awakening is moving through unresolved trauma.
